Room and bed size good for one person,short sized bed, no fridge, no closet, just a wardrobe with four hangers, so you more or less lived out of the suitcase.Location is near central station.
Downside is the poor sound isolation as I could hear the person next door as it was inside my bedroom.

The TV was not working, so we requested assistance. Supposedly they had someone try to fix it without sucess. They said they'd give us an upgrade which was only moving us to an identical small room at a higher level (4th to 10th).

Breakfast was great though with a large selection of breads, cheeses, meat and hard boiled eggs.

I stayed here after escaping a suffocating capsule hotel and was very relieved. The view always awesome- a 2 story window with city view. It’s basic- no fridge, no kettle or coffee in room- but does the job and for a very expensive city it’s good value. Easy walk to main station.

Overall it's a great deal. The room was clean, staff was nice. I'm slightly torn about the location I think not bad; with a 15-minute walk you can get to a mall/ a laundromat/ the train station. It's not the closest to the usual attractions, you'd have to walk for a bit and take a bus to get to the centre.

Not sure how this could happen, but two 100 g chocolate bars left on the interior windowsill in the morning were no longer there in the afternoon.
There wasn't anything left, not a trace of the bars or the packaging, nothing.

The window was left open for fresh air, however, there is a limiter in place which does not allow the window to open more than 2 inches.

Moreover, birds do not take food somewhere else. They eat it where they find it.

A word of caution: do not leave anything of any value in the room when you are not there.

Hotel was central and near to the bus terminal. Rooms are small but fine. We paid 100DKK more for 4 hour early check in which wasnt bad. The reception ladies are nice and helpful but the cleanliness is bad. The bathroom smelled of piss a lot. We flushed so many times but to no avail. We had checkedin our bags and returned to the room late in the evening so couldn’t even complain about it then. Good hotel but not clean i would say. Also breakfast is a solid 6/10. Not bad. Not great

The property is nice.
For the price, you have everything you need. The room is compact but doesn’t feel small for one person.
It’s just a bit far from the main area, it’s a walk towards the train/metro station (about 10-15 min, overall not far but adds when you explore the city and walking around). And it’s around the bigger convention hotel and bank so not very lively.
But safe and all.

Easy check in and out, and staff really friendly when needed more towels. Room didn’t feel very clean though. Was a lot smaller than expected, or rather expected to be able to lay in bed and have the door opened without being completely totally visible! Shower drain went down really slowly and pooled water during a 5 min shower which flooded the bathroom and also felt unclean on the shower floor. Bathroom stunk of urine constantly. Toilet flush wasn’t super powerful. Bathroom door needed to be kept closed permanently to prevent the smell permeating into the bedroom. Room was very hot constantly. No kettle or mugs provided. Towels quite small. Pillows not great, no extra duvet provided. About 15 min walk from central train station and 10 min from ikea/ shopping centre with supermarket and food options. Wouldn’t stay here again due to the smell and cleanliness of the bathroom. But again it’s a relatively budget hotel in a decent ish location for central Copenhagen.

This is an unethical company. I pre-paid (non-refundable) for my room. They cancelled my reservation because I checked in late. They had my money. And they had available rooms. So all they had to do was give me my room.

But they said they cancelled my reservation, so I had to re-book and pay again.

The rooms are extremely small and inconvenient for the price. Room was as small if not smaller than hotel rooms I’ve rented in Manhattan. Additionally, location is not ideal as it’s on the other side of the train yard and away from all amenities. Additionally, check-in staff at the front desk were rude and unaccommodating. I would not stay here again.

The hotel is very well located, close to Centrum, Meat Packing district, Tivoli Park, and many other attractions within walking distance. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, ready to help you out at any time of the day or night (important info!) They have a bar and snacks available 24h, breakfast is simple, but delicious!
The rooms have enough space for large luggage, workspace, chair (so you don’t have to seat in the bed). The bedrooms are very quiet and clean, bed is full size, with a comfortable mattress top, and hypoallergenic cover and pillows. Bathroom is compact, showering can be challenging if you have large body, wide arms, but overall doable. However, shower glass could get a better scrubbing on!
A great place to start/end your day, well suited for business travel and solo travelers!

My review is tainted by the price I paid for a one night stay $170 not including breakfast. Way overpriced for value. Blank walls. Room was clean. Only one shower towel. No towel for floor after shower. No facial tissue. No in room coffee machine.. only one bed pillow. No early checkin without a fee. Breakfast at 95 dkk was good enough.. One plus: short less than 10 minute walk from central train station. Bed was good size. Almost forgot: could hear the screeching of the nearby trains during the night.

