This is a nice hotel around a 15-20 minute walk to the cathedral and main central area.

The room was bright with a modern bathroom, comfortable bed, and good quality linen and towels. We had a fridge and a kettle which was great. Everywhere was clean.

There was a good range of foods at breakfast including cooked food, cheese & meats, pastries, fresh fruit & yogurt and ingredients for tostadas.

The gym is small but has good quality equipment and is in good condition. The rooftop area is nice, with an awesome view of the mountains & city. The outdoor pool is small. We did not use the indoor pool area as this was €22 for 1hr. Both pools are more for lounging than doing swimming exercises.

The staff we met were friendly, especially the two young men running the bar and bar food service- professional but engaging & very hard working.

The main bypass runs close by so if you want to have the window open, you may need earplugs.

We would stay here again.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The facilities are excellent, and both the room and the bathroom were very spacious. I especially appreciated that the bathroom and bedroom are completely separate, which adds extra comfort and privacy. Everything was spotless, very clean, and well organized.

The location is fantastic — it’s within very easy walking distance to Gran Vía, which made getting around the city extremely convenient.

The only minor issue I experienced was that the air conditioning stopped working at one point. However, I reported it to the front desk and the staff was incredibly kind and professional. They handled the situation immediately and resolved it right away.

Overall, a very pleasant experience and I would definitely stay here again.

Alex at the front desk is amazing.
The parking was super easy.
Taxis are cheap in Granada. All the way across town and was only 7 euro.
The breakfast is very nice.
We liked the room.

Easy to find, bug clean rooms. Comfortable bed (the best we have had) in the south of spain in 2 weeks of traveling. Loved the roof top pool and decking ideal for a quick chill after walking ALL the tourist routes. Your staff at the desk could not be more helpful 10 out of 10.

Nice front area but our room was old. Washroom sink and bathtub was not draining. A lot of rust stains and handles were coming off. Should be renovated. I would not pay the price I paid for this. Location is good.

Lo bueno: El desayuno buffet bastante variado, la limpieza del hotel y las habitaciones, muy bien y la amabilidad de su personal también.

Lo malo: queda lejos de todas las atracciones por lo que si vienes a conocer la ciudad no es una buena opción, te demoras 20 minutos caminando para llegar al centro y de ahí dirigirte a cualquier lugar.

El Wifi estaba intermitente
Las llaves de la habitación se desconfiguraban con facilidad

El aire acondicionado era muy debil por lo que hacía mucho calor en la habitación. Además cuando limpiaban la habitación sacaban la tarjeta que da electricidad por lo que al llegar después de un largo día la pieza era un horno y terminábamos durmiendo con la ventana abierta y el ruido de los coches de la carretera.

Nos tocó el gran apagón en nuestra estadía. La habitación completamente oscura, no habían linternas ni nada que el hotel pudiera ofrecernos. Solo funcionaban los ascensores y luces de los pasillos. Definitivamente deben estar mejor preparados si

A good stay

A good stay; the hotel is clean, and the room is spacious. Breakfast is good. We paid €14 per person for breakfast. It has a lot of variety. It's also convenient for guests with cars, as we could park in the basement for €18 per night. The building next to the hotel is a shopping mall. Walking to downtown takes about 20 to 25 minutes.

Our second time at this hotel and cannot fault the experience at all. The staff are excellent, the rooms comfortable and the breakfast is great. Add to this an excellent location with parking for a super price and I really don't know how it can be beaten. We'll definitely return.

Good & disappointing at the same time

The hotel staff are great, the breakfast bar is fantastic, the room was generous sized & the bed & pillows were very comfortable. But there are a few negatives. The room could definitely get some talc, the flooring was broken away in spots, the tub/shower was hard to contain without water ending up all over, which resulted in some of the trim being wet & rotted looking over the years. Part of the reason we booked this hotel is because they showed an indoor pool & hot tub. But when we went to use them, we found out that you need to buy a wellness program for $22 Euros each for 1 hour, that’s $44 Euros per couple per night, a ridiculous cost for something that should be free & wasn’t advertised as having extra costs!

This hotel provided a truly restful stay with its exceptionally comfortable beds and spacious rooms. The tasteful decor added a touch of elegance to the overall ambiance. Elegant and beautiful hotel in a safe, quiet area of Granada. Very spacious room and comfortable bed! Beautiful view of city with large, pretty garden surroundings. Very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was okay but not exceptional.
Easy taxi service to Mezquita area about 9 Euros each way.

Friendly staff, nice rooms, great food. Great hotel for business. I would not suggest it for a tourist trip because it is about 20 min far walking to city center top sights, even worse if you plan to push a stroller with minimal side walk from the hotel to the city center.

We did not use the pool but it is supposed to be really cool

Recomendado, nuestra estadía fue de dos noches y fue espectacular.

Tuvimos un problema con aire acondicionado cuando llegamos en la noche, llamamos a recepción y nos atendieron de inmediato e incluso nos dieron la opción de mudarnos de cuarto por la hora que era, lo cual aceptamos y nos mudaron de cuarto en 10min.

El personal del Hotel, bien atento a cada detalle.

Si volviera a Granada no dudaría de escoger nuevamente este hotel.

Great hotel to stay in Granada

Stayed for 4 night and staff were friendly and helpful with our requests.
Room was modern, clean and had everything you needed. Location was great for city centre with gym and outdoor pool on 6th floor.
We checked out before breakfast and was provided with a breakfast bag which was great for our journey home.
Would highly recommend.

A pleasant stay

A decent five star hotel, pleasant, attentive and reactive staff, checkin was efficient, room was very clean and functional, we discovered that the safe key wasn't there, contacted reception, they couldn't locate it and instead immediately arranged for a whole replacement safe, arrived within minutes.
Good soundproofing and slept well. Housekeeping were efficient and worked to our convenience.
Amenities include a stylish bar, small gym and pool terrace with great views of the city.
It's a 20 minute walk from the centre of Granada but is a good location if you don't mind a bit of walking.
On our last few days, the hotel had guests staying from the European head of states conference, so there was heightened security. It was bemusing having to traverse armed police and be subjected to an airport style bag x-ray and body scanner to gain entry to the hotel.
We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, but understand that it is good, instead we tended to patronise the local cafes, e.g. Quiérete Café and Cafeteria Ceci.
We would stay again.

We had a couple of issues the night we arrived but after we send them a message they made some efforts to address the situations.
I believe they have refurbished rooms that are better than the one we had. A/C is a bit outdated and struggles to keep up with the heat here.
The restaurant at the lobby level is to avoid. There are much better options in town.

A very enjoyable stay throughout
Good welcoming reception and very helpful staff .
We had loud noises from the a nearby night club, we mentioned the issue at the reception who not only promptly changed our room but also to an upgrade. With a bottle of wine too . But as we don’t drink alcohol they sent us some well presented cakes.
The breakfast is just exceptional, a wide variety to suit different requirements.
Freshly made eggs in a lot of ways , selection of breads cakes and pastries. Fruits, yogurts and freshly squeezed orange juice .
