My main issue was a missing drink. As a tourist I bought a specific drink that I was excited to try and put it in the fridge. I went out, came back, and the drink was gone. I contemplated going to the desk but knew it would be considered petty and nothing will be done. I paid a lot of money to stay at the hotel for 11 days and no matter how small an item was my belongings should not have been touched. Other than that the hotel was in a great location.

The room we were given was very dusty and generally not that clean, and the shower drain had hair trapped within it. We stayed for two nights otherwise we would have requested a different room. On the bright side the general area was very walkable with a ginormous mall behind it with plenty of shopping and different foods available.

The room was very clean and spacious. We got to the apartment a bit before check-in and they were able to let us into our room which was great after a long flight. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It is fairly close to the train station which was one of the main reasons I picked this apartment.

Standard accommodation. Convient for the business area. 3 day cleaning policy kills it as the rooms clearly aren't deep cleaned between guests. Staff came into my room, invited, and early in the morning, to retrieve what I assume was the last guests laundry from the washing machine. So a decent hotel, but lacking attention to detail in routine serving of the room. Air con also not fuctional

This is a true home away from home. The room is laid out extremely functionally. We loved having a kitchen, dishwasher, and washing machine with dryer. The room was very quiet. Everything felt clean and modern.

The staff was super kind and helpful as well.

This property is a bit away from the main action in Frankfurt but super convenient to the train station. We walked with our luggage there and back. Hotel is modern and the washer/dryer in the unit was a great feature (although it did take longer to wash and dry loads but that could be that I could not understand the settings in German). The mall next door wad great for getting food at and there are other restaurants near by. Again, not near the main action in Frankfurt but a quick taxi or subway ride to it. Enjoyed the propery and staff.

Nice and new property on the west side of Frankfurt. It's new, clean, next to a shopping center and you can easily get around with public transportation. I loved the built-in washing machine with dryer, which I strategically planned for timing-wise to minimize my luggage for my longer, multi-stop trip.

It was great to have the shopping mall within walking distance- huge food court and fun to walk through. Safe environment, easy to get cab/Uber as well. Airconditioning worked well and bathroom was spacious. Nice to have refrigerator and small washing machine, although you will still need to hang clothes to fully dry (which is okay but something to note for travelers expecting a separate heat dryer). We would stay at the Frankfurt location again.

The hotel is in a great location central to most everything. There was a slight problem with our initial room being dirty and the A/C not working properly but the staff put us in a different/upgraded room immediately. Rooms are nice and spacious. We would stay here again.

The customer service was a mess. I filled in a form, the next day they said they don't have it and I had to fill in another form.

I paid for parking for 3 days and on day 2 they said they don't have on their system that there are no records.

The worst case is when I told them about electrical issues as soon as I stepped into the room. They said tomorrow by 10am they would have someone to fix it. When it was 12 noon the next day, I called and they didn't have it on their system about the fault.

They didn't let me cancel
They didn't give me reimbursements
They didn't let me leave a day early

Condition of the rooms could use some attention. Heavy dust build up around beds/ side tables . Pillows a need replacing, absolutely shocking at how disgusting they were. the pillow cases exposed and the truth of the pillow itself and they have long passed their expiration date . Stained beyond belief. Horrible site .

I'd stayed at this hotel about 1.5 years ago and liked it very much. This time around it was showing some wear. The room I was given had stained furniture (couch cushions and chair), stained sheets (black flecks on them) and worn, flimsy towels. Washing machine didn't include the English instruction card like last time.

Wonderful stay at The Adina!

Absolutely wonderful stay at the Adina! Nicely located less than a ten minute walk from Frankfurt’s central station. There was a nice high end mall next to the hotel with shopping and restaurants. Room was clean and very spacious. Everything worked as it should. Shower was nice and strong. Bed was very comfortable. Great folks at the reception desk as well.

More of an apartment than actual hotel, the sheets were soft, beds comfortable, the breakfast was really good and staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I slept much better here than in the other hotels in Nuremberg and Munich.

The walk to the bahnhof was a little sketchy but the shopping at the mall around the corner was excellent with an entire food court and plentiful options. There is also a small grocery in the mall as well.