Hotel was nice enough, and staff were pleasant, though facilities were clean they were very basic.

Unfortunately one night during the stay the fire alarm went off and 2 out of 3 fire exits on our floor were locked which was very concerning and left everyone in a bit of a panic!

Additionally, you have to pay to leave your luggage, there are cheaper options elsewhere around the city to do this than at the hotel which is dissapointing. You also cannot use the communal toilets without a key card, which you don’t get till check in. Again it costs extra to check in early even if your room is ready.

I would have expected something a little more considering the price we paid for the hotel. For instance free luggage storage, an ironing board or basic coffee making facilities in the room would have been good (I feel like these are pretty standard hotel room items).

Generally stay was fine but nothing too special.

I arrived an hour and a half before check in and the girl on the desk wouldn’t allow me to my room. I had to sit in the lobby until 3 o clock. I only got off a flight. I was exhausted and in need of a shower. Other hotels allow an early check in if the room is ready, and my room was ready. It was bad service.
Nobody offered any help while I struggled up the stairs with my heavy luggage. The staff, or the people standing around looking.
Good manners no longer exist.
My room was tiny and the mattress was filthy and ripped. I dared not look at the rest of the mattress for fear I wouldn’t sleep on it, and I wouldn’t get a refund if I didn’t want the room. I didn’t sleep much because the walls are so thin and the person above me was banging and dragging things around the floor until late in the night. I definitely would not stay here again.

Hotel is 15 min walk from Copenhagen central station. Room is extremely small , no amenities provided- no kettle, fridge, tea/coffee sashays, not even drinking water bottles. A cup of hot water was chargeable!!!!!
Overall, expected much more from a supposedly 4 star hotel.

This is extremely basic hotel. In your room, no coffe maker, no microwave, no fridge. They even charge you for hot water if you want to make some tea. Staff are very rude when I ask for a replacement for the pillow that we have in our room because it was very smelly.

Overall the stay was fine. Our room barely fit our luggage, knew the room would be small, but not so small would have to take turns opening suitcases. The bed was not very comfortable, just a place to sleep.

Lack of Professionalism & Communication

I planned on staying at this hotel during my trip to Copenhagen, however a personal emergency occurred. This was before my check-in time so I reached out to see if I could push my reservation into the future. The hotel staff was not helpful and dismissed my issue stating “No refunds” when I never asked for a refund. They then ignored my communications. Would not recommend based on customer service, or lack there of as numerous attempts to call, email and discuss the situation despite wanting to reside at the hotel the following weekend were ignored and denied.

Staff was not friendly; the overall hotel service felt like it was \"all about business\". Everything was a charge; not even drinking water was complementary. The first thing I was told after checking in was that there is no room cleaning unless I request it in advance. I arrived 2 hours early due to flight timing and when asked if I could do early check in, the response was yes but only for an extra fee even though the room was ready. As I said, everything was a charge!

Totally heartless hotel. My dad passed away a week before my stay at the hotel and they refused to refund me for the 3 nights I had booked. hotel.com has tried really hard to contact the hotel and discuss with the hotel manager for an exception to be granted. Hotel.com is not to fault at all. The hotel stated their ‘limits in ability to make changes or issue a refund’. In fact they didn’t want to hear anything about it and didn’t care. Very sad to see such behaviour and zero compassion from a hotel management in this difficult time….

Not clean and no soundproofed room

First of all, the toilet and bathroom were not cleaned well. There were hairs in the toilet and on the floor. Although it was written as soundproofed room in the hotel features, it had nothing to do with it. As I could see from the floor plan, two rooms are connected by a door. Fortunately, the door was locked, but I could hear all the conversations in the next room. So this situation was not nice at all. But especially because of the cleanliness, I don't think I will stay there again.

The hotel is comfortable and in a great location for sightseeing. Plenty of bikes around and close to the shopping center. However, everything has to be paid for additionally. If you come for early check in - you pay, if you store your luggage - you pay. Reminds me of Ryanair.

The hotel itself is nice and modern. A great big modern/bright entrance with friendly staff on reception.

Was it worth the money? Just.

The room itself was functional but lacks storage space and general space to move around in. 2 people would br pushing it.

The bed itself was uncomfortable. A small double bed with a mattress topper on top, which kept sliding off during the night. Also the bed did not have a double duvet. It was two single duvets which was most uncomfortable.
