Very nice breakfast with good options of warm food, cold cuts, and various types of bread. Very friendly staff on the ground.

I took 1 star off because our room (Business Zimmer) was listed to have a King size bed. It’s a queen size at best and definitely NOT a king size.

The hotel was nice and a huge thank you for the receptionist who was trying to help us finding a garage for our broken car to get fixed. It was a really stressful day but that helpfulness and kindness from him was highly appreciated. Thank you!

Bath/shower door was not very effective at keeping water off baa as thrombosis floor. Room door did not close completely without determined effort but would appear closed and bathroom door would self close unless opened to extreme. Humidity in room was uncomfortably low and ability to alter the temperature was not obvious. Extra blanket would be helpful. I prefer using having wash cloth for bath.

What happened with the previous reception staff ?

Staff need to be trained to deal with the customers in professional way . I have been a long loyal customer with this hotel since more than 5 years . Now i am seeing low quality ,trained un welling staff who are unwelling to serve the guests. I hope the top managment will bring the old male rececption staff who were fanatastic . Overall services are OK . However the most important and first impression comes from the reception .Sorry to say i am considering another hotel for my next trips.

Excellent Hotel, would Recommend!

Check-in and check-out were quick and all staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel lobby also looks very suave! The rooms were spacious with comfy beds and housekeeping was to a high standard each day. Also lots of space for suitcases and belongings. Windows opened fully which was great but as my room faced the hotel front, the noise from the bar directly below was a nuisance in the evenings. I didn't like that i only had one pillow and a single duvet for the double bed. Bathrooms were well-stocked woth toiletries and additional towels were given when requested each day. I did notice that the breakfast room was not very clean and looked quite old, but the range of food was amazing! Location- wise the hotel is in a lovely quiet neighbourhood with close proximity to the U Bahn and to the shops, there is Penny/Aldi/Rewe/Bakeries nearby for groceries. Was rather displeased when the fire alarm went off suddenly at 4am, no staff were present so no one knew quite what was going on but the fire services came eventually and all the other guests slowly went back in after about an hour. Overall brilliant stay, with great service and comfort, would definitely recommend.

I was visiting a friend that lives nearby. The hotel was very convenient as I was able to walk to my friends flat and to the tram station very easily. Breakfast was very nice. Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. Very clean.

Fantastic property and very modern look and feel. I was most touched by the gesture of the front desk staff member, Abanoz. Being very jetlagged I was up quite early and came downstairs to see if the breakfast buffet was open to pick up some tea. Since it was your yet to open, he took the additional effort of going into the kitchen and prepare a cup of tea for me.

We stopped for a night from our trip back to UK, found the hotel easy, receptionist very friendly, English speaker. Very clean and quiet, spa facilities excellent, breakfast had a lot of choices, everything fresh. I will definitely book this hotel when I will travel again to the area.

We stayed one night, as we did a lot of times before. It was, as it always was in the past very pleasant. The rooms are nice, the breakfast is on a high level. But, in the summertime, be aware of the following: the normal rooms do not have air-condition. Book for 10€ more a business room!

Good spacious rooms and quite in suburbs of Frankfurt. I stayed here on my way to England and had a good size car park under the hotel with easy access to reception but costed 13 Euros .
The bar was small and resturant was closed but had the same menu at the bar.
Breakfast was included and was very good.

Fantastic hotel

The hotel was ideal for us to visit our son who lives nearby.
The hotel was absolutely excellent, and from our bedroom window we had a brilliant view of the towers making the distinctive Frankfurt skyline.
The area is out of the city, but it’s only a 5-10min walk to the station, and you’re in the centre in 20min (U2 train every 10min).
The breakfast was excellent.

Great hotel in Frankfurt suburb.

Very nice property on the outskirts of Frankfurt. Large comfortable room with a great bed, clean bath, and a good shower. The breakfast buffet was quite nice too. Close to public transportation to the city center. Would definitely choose this hotel again.

Great German Hotel experience.