We absolutely loved this hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Giovanni was very helpful as we were not sure how to operate the washing machine. Eliza was fantastic in helping us to order fresh fried eggs and omelette during breakfast throughout our stay. Both did their best with exceptional service. Quiet area but good for getting grocery and mall is nearby for shopping.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The hotel was located only a few minutes walk from Fasthelle/Messe train station. If you enjoy walking you may not need to take the train, as many places are close by. Skyline Plaza is only steps away from the hotel. I will definitely be staying at this Adina Apartment Hotel again.

Breakfast was pricey for what it was, however that appears to be the norm these days (around $40AUD, 25EUR). I was advised there was a discount to the breakfast if booked the day before, but apparently that was only if booked at check in - so there was a miscommunication.

Last year, I wrote a review after my room wasn’t cleaned despite following the hotel’s new policy to request cleaning nightly. They apologized, so I assumed it was a one-time issue and stayed again.

Sadly, the same thing happened this year. Even after requesting cleaning for every night, my room was left uncleaned —towels unchanged, trash bins full, and an unmade bed. Claiming this is to “save the planet” is crazy and also feels like an excuse to cut costs.

As a business traveler, I rely on basic housekeeping. Sleeping in a unkept room after a long day is unacceptable. This policy needs serious reconsideration.

The house keeping is every 3 days, they were very late on time, after 5 PM and we told them no, come back the next day. The same thing happened later.

We really loved Adina apartment hotel.
We arrived early and were very tired. Tauria, the front desk specialist, did a fantastic job to make sure that our room was ready the way we requested. The service guys were available for this task promptly and also did an excellent job.
The room, including kitchenware was clean, bedding was fresh and comfortable. Location of the room was quiet. Groceries (Rewe) are right next door in the shopping mall.
We are planning to book this place again when we are in Frankfurt!

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always going the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed.The room was spacious and clean, with modern amenities. 10 minutes walk to main train station and 30 minutes walk to historic downtown (you can take the tram near the hotel if you don't want to walk).

Overall, the hotel was very good. It was clean, large, and very useful to have the kitchenette and laundry machine.

My main complaint is that when we checked in, we were told we could opt in to the breakfast for the next day for €17 per person, just had to let the front desk know before the next morning. We decided to get settled in and then make a decision after, so we opted to wait. We ultimately decided to get breakfast at the hotel, so when we came back down within an hour, the shift had changed and a different person at the front desk told us that it's only immediately at check-in. This made the cost €25 per person. It's a small thing, but very frustrating to suddenly pay €8 more for each person because two people at the front desk have different stories. The breakfast was at least decent, thankfully.

The only other small complaint is that the towel warmer didn't work in our room. I wasn't expecting one so it's not like I lost anything, but it was slightly dissatisfying to see one in the room and it doesn't work.

The area surrounding is a little sketchy so I wouldn't recommend strolling at night and I wouldn't recommend walking to the main station with luggage, about 10-15 minutes. There are lots of taxi services nearby that can be scheduled in advance.

The first room they put me in was filthy. Long black hairs all over the chairs, dust on the surfaces, stains on the sofa, it was disgusting. The second room they put me in was cleaner but there were hairs on the floor of the bathroom which was disturbing. On the second night the safe stopped working. They sent someone up to the room that evening but he was unable to fix it. The next day I had the technician come up and he replaced the safe. The next day the new safe stopped working. It was super frustrating. Cleaning only occurs every 3 days. I’d never stay here again. The rooms are huge with amenities I did not need. The level of cleanliness was gross and customer service pretty bad. The only positive was approximity to the Messe.

Located right next to the Skyline shopping mall and an easy walk to nearby attractions. It is about a 20-minute walk to Paulsplatz (one of the main attractions and access to the fuss ganger area of Frankfurt) and many other points of interest. The Frankfurt Bahnhof is less than a 10-minute walk from the hotel.

The rooms were very nice and equipped with a small kitchen area and a washer/dryer combo. The bed while hard, was not as hard as some of the others we experienced while traveling in Germany.

Parking, while limited, is available on site with easy elevator access.

I state \"average\" around the property because it is in a downtown area with corporate buildings, but that doesn't mean it's bad. It is next door to a mall with a grocery store and pharmacy, so that was excellent in order to buy groceries for our suites (which saved money on dining.) It is also close to mass transit options, which is paramount in a city setting.

The staff was top-notch: very helpful in providing information about the city and providing items for our rooms.

I would certainly book there again.
