I would have given this hotel a full 5 star rating, but for the horrendously vulgar artwork in the bathroom of my room 131. It features a collage made from a large number of images of items probably supposing to show what a having a good time in Frankfurt looks like. And in amongst these images are pictures of red high healed shoes, a thong and contraceptives. Female sexuality reduced to a vehicle for (presumbly) men having a 'good time'. The whole thing made me hugely uncomfortable. I was in Frankfurt for business, not to act out some sexual fantasy. I would be embarrassed to take my children here and I wonder what people of other cultures make of this.

The location and the aesthetics of the room were nice but our room was freezing. The heat only went up to 23° and the windows went sealed because all the cold air from the window could be felt. The little bit of heat never went below my raised hands and I'm 5'1. We asked for two extra blankets but only received one. There is no phone or microwave in the rooms. So if you need anything, you must go downstairs to request it. The one thing that was actually a plus was the hot water and shower pressure in the shower. It made the stay tolerable.

We stayed here for just one night before catching the flight back home. The hotel is in walking distance from the train station and there are many food shops nearby. It is in great condition with nice simple decor. Our room is good size and everything is extremely clean. The staff is nice and friendly. We enjoyed our stay here.

In short: stay away from this hotel. Staff seemed bored and disengaged. Breakfast was full of wasps, and food was all over the floor. Staff didnt clean it but pushed it away with their feet. A very loud African family were smacking the doors at 2-4 am waking up everyone. Staff didnt do anything about it. It was uncomfortable as they were clearly on substances and very, very loud. Rooms were very small with no fridge. Hotel body wash and shampoo gave me itches, and screen sharing on TV didnt work. Key cards didnt work either and had to be replaced. View from room was straight into the other rooms where people were shouting across to each other. Area where hotel is located is full of homeless people and junkies.

Great stay at the hotel. The location is a bit dodge but once you’re inside the hotel, it’s like you’re in another world. Modern. Funky. Nice furniture. Very comfortable bed and the beddings. Friendly staff (Nina and Noa).

Horrible area- drug addicts actively doing drugs right outside the entrance, peeing on the sidewalks, drugged out on top of each other all over the streets, homeless people begging, prostitution, and the summer heat intensified the stench of urine in the neighborhood. It is a couple of blocks from the train station, so there’s the factor of the people who tend to hang around train stations.
The beds are fine, the rooms are small, there were a couple of good people who worked there who were helpful and they were good about cleaning every day.
Otherwise, don’t stay here unless you’re desperate. I happened to be desperate from jet lag and being ill from traveling.

I just booked an overnight stay for a concert. The hotel was great. The location was convenient, the room was clear, spacious, and comfortable, and staff was very nice. The only negative is that the area of the hotel is not very nice (being located so close to the train station), so I would advise caution when not in the room.

The location is convenient especially given that GPS doesn’t factor in the short-cut directly across from the train station. But this neighborhood is not the best. Lots of homeless people and not very clean. Still, inside the hotel it's clean and tidy, and the staff are good.

It was conveniently located for us, as we arrived by train, but the area around the train station is quite dirty and felt unsafe. Lijely looked worse than it is, but not a first good impression of the city. But not the hotel's fault!

Stayed here while in Frankfurt and honestly, the hotel was fantastic. Super clean, incredibly comfortable, and everything worked just as it should. The bed felt like a cloud after a long day, and the place had a calm, cosy vibe that made it easy to relax.
Now, the location.. well, it’s not exactly the jewel of Frankfurt. Bit rough around the edges, and not somewhere you’d wander around late at night just for fun. But I knew that going in, so no surprises there, and it’s definitely not the hotel’s fault.
Once you’re inside, it’s a world away from what’s outside. Would stay again.

If you’re paying around €80 per night, this hotel is fair enough—but brace yourself for a few quirks.

First, the neighborhood is… an experience. Think junkies on the streets and human “surprises” on the corners. Not exactly postcard material.

Check-in and check-out? A masterclass in inefficiency. They even downgraded our room by mistake, and we had to march back downstairs—armed with photographic evidence—just to get the premium room we actually booked.

Breakfast was basic at best, heavy on bread, cheese, and cold cuts. The scrambled eggs? Suspiciously synthetic, but if you insist, they’ll fry you a real sunny-side-up egg instead.

Bottom line: **good value

Comfortable but location is disturbing

Hotel was great but the location did not feel safe after sunset. There was shady guys/men walking past as it is the direction to “red light area”. Foot path leading to hotel was also smelly with urine and during the day, you can see people smoking weed and some passed out on the side of the road.
Ok for couples without children.
Sadly not a place we would return to stay tho.

L'hôtel est charmant et à distance de marche de la Foire. Une petite épicerie se trouve tout près ainsi que plusieurs restaurants. Francfort est toutefois marquée par d'importants problèmes d'itinérances et de consommations diverses. La fréquentation près de l'hôtel était parfois inquiétante, mais il y avait des interventions bienveillantes des policiers ou autres intervenants.

De l'hôtel, j'aime la tranquilité, la salle de déjeuner, le confort et le look \"jeunes voyages\" qui me convient, même si je voyage pour le travail.

Our stay was phenomenal, it is around a rough part of the city..but technically most hotels are these days anyway. Front staff was amazingly kind, Michael and the team were always very friendly and attentive to our needs. Rooms were a bit small, and it did not seem that they had queens only rather two twins put together, making it difficult to not fall into the middle. Otherwise, its a typical hotel not perfect but very comfortable and accommodating. We will be back again.

Area outside the hotel has issues with drug users and red light area down the street, but that is to be expected around a major train station. Police patrols the outside area on the hour all the time.

Hotel good but check in was poor.

As we were expecting to arrive at the hotel around 0530 we decided to reserve a room from the previous day to guarantee a room on our arrival as we had been travelling overnight. We informed the hotel of this at the time of booking and I sent a reminder via Hotels.com a few days prior to our check in. On arrival the receptionist said they did not have our reservation and could not check us in. I showed him our Hotels.com confirmation number which included that our reservation had been paid in full. After some debate the receptionist finally agreed to create a new reservation to allow us to check in. On our last morning we had no hot water however I think that this likely to be an isolated incident. The room was on the small side however was comfortable. The hotel is only a 5 minute walk from the train station although the area around the hotel is not the best so just be aware of your surroundings.

The hotel is excellent. It is extremely clean with updated appliances and facilities. Excellent and vast breakfast provided. The area around the hotel is not ideal. Tons of drug activity and prostitution. But it is in walking distance to the Main train station which can take you anywhere. Very convenient. I never felt unsafe, but be prepared for that area of town. Just a short couple blocks walk is a very nice restaurant district.

Honestly, the hotel is fine. Most of the staff we encountered were very helpful. The area the hotel is in is close to a lot of useful places, HOWEVER, the area it is in is infested with drug dealers and users. With that said, the drug dealers and users are about their business if you mind your own.

Beautiful, brand newly remodeled modern property. Surrounded by junkies on every corner for a few blocks. Looks very unsafe but very safe to walk as junkies mostly keep to themselves. Was a slight billing issue and worked with expedia and hotel and was fixed right up. Top floor breakfast was 5-star. Highly recommended safe clean quiet place to crash.

Located really closed to Frankfurt central station, a couple of blocks away. Renovated facility and friendly staff, comfy beds and super clean. Everything was great but block surroundings was sketchy after dark hours, junkies and dealers crowd the streets by midnight. Daytime is good to be outside but be careful after sunset
