Our stay was just okay. The room was a bit of a squeeze, feeling too small for our group. The third bed was also pretty uncomfortable. The hotel's location was convenient, being close to the central train station. However, the area leading to the train station was a letdown, with a noticeable presence of homeless people and litter. It's a shame, as I remembered this city fondly from visits to Germany and Frankfurt 40 years ago - it seems to have changed a lot since then. On a brighter note, the breakfast was fantastic, and the staff in the breakfast area were super friendly and made our morning meal really enjoyable.

We enjoyed our stay here immensely. It may not be the fanciest hotel you’ll ever stay in but it makes up for that in character. The garden in the back was a nice, quiet spot to take a breather from the busy city. The included breakfast was delicious and had something for all tastes. The staff was helpful and gracious. In particular, Jonas, was a godsend in helping us navigate the area.

Great hotel with friendly, helpful staff. The breakfast buffet was excellent and replenish often. The location gave us about a 10 minute walk to the main train station in one direction and another S-Bahn station in the other direction. It was about a 20 minute walk to the main Christmas Market at Romerberg Platz. Our only ding is the bed was a little too soft for our backs.

Very impressed we arrived after a 25 hour flight at the hotel at 10.30 three and a half hours before the normal check in but there was a room available and so we could rest and shower before heading out to explore. Breakfast was very good too.

Tucked away on a side street in the West End, the hotel is quiet but easy to access. Not many restaurants or shopping in the area but it’s a short walk to the subway and not far from the central tourist and business area. It is also fairly close to the red light district though so be careful where you walk.

One of the best places we stayed on our recent trip to Germany. The staff was fantastic, helping us print our boarding passes and making sure we had breakfast before we left. The breakfast was great. If we ever find ourselves in Frankfurt again this will be the place we stay!

Breakfast is pretty mingy. The bread is old and the variety very small and low quality. They have a room on the ground floor, which has windows and a door to the garden. Unfortunately, the drapes do not close completely. The room is next to the service entrance, which they use really loud at 5am!!! One can always hear the room above. The bathroom is so small, one cannot turn around. The owner is the type of grumpy and intolerant kind. The rest of the personnel try their best. The hotel rugs have had their days.

This hotel is nice and clean. Bright with tall ceilings. It is a ten minute walk at least from the train station. The staff were really nice and they have a nice spot to eat breakfast in the outdoor patio. Air conditioners are quiet and they work well.

This hotel was in a very quiet neighborhood and a short walk (10 minutes maybe) to places to eat. We had a car so we drove everywhere so I can’t say how close to a train station it was. The breakfast was outstanding! It was your typical European breakfast which I love (cold cuts, cheeses, tomatoes, breads, yogurt, cereals, coffe, juice etc). The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was huge which is also unusual for a European hotel room in my experience. The beds were firm but comfortable with typical European bedding which again I love. There’s very minimal parking but we never had a problem getting a spot. It was about $14 a day. I would definitely stay here again.

As a solo traveler looking for convenient accommodations for a short overnight stay in Frankfurt, this hotel was absolutely magnificent. The single-person rooms are small but have all the necessary amenities. The maintenance and cleanliness of the hotel are about the best I have seen anywhere, and the staff were all very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent (wonderful coffee!). I would definitely stay there again under similar circumstances. The only improvement needed is to the wifi, which was weak and kept dropping out.

Hotel is close to the station which is what we required. The room was small with twin beds and quite basic but it was very clean. The area around the hotel is mixed, walking into the old town the street we chose was definitely seedy (peep shows etc.) but we found alternate routes that took us through residential areas and made for a pleasant walk.

Hotel is in a nice neighborhood close to train station and walking distance to the main attractions in Frankfurt. Our room (15) was quite large, with a high ceiling and large bay window. No air conditioning but we didn't need it in late June. One problem for us was the internet. It kept dropping our connection and was very frustrating for us. Other than that we liked the hotel very much.

I don't usually respond to review requests however I felt that the staff was excellent, the breakfast was unbelievable and the room and gardens were well appointed and comfortable. We stayed in early June and found the room a bit warm but were able to open the windows for fresh air and cooling.

