The area is not safe and we had the feeling that anyone can enter the hotel and go straight into the elevator. The room was ok, not completely clean, but ok. Be aware that the shower cabin is transparent and not part of the toilet, especially if you are traveling with children for example. The only good thing is that the place is centrally located and close to the fair, otherwise you can probably find a better place to stay in the city

Just okay. Good value for the price. Lots of steps to the front door. TV is listed as having 2 English language stations, but alas no, and they haven't changed the TV directory in the room. Convenient to the train station but the neighborhood is gritty.

Yes, my bedroom was spotless and the staff were very helpful, polite, and yesssssss courteous.
My bedroom was really cold, the moment I reported to reception desk Ahmed 'immediately' got unto it and sorted it.
The breakfast was fine with good range of choices , the 2 ladies would go from table to table to ask anyone needed anything else.

I stayed here for one night unexpectedly after my travel itinerary changed. I had not planned on being in Frankfurt and I am happy I chose this hotel. When I checked in I was exhausted and realized I didn’t have the correct adaptor plug. The front desk guy from Syria helped me find one and offered to charge my phone while I unpacked and showered since everything was closed. They offered me water and coffee as well. The room wasn’t luxurious but was clean, had plenty of towels and great water pressure. The bed was also big and decently comfortable. The next day when checking out I had left my wallet at the front desk and walked to the train station only to have the lovely man from the front desk contact me on WhatsApp and walk it to the train station so I didn’t not have to walk back with my luggage. Overall I really recommend this hotel as it was priced well, clean, had amazing staff and was close to walk downtown and to the main train station that connects to the airport.

Couldnt fault the hotel or staff, who where more than happy to allow an early check in for myself at no extra cost due to my early flight and last minute travel arrangements. Hotel located 3 blocks from Frankfurt Hbf. Area around main train station is the seedy redlight district, so be warned. Hotel staff are very pleasant + helpful. Breakfast buffet choice was basic, but served by friendly staff. Stayed there because it was close to Hbf + U-/S-Bahn lines.

The problem with this hotel is we book the room for 3 people, and were taken back when we entered the room to find the toilet was behind closed door but the rest of the bathroom(sink and shower) is all glass so absolutely no privacy. It is ok if you are a couple but if you have someone else with you or kids it is unacceptable.
In our booking with them they k ew there was3 guests, but only received 2 sets of towels, 2 glasses and mugs, not very professional, then to make matters worse our private patio, has cigarette but on the floor, and table. If you are looking for a hotel, look some else.

A decent hotel with the need of some maintence
The room is spacious and mostly clean except I found some old blood stain on bedsheet when I woke up in the morning. And I reported it to hotel staffer, he came to my room and saw it himself and that night we got a clean sheet. However we also told them two lamps in our room were broken, they promised to fix them the second day, but two broken lamps remained unfixed when we checked out.

The vagrants outside didnt bother me too much since the whole area is filled with these unfortunate souls . Check in was easily done in person by the friendly desk agent.
I would ask that guests are insruced how to utilize thier room key to activate the power outlets and some of the lighting in the room....I had to charge my phone in the hallway amd the housekeeper showed me the operation....simple but if you dont know you dont know!

Sketchy location and dirty rooms
Very dirty rooms, the only thing clean are the sheets. It seems as if they do not clean any upholstery as there were brown and white stains all over the curtains, floors, and bed frames. Bathroom smelled of urine, and you could see greasy hand prints all over the furniture. The fridge did not work at all, AC was very poor. Extremely loud outside the window due to the train and traffic. Its also a very unsafe feeling area if you are a female by yourself. The employees were nice, but that was the only redeeming quality. They majorly need to improve their room service standards. It was also advertised that there were laundry services for guests on site, but that is incorrect. I wont be booking this hotel again.

I would like to inform you that I stayed at the hotel for only one night, despite having paid for four nights. I decided to check out early because I did not feel safe in the area there were people who appeared to be intoxicated or engaging in questionable behavior right outside the hotel entrance at 3 meters far.
Additionally, the room was not as clean as expected, and I even saw a cockroach inside. For these reasons, I preferred to forfeit the remaining nights and move to another hotel in a safer area.

This place was very convenient for the couple of stays there on our trip. The room was pretty decent except for the fact that our bathroom has a clear glass wall which wasn't great seeing as I was on holiday with my daughter! The shower cubicle was more like a display cabinet. I went and sat in the lobby so that my daughter could have some privacy and vice versa. The second room we had at the end of the holiday was somewhat more private but still not a bathroom with a door. At least the toilet had a door in both rooms.
The receptionist did change our reservation to a twin room upon request which was great.
I've stayed in some rough areas of Queens (NYC) so I'm okay with things being a bit run down around a hotel. But I wouldn't recommend this place if you are a bit nervous, at night. There are lots of dope smoking homeless people around the station. But, if you're okay with that, I would recommend this hotel. The beds were comfortable and there was a kettle and fridge. The shampoo in the shower was empty, which I found out mid shower.

My room was on the lowest level, but I slept very well. It was quieter than I expected because it was close to the train station. The stairs to get to the checking in desk was too much with heavy bags and no one assisted. The staff was ok, not overly welcoming but not rude.

They did not contact us in advance, and there us no way for us to contact hotels.com, as it's all AI chat or irrelevant 'resources'. Stayed here ...again ..when visiting Messe trade fair , only a 5-10 minute walk to get there and easy to walk the opposite direction into town . The breakfast is more than sufficient and included in the room price . Bar staff in the evening were very helpful and efficient even when very busy ...bed was really comfortable and they do have a kettle in the room, even though not on the list of room amenities ...will be back

A Classy Hotel at a Reasonable Price
Pleasantly surprised by the very upscale furnishings of the hotel and the incredibly close proximity to the Frankfurt HBF (main train station) was convenient for both transfer to the airport and sight seeing excursions to area cities.
The hotel was very well appointed; however, the glass walled shower that was open to the entire room could be an issue for individuals traveling with families or friends. For couples? Well . . . very intriguing.
In addition to being close to the train station, the hotel is also just a very short walk to a variety of shopping, entertainment and eating establishments.
The staff was very professional and courteous. When the plug/converter we brought for our stay suddenly failed to function, they quickly provided a replacement for us (to be returned when we checked out).

Really nice hotel, clean, friendly, helpful staff. Only complaint was that the hotel closed the bar to hotel patrons one night to accommodate a private party. I have never encountered this before, it was always my understanding that hotel patrons should have priority of the hotel facilities. But overall i enjoyed my stay, excellent location!
