My experience at nhow was excellent. Prime location beside the convention centre, in a secure and convenient neighborhood, with great shopping. Just 3 stops to the city centre by train. Staff are all friendly and helpful. The room featured high ceilings and great variety amenites. Gym, Sauna, rooftop bar, amazing breakfast are all completely exceeded my expections.

I had a great experience in this beautiful stunningly hotel, from the entrance to the room to the rooftop the views!!!! The food!!! How combining is from attractions to see, and the most important you have a mall next to the hotel and I went just to go to the DM store to purchase all my vitamins!! I can’t wait to go back, thank you so much for your amazing service just next time I want to be in a higher floor I’m a New Yorker and I’m used to the heights!!.

I recently stayed at the nhow Frankfurt and had an excellent experience! The room was clean and well-maintained, the bed was soft and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating.

One of the highlights was the charming lounge on the upper floor, it was the perfect spot to unwind with a bite and a drink while enjoying the relaxing atmosphere and great music.

The combination of modern comfort, attentive service, and a stylish ambiance made my stay truly enjoyable. I will definitely be returning in the future!

Definitely 10/10 hotel was absolutely stunning and beautiful. The VIP lounge was fully stocked at all times and monitored constantly. The deal breaker was the room service robot. Amazing experience. The rooftop bar was coolest I ever seen. The view was stunning. The location was inside a mall with so much food options and high end shopping stores. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Rooms are sound proof so my stay was extremely peaceful. Loved this hotel 5 stars and definitely will be visiting again.

Great hotel! Had a mishap with receiving a scam email from the hotel and it was a scam but the hotel offered great customer service by upgrading our room and left us some chocolates. My only complaint is I wasn’t aware of all the closures due to the Easter holiday so some amenities were unavailable. All and all beautiful room and view, great breakfast, nice sky bar, great staff vey helpful and welcoming! Would stay again for sure!

Absolutely great hotel. Fabulous rooms with super designs. Amazing buffet breakfast and the staff were delightful and helpful.
Only negative was how hot the entire building seemed to be but once we found the room window opened it was fab. A perfect place to stay to visit the Christmas Markets

We stayed at this hotel for four nights. We loved everything about it. The beds were very comfortable, it was very quiet and the decor was amazing. The AC was strong and that is what you need when there was a heat wave in Frankfurt. We were able to check in at 11 AM. The front desk can be a hit or miss. We got friendly people and not so friendly. The hotel is very well located. There is a shopping centre right beside it with a supermarket on it (REWE), a food court and a pharmacy. The subway station is a 3 minutes walk. Only one station away from the main train station in Frankfurt. There are three big restaurants right behind it on Europa-Allee

The hotel was wonderful, in fact probably the best hotel we’ve stopped at in a long time.
The staff were great, the room/air con was great, the shower temperature and pressure were great, and finally the view from the room (10th floor) and roof top bar was truly spectacular.
What more can I say, we loved it!

Fun place in Frankfurt

The hotel is fun! The decor and the bar on the 47 floor attract a younger crowd. The rooms are impeccable. I was impressed by the choice of colors, bold statements — everything is organic and follows one theme - money! What struck me also wears the high ceiling and tall big windows. It is an excellent hotel - clean, comfortable, quiet in room and with a fun vibe out of it.

Our room is very big and the views provided by th floor to ceiling glass windows were stunning! Our bookings entitled us to the VIP lounge. We were able to access anytime and it has nice snacks and beverages!

Will definitely stay here again if we visit Frankfurt!

The only negative for us is that the bathroom has see through corners and there is a open bathtub outside the toilet which we could not use since we are staying with my adult daughter. For couples on honeymoon will be perfect!

Fun hotel. Location not in heart of city but 10 minutes to city center via Uber for under 10 Euro. Had a jr suite and enjoyed VIP 24/7 lounge. Thanks for the rollaway at no charge. Enjoyed being right next to mall with a grocery store.

Very nice and modern looking hotel. Friendly staff. Very clean and unique. Unfortunately the beds were terribly uncomfortable and myself nor my roommate got any sleep at all. The parking situation was a unmitigated disaster as well. We couldn’t get out of the parking garage because the gate wouldn’t open. We had someone who worked at the parking garage come up to our car and start yelling at us as we were attempting to explain our situation. Great hotel staff but Would not be staying here again.

Seemed like a great hotel but most of the features (bars , cafe , etc) were not open At posted times. Front desk was understaffed. I had VIP access but cafe attendant didn’t have my room number on list and made a scene every time I tried to get in. I’d then go to front desk to clarify (and wait in long line). Bar/cafe in lobby never open the 3 days I was there - had to walk to mall next door to get coffee.

I loved everything about this hotel!! I stayed 8 nights here while receiving medical treatment and I am so glad I did! The rooms are extraordinary, the service incredible, the VIP lounge perfect, the views from the NFT bar are breathtaking and the steam rooms are the best way to relax at the end of the day! Room is clean. I love the shower and the decor. Very hip and modern. I loved that there are 6 pillows on the bed. Bed is so comfy. Not too soft, not too hard. It’s just right for me. The only thing that I did not like is the air conditioner/heater. No matter how I adjust it, it ends up too hot or too cold. I love the location of the hotel. there’s a train station just 3-4 min walk away. Very close. And the Skyline shopping mall is besides the hotel. Lots of food choices on the mall. The hotel breakfast is amazing! And the staff during breakfast are so nice and friendly. Better book your hotel with breakfast!

Staff kindly facilitated us with an early check in. The hotel is conveniently located - walking distance from train station. Close to a decent shopping centre. It is a modern hotel with great views over Frankfurt. Bed was really comfortable. Room had all the necessities, including free bottled water. We went for a drink to the Skybar - would definitely recommend it. I would highly recommend nhow hotel for a stay in Frankfurt. Staff very helpful.