Quiet, modern, clean and comfortable
I chose this hotel because it was close to the conference location I attended in Frankfurt. It was well-positioned, about 7 minutes walk from the station and a similar distance from the conference in the quiet, leafy suburb of Westend. There were lots of lovely restaurants in the side streets and a small square a short walk from the hotel. The hotel itself exceeded expectations. The room was quiet and spotless. The bathroom had been recently refurbished. There is a minibar and coffee and tea making facilities, which are all lovely touches as is the shower gel in the bathroom and the tissues. There is a pretty garden at the side of the property and I realised on the last day that it was possible to eat breakfast there. The breakfast was very good and the staff at the hotel were very attentive and efficient.

Overheated in a shoebox
Stayed for three nights during a heatwave with temperatures reaching up to 30 degrees. The small room on the third floor couldn't cope with this. The staff provided a big fan but even with the fan sleeping was not possible. Particularly when after the first night a film crew moved into the street and kept their generators running through the night. Noisy, but you couldn't possibly close the window in the heat.

Nice Hotel with Tiny Room but Friendly Staff
I had a mixed experience at this hotel, but overall I would recommend it. I booked a single bed room - it was very tiny. I could almost touch both walls with my hands out. This was not that big of a deal because I was hardly in the room. Despite what hotels.com states on its website, none of the rooms come with balconies (if that is important to you). The walls/windows are also apparently very thin. I was on a work conference call around 1 AM local time (7 PM New York) and was called by the front desk who said I wasn't allowed to be on a phone \"this late at night.\" Was a bit strange but I finished up my call and went to bed.
The staff, however, is extremely friendly and helpful. So very nice actually. I only had the breakfast once and it was a good spread.
Despite the tiny room and weird house rules about not using phones after a certain hour, I would recommend this hotel to tourist travelers. It's centrally located, very clean and modern and the staff is great.

This charming boutique hotel in a quiet residential neighborhood. The staff was very nice and helped with everything. I arrived at the hotel at seven in the morning and got breakfast at no extra charge and got the room an hour later. Rooms are clean and cozy. The hotel is 10 minutes walk from the convention and shopping centers. warmly recommended.

The hotel was convenient and comfortable except being summer it had no air conditioning or fans and our attic room was very hot. It also overlooked the entrance which was quite noisy early morning and at times cigarette smoke would come up into our room. A room at the back would be much better and I think cooler too. The area the hotel is in is nice and safe to walk around but the red light area is between there and the station. It's best to totally avoid that part. We made a wrong turn from the station which was not good. Make sure your map has enough detail to go around rather than through it. There is a nice garden you can sit in and sometimes have breakfast in too.

The hotel is close enough to the main train station that you can easily walk, but located in a business area of Frankfurt. There is a convenient supermarket located within a few minutes walk. The room is a little small to have your suitcases out and they don't easily fit in to the cupboard. Its still okay for a few days stay though. The bathroom is nicely renovated and has nice smelling soap etc which is pretty rare for a hotel. There is no air conditioning, but there was a nice breeze from the window which was good.
Breakfast was a pleasant spread of cold meats, cheese, bread, yogurt, fruit, cereal etc, there were also some hot scrambled eggs and boiled eggs, but i didn't have them. The waitresses were very attentive.

We stayed at Villa Florentina for one night. It was fairly close to the airport and the city center. There was a mall within walking distance which was great for walking around after getting off an 8 hour plane ride. The room was small but clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was good and we ate in the beautiful garden. The only downside was no air conditioning and the sun beaming into our room in the afternoon turning it into a hotbox but we had a small fan and a balcony so we stayed outside until the sun went down and the room cooled off.

The hotel is wonderful. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. From the moment I arrived and until I left, I always saw smiles and an eagerness to make sure my stay was great! I went for the Frankfurt CSD (gay pride), this was my third hotel stay in Frankfurt. I generally stayed in near where the Zeil and the gay bars - this was a little bit of a hike to those places, about 20 minutes. I'm a New Yorker so I do not mind a walk. Being that it is close to the Train station, it is convenient for that. I like the hotel and would stay there again for the staff alone. There is someone at the desk 24 hours, so leaving the key was great relief. If you're reading this and debating the hotel, it is nice and offers breakfast. Good value and great customer service.

Location was decent though slightly farther than my 6 yo daughters would have liked from an underground station. Lol. Very safe, quiet neighborhood location.
