Room very neglected. Tea cups not cleaned up. No daily fresh water in the room. Could not check out the night before my early departure the next day. Breakfast terrible. A insect crawling over my musli. It is such a pity to have a beautiful hotel so neglected

Pleasant stay at a historic hotel in Bad Nauheim. Everything was great except for one big fail by the staff: I had an early Saturday morning train to catch to get to the Frankfurt airport. When I asked at reception Friday evening to reserve me a taxi for the transfer to the BN train station, I was told I only needed to come to reception in the morning and it would take 5 minutes to have one come to the hotel. That I did. After 15 minutes of waiting and train departure time getting closer, reception called back & the taxi company said they couldn't get anyone to come. With suitcase & backpack, I had to practically sprint to make the train in time. Not very impressed by this major lack of local knowledge.

Property was very good.
We paid for breakfast, went to breakfast ones. It was very bad and not appealing at all. Poor selections, area with food was dark.
I would not recommend to pay for it in the hotel. So many nice places in the area.

I have been coming to this hotel for years whenever I am in town, usually every couple of years. It used to be the best place in town but over the years it has slipped a bit. The entire facility seems to be in need of some remodeling. Some elevators don't work. Doors are chipped. There is no way to take a shower without flooding the bathroom and it shows a bit on the floor and the bathroom door. This could probably be fixed easily but has not been fixed for years.
Having a small refrigerator in the room would make a big difference. The previous refrigerators were removed and there is just a hole in the cabinet. Does not look nice and is so unnecessary.
The rooms are very clean otherwise. Breakfast is fantastic although a bit pricey.
The location is ideal. Everything, including the train station is within walking distance.

I was there for a conference and then stayed on a few more days - it's a beautiful hotel with so much personality! The staff is great! The few frustrations I had were because it went from being a conference center to a much quieter hotel, so some things were no longer available and that hadn't been explained to me. Also, I had booked a massage in the spa, but they ended up cancelling through no fault of their own. They were gracious about it. Great pool and sauna experiences!

3 nights again at the glorious Dolce Hotel. Best business hotel I stay in, quiet, great facilities and brilliant staff makes staying here a joy. Probably stayed in this hotel in excess of 20 times now and wouldn’t even consider another hotel in the town as there’s no point.
Shame the restaurant was closed during my stay but plenty of bars and places to eat nearby.

Lovely hotel and great service.

I stay here frequently for business trips and as usual the hotel and staff were faultless and this time I was upgraded to a suite. Only negatives were that I was in the first room next to the bar which was loud until 12pm on a Thursday evening and that the duvet was really heavy and I struggled to sleep as it was so warm in the room.

The hotel is right next to a park in a wonderful location. The room was very spacious, service was great. The breakfast menu was excellent. We stayed there for only one night before our flight from Frankfurt airport which is only about 30min away. My only suggestion is that you allow more than 3 devices to access WiFi since in a family of four, often there are four devices (phone, iPad, etc.)

Lovely hotel, terrible room this time!

Room was located above loadin dock at rear of the hotel so I was woken each morning by the deliveries. My room smelled of cigarette smoke as the drivers would stand outside smoking.

Again I have stayed at the Dolce Bad Nauheim and was completely satisfied. I felt like I was returning home when we entered. Every question was answered, perfect English was spoken as well as German, and our stay was wonderful. The room was comfortable and beautiful, a home away from home. I don't think it gets any better than this. We stayed in early October, and the park surrounding the hotel was beautiful and restful. If you're staying in Bad Nauheim, I think there is no better place to stay. We loved it. An especially nice feature is the wonderful breakfasts included in the room price. They bend over backwards to serve you. I love the Dolce.

