Be aware

For my own reasons this is the second time I have stayed in this hotel but there are things to watch for - arrived to check in to hotel approximately 40 minutes prior to check in time, room was ready but required a payment of €20 to check in early.
Beds are hard.
Drinks in the bar v drink prices quoted on menu. Vodka on menu is €4.00, Coke on the menu is €3.40 however, if you purchase the two it becomes €9.50, not the €7.40 you would expect. This is because it is considered a long drink price on the menu but list doesn't include vodka and coke in the long drinks, not sure where the logic is.
Housekeeping prior to 10.00am each morning of stay regardless of day of week.

Everything you need and nothing you don’t. Clean. Excellent location, close to public transportation. Comfortable beds. Very friendly personnel. Room is not spacious, but big enough. I’ve stayed here before, I’ll stay here again.

Did not like this hotel at all. Room was barely cleaned only thing staff did was make the bed. Stayed here for a week and towels only replaced once. Lady at the counter at check in was rude. Only thing decent about this place was the breakfast.

The six days was amazing, the staff are very professional. What I liked most about the hotel is it clean and the rooms are non-smoking making it very conducive

IBiS level but not in ideal location

Perfectly good IBIS though facilities on small side and location not ideal. Quite a way from the main transport axes though there is a ubahn. Not a direct line to Messe. So you get what you pay for perfectly well. So good when other hotels sold out

I am very unhappy with the stay, I requested non smoking room, and my booking was done almost 5 months before, when I checked in they gave me a room in a smoking floor. the front desk staff was very rude, he didn't wanted to hear what I have to say, he said I have no more rooms, and he can't help me with a non smoking room, When they allocating rooms they should check the request of the customers, I am allergic to smoke and it was very unpleasant stay, I tried to stay outside as long as I can they only enter to the room to sleep, bathroom was so tiny even can't move.

It was rally a nice hotel near to local tram station having good access to Frankfurt Central station and Frankfurt Intl Airport. Very quite neighborhood and hotel staff was also very helpful and very good for families too.
The only thing bothered me in the hotel was there was no Tea Kettle in the room but I am happy to stay there next time if I have too.

This is a good, efficient, clean place to stay if you have business in the area. Good U-Bahn and S-Bahn access, though the S-Bahn can be tricky to get to. Not great for nightlife though.

Sorry.. Not good! The room is okay but the bed, to me, was uncomfortable.. You know how pillows and comfortors are sometimes made of somekind of polymer foam and it gets hot easily? Well, I had to cover the pillows with 2 towels and still hot.. I kept sweating throughout the night especially covered with the comforter. Without it then it got a bit chilly. Didn't bother with the thermostat b/c it was nice enough using the conforter.. In addition, the front desk staff did an awful job of explaning the use of making phone calls.. Never again! :(

Stay was very good. Practical and cheap. Clean. The walls are a bit thin so I could hear loud footsteps. Also, there is no safe in the room if that is important to you. Close to U Bahn and the bar / lobby is fine. Staff is nice and helpful. Again, a small and basic room

The hotel is a standard formula hotel, and it does the job well. It's not the most exciting hotel I've ever stayed in, but I paid a reasonable price, arrived late in the evening, found a warm welcome and a clean room.

Die Zimmer sind nicht besonders groß, aber für kurze Aufenthalte ausreichend. Die Betten sind bequem. Es gibt im Doppelbett nur eine Decke. Das Bad ist klein und sehr einfach gehalten. Abgesehen von einem riesigen langen dunklen Haar war alles sauber. Der Check-In ging schnell und das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Es war für eine Nacht, da braucht man vor allem ein gutes Bett und eine Saubere Dusche. Das Frühstück ist ausbaufähig. Säfte aus Sirup und viieel Wasser. gekochte Eier waren vielleicht um 06:00 heiß. Auswahl überschaubar.

Ordentliche Zimmer, größtenteils nettes Personal. Frühstück eine Katastrophe! 35 Minuten vor Ende: Keine Brötchen/ Brot, kein Rührei, keine Pancakes, kaum Aufschnitt und nachdem wir 30 Minuten auf 2 Aufbackbrötchen gewartet haben, war uns der Appetit vergangen.
Reinigungspersonal stand im Übrigen ohne zu Klopfen im Zimmer! Alles sehr ausbaufähig und für den Preis gibt es bessere Unterkünfte.

Wie immer freundlicher Empfang, sauberes Praktisches Zimmer und wie auch bei bisherigen Aufenthalten ein Team, das sich alle nur erdenkliche Mühe gibt die Mobilitätsprobleme meines Mannes bestmöglich zu berücksichtigen (vor unserem ersten Aufenthalt maß der freundliche Mitarbeiter der Rezeption die Höhe der Tuschwanne sowie Türbreite etc. um uns bestmöglich zur Eignung des Zimmers informieren zu können!).
Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Immer wieder gerne als Gast im Ibis! Sehr praktisch nur wenige Minuten von der U-Bahnlinie entfernt, man ist in 15 Minuten in der Innenstadt…aber die Lage ist deutlich ruhiger als in der Stadt zu erwarten.

Gutes solides funktionales Ibis-Hotel ohne Besonderheiten, mit üblichen Ibis-Standardzimmern. Sauber, ordentliche Betten. Coronabedingt gab es keinen Zimmerservice, das handhaben andere Hotels anders, auch in diesen Zeiten. Unmittelbare Umgebung ist nicht sonderlich charmant, aber die Verkehrsanbindung in die Innenstadt ist exzellent und dauert nur wenige Minuten. Für das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis völlig in Ordnung.

Aprovechan la oportunidad, mal servicio y caro

No limpiaron los baños ni la habitación en toda la semana!! Se limitaron a cambiar las sabanas y las toallas. Yo proteste en recepción y la respuesta fue que me darían una bebida gratis (?) Eso fue el 3 día, y luego todo siguió igual!!!!. Lo lamentable es que como hay ferias y exhibiciones en La Messe casi todas las semanas, siempre tienen el hotel lleno.
Lamentable servicio por el excesivo precio, por ese mismo dinero en situaciones normales puedes reservar un hotel de 4 estrellas.

Einzig die Multimedia Möglichkeiten lassen zu wünschen übrig, einfache TV Sender, Free tv Sender, wie Sport 1, Nitro oder Pro7 Maxx fehlen. desweiteren ist der HDMI Anschluss gesperrt, sodass man keine Möglichkeiten hat, Laptop oder sonstiges anzuschließen. Da sind viele Hotels mittlerweile auf einem höheren Standard.

El hotel es suficiente para alojarse dos o tres noches, el único pero: Está demasiado lejos del centro, aunque en transporte público se tarda escasos 20 minutos, pero no así al aeropuerto, al que se tarda más de una hora. Al no tener enlace directo ni al aeropuerto, ni tampoco a la estación central. Las almohadas demasiado bajas, si puedes otras, te la dan iguales. Por lo demás bien, muy limpio y personal amable.