Besides finding my reservation under my middle name, everything was very pleasant and the staff very helpful. The room was clean comfortable and classy. The business computer was very useful and available. The WiFi did not reach the restaurant area but maybe that is a good thing overall.

Good hotel for a good price

It was a good hotel, the service is great and they are helpful on all type of information needed. The downside was that we had the business double room but the beds were small. They call the beds as queen beds but it was small for two people. For the rest it is good and perfect for the price, a little far from the city centre but it's fine if you have your own car.

In general a good service and good exchange factor.
In a package like this, I would make the wifi part of the price and let it be free for the guests rather than having to waste time with codes and extra this and that. I would have paid more pleasantly an extra 5 euro to have the wifi free since the target public of this hotel is mostly conference public.

Stopped overnight en route from Nuremburg to break the journey. Room was clean (the décor is \"different\"), breakfast was good and it was excellent value. Also impressed with the secure parking (fee applies). I would recommend.

Would be very good hotel if you were doing business in the area and it's not warm out. Rooms clean and quite well maintained.
Negatives...though advertised as having air conditioning it does not. Upon check in we were advised AC was broke but they were working to fix it. We found out the next day there is no AC (though it is 'rumoured' to exist on the top floor only!). Why lie about it? Take it off your hotel description!
Location is in office complex area... no cafés, restaurants or shops nearby.
They also refused to accept our hotel.com confirmation showing that we had confirmed Wifi access. Front desk lady amazingly rude...and was even a different worker than one who lied about the AC.
Obviously...would not stay there again.

The hotel staff was nice enough but the hotel looked worn down. The carpet was stained and the bed were showing signs of a really long life. On the upside, breakfast was really nice. I know I wouldn't stay there again but if other people do I wouldn't blame them, like I said, the staff was really nice.

Hotel room was clean yet not so comfortable. However the main point of my review is the false and totally deceptive advertisement for this hotel. Beware that the headline \"
Luxury hotel in Heddernheim with restaurant, bar/lounge
Free hot/cold buffet breakfast, Internet, and parking\" is totally deceptive and a lie. Fine prints below later say \"Optional extras
Self parking costs EUR 12,00 per night with in/out privileges [you will need parking, crowded neighborhood...]
Breakfast is offered for an extra charge of EUR 10,50 per person (approximately)
WiFi is available in guestrooms for EUR 4,95 for 24 hours (rates may vary) [no fixed connected internet in the room, so no choice but PAY for internet despite the headline]What a rip off!!! Stay away from this hotel and such practice, teach them a lesson. Of course nobody took responsibility blaming expedia/hotels.com for the wrong information and expedia blames the hotels for sending the wrong content ....

Located in a residential area in the north of Frankfurt. excellent location if you come by car!
Rooms are relative new and confortable, and great breakfast buffet. To bad Wifi is nor for free, but relative low price per day!
Plenty of free parking around the hotel!!

OK for business

It is far from the center, but was convenient to my customer. In the evening it is very quiet around there, not a lot of options for dinner. The workout room could use some more dumbbells. The interior of the rooms is not my thing- tiger striped carpet. Other than these criticisms, it is a nice hotel, and has a good inclusive breakfast buffet.

The hotel was nice and comfortable, however the rooms are not as clean as they should be considering the number of stars. The carpets are a bit dirty and the walls had a number of scuff marks on them.

The rooms do not include a coffee maker or any way to heat up water. We were not sure if this was standard but there was no alarm clock in our room.

The breakfast buffet was exceptional and all of the staff were very friendly.

Parking can be a bit of an issue as the garage is not included and street parking is minimal.

We needed a baby bed and the staff brought one up very quickly and it was very comfortable and very clean; our baby was more than happy to sleep the night through in it.

Our bed was also very comfortable and we slept throughout the night without issue.

We would definitely recommend this hotel and will be staying in it during our next trip to Frankfurt.

At 30 degrees it was very hard to get comfortable in the room without air conditioning. Nowadays this should be standard. The room itself is also a little dates with a small LCD staying in a corner and a bath reminding of the 80s. The staff was very friendly though and the parking spaces are affordable for a hotel.