I stayed in 6 various hotels throughout Germany during a recent visit. The Dolce was by far the best on all accounts. I recommend it highly. Quality and Service the way it should be. The breakfast buffet had the most selection and variety in foods ive ever seen. Fresh and tasty. I could go on and on. The hotel in all aspects is just great in every way. Stay there and you'lle see. :)

Bad Nauheim is charming and the Dolce Hotel is too! Nice spotless room but not all of the rooms are air-conditioned so if you go in the summer make sure you get one that is. Great breakfast and very helpful stafff. Indoor pool and good exercise room. Next to a very beautiful park for lovely walks and easy access to restaurants, cafes, and shops.

This hotel is centrally located adjacent to a large park which I'm sure is beautiful in the spring. Approximately a 5 minute taxi ride from the train station but an easy walk in good weather. Nice restaurants locally and overall a good place to stay. Very large rooms compared to other hotels in Europe. The interior decor is a bit dated but that can happen in Europe. Overall I would return to this hotel.

A large resort in a wooded area just a few blocks from the city center

We loved staying at this hotel/conference center/resort. The buildings are huge and sprawling, including the Kurhaus, a Kurtheatre and many, many conference rooms. And an indoor pool. We could (and did) get lost in the place. The hotel area of the place was just over the conference rooms. We found it easier to exit the building via the doors right before the restaurant. There is a grove of symmetrically planted trees and beyond this, the town is about a 15 minute walk walking slowly. The rooms are enormous, and feature a large balcony large enough for 2 people to sit, and a table. The room also had good air conditioning. The hotel staff bend over backwards to serve you - even the taxi drivers are polite. The breakfast included in the room has all the usual Germanic breakfast food and there are many waiters to help you and clear the tables. They served champagne at breakfast. We used the room service once and that was nice. .

Very impressed by the service. They replaced a phone that wasn't working well. Then they had to come and work out an internet problem. After a request, we only waited 5 minutes for help to arrive.

I have no complaints so 5 stars

Das Hotel würde ich als okay bewerten. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
Von einer Suite in einem solchen Haus hätte ich mir etwas mehr erwartet, als ein Klappsofa als Beistellbett. Altersbedingt ist dieses Haus jedoch in Ordnung.

Der Empfang war bei höherem Gästeaufkommen überfordert. Der Frühstücksservice war unterirdisch. Das Hotel schien ausgebucht. Das war dem Restaurant wohl nicht bekannt. Am ersten Tag wurden wir in einen anderen Saal ungeheizt ausgelagert. Zuvor lange Wartezeit. Die Milch im Kaffeeautomat war sauer. Am 2 Tag erneute ellenlange Schlange vor dem Restaurant… um 9.00 Uhr.. Wartezeit fast 15 Minuten… Service erneut unvorstellbar unbeholfen.. wichtig war lediglich, dass das Buffet pünktlich um 10 Uhr an beiden Wochenendtagen abgeräumt wurde! NoGo! Sorry!

Hotel mit eigentlich viel Potenzial und faire Prei

Das Haus war einmal sicher ganz oben. Ist aber 30 Jahre her. Sieht aus wie ein verlassenens Kurheim. Aber Lager ist sensationell gut im Park. Parkplatz auch sehr gut. Personal, soweit es nicht GenZ ist, auch sehr gut. Frühstück (Wurst und Co sowie vor allem schlecht gebackene Brötchen) könnten mit wenig Mühe deutlich verbessert werden (einfach mal in andere Hotels frühstücken gehen). Sehr gut: Bar bis Mitternacht offen und der Barkeaper willig auch um 23.55 noch was zu machen. Hotel hat Charme aber Teppich und Türen sehen sehr ramponiert aus. Gut: parken 15 Euro, Frühstück 15 Euro, faire Preise für die Unterkunft (72-92 Euro). Bett sehr gut ausgestattet. Restaurant nicht getestet. Ich finde ein tolles Hotel auch wenn die Sanierung länger schon ansteht. Daraus kann man sicher mehr machen und das hoffe ich auch. Gerade die Nähe fussläufig zur Innenstadt von Bad Nauheim mit viel Gastronomie ist wirklich interessant. Und vor allem: es liegt mitten im grünen bei schönem Baumbestand,. Wo findet man das noch. Beim Frühstück stören nur unzählige Wespen, um deren Nestverpflanzung man sich mal kümmern müsste. Komme bestimmt mal wieder.

Vi reserverede ophold kort før vi ankom sent om aftenen, og personalet gjorde alt i deres magt for at gøre værelset klar til os med babyseng og ekstra opredning. Verblasster Glanz vergangener Tage

Es ist hier schwer eine Bewertung abzugeben, da diese vermutlich durch den Gesamteindruck geprägt ist. Insgesamt bröckelt der Putz an ziemlich vielen Ecken im Haus und auch aussen und der Aussenbereich war leider nur eher schlecht gepflegt. Das Personal an der Rezeption unmotiviert und eher mittelmässig freundlich. Sehr vieles könnte mit einfachen Mitteln aufgehübscht werden, aber es macht auf mich doch eher den Eindruck, dass der Hotelbetreiber kein Interesse mehr an der Immobilie hat. Oder aber das Management ist unfähig und sieht die einfachen Möglichkeiten nicht - ebenso scheint auch das Personal blind durchs Hotel zu laufen.
Positive Momente: Die Betten waren sehr bequem, Das Servicepersonal an Bar und beim Frühstück sehr freundlich und das Essen recht gut und preiswert. Die in die Jahre gekommene Poolanlage sehr gut gepflegt und unterhalten und angenehm temperiert, auch wenn es gemütlicher sein könnte.
Eher negative Momente: Instantkaffee aus der Maschine zum Frühstück, Rezeption geht über eine Stunde nicht ans Telefon (ca. 6 Anrufe bis Ende durchklingeln lassen) und ist nicht sehr kundenorientiert.

Very nice and spacious hotel, in beautiful surroundings. The nature surrounding the hotel is gorgeous. The hotel is centrally located in Bad Nauheim, with almost everything within walking distance. The hotel itself has an 'old Europe' vibe.
The breakfast is excellent, and it's a real plus that you can sit outside. The garden is lovely. Hotel service in general is very good. At breakfast, I was checked various times, and asked for my room number repeatedly. This was a tad too much.
Parts of the hotel, including the room I stayed in, as well as some of the hallways, would benefit from some renovating / restyling. Not that it's problematic by any means though. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Hotel Dolce and would heartily recommend it.

Utmärkt service och vänlig personal som verkligen lade sig vinn om att ge oss en fin upplevelse. Vi firade en födelsedag och de trollade fram en bit tårta som de bjöd på och efter en dag på stan väntade bubbel och fint kort på rummet. Väldigt uppskattat!

Fint hotel centralt beliggende midt i byen.

Super lækkert hotel midt i byen. Fine parkeringsforhold mod betaling 11 Euro pr. dag. Venligt personale ved indtjekning. Nøglekort var ikke aktiveret, men det blev løst. Fik oplyst, at der var morgenmad til kl. 11, men det er til kl. 10. Chefen for restauranten skaffede morgenmad. Kommer helt sikkert tilbage.

Ich habe versehentlich zweimal gebucht, beides über mein App nur einmal hätte ich unangemeldet gebucht und einmal richtig. Bei dem ersten Buchung habe keine Bestätigung bekommen weil ich mein email [email protected] angeblich eingegeben haben soll und beim zweiten hat’s ganz normal funktioniert über Hotels App. Im Hotel wurde mein Sohn angesprochen und er hat gesagt, er braucht nur ein Zimmer und es sollte kein Problem sein hat man ihm gesagt doch am nächsten Tag musste zwei Zimmer zahlen obwohl nur ein gebraucht und genutzt worden war. Sehr sehr traurig.

Tolles, riesiges Haus mit SPA und allem Komfort. Kurtaxe und Parken kommen auf den Zimmerpreis drauf. Haben dafür 17€ für eine Nacht gezahlt.

Ich war zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel und werde auch für nächstes Jahr buchen. Als Hotel einsame Spitze und in Kombination mit OVAG Variete einzigartig.
Das Personal ist super freundlich und das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen.
