My experience at this hotel wasn’t great, and I didn’t feel comfortable during my stay. Don’t get me wrong — the staff was friendly, and the hotel is in a good location. However, the real problem started when I checked in and entered my assigned room. It turned out to be someone else’s room — I could clearly see an open suitcase and personal belongings inside.

I immediately went back to the front desk and informed the staff. He seems surprised and gave me a different room and key. That room didn’t have anyone’s belongings, but it had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. Since the hotel is supposed to be non-smoking, I was worried I might get charged a fine.

I went back to the front desk again and asked for another room, explaining that the second room smelled heavily of smoke. They gave me a third room, but by then I didn’t feel secure anymore. I couldn’t stop thinking about how easily I had entered someone else’s room earlier - what if someone could do the same to mine?

Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again due to safety concerns, even though the staff was friendly and the location was convenient.

The soundproofing is terrible. I could hear conversations from the next room, and since many laborers stay at this hotel, loud music was played in the rooms until 2 a.m., which made it very difficult to rest.

Relatively close to the train station. Close to a new shopping mall. An underground station is under construction but there’s a tram station nearby.

Was a little disappointed they didn’t have a toothpaste and free bottled water in the number.

But generally a good choice for its price.

Wir haben eine Nacht in diesem Hotel verbracht, aber leider war der Schlafkomfort nicht gut. Das Bett war viel zu hart, und die Kissen waren zu weich, sodass wir morgens mit starken Körperschmerzen aufgewacht sind. Zudem war die Bettdecke nicht sauber, was den Aufenthalt unangenehm machte. Positiv zu erwähnen ist, dass das Badezimmer sauber und in gutem Zustand war. Insgesamt könnte das Hotel mit besseren Betten und sauberer Bettwäsche deutlich angenehmer sein.

I really like going to smaller properties (no big corporations). They always have their quirks. The shower was a bit strange but it worked so that's all that matters. The staff was very lovely and always let me take candy from the front desk. And the location was very convenient for me, since I was in Frankfurt for a convention at Messe. I could easily walk there every day. And there is a huge mall nearby if you forgot anything. My only complaint was that I didn't think the breakfast was quite for 15 Euro, but hotel food is often expensive.

I had a terrible experience at Hotel Attaché. Upon arrival, they couldn't find my reservation despite it being confirmed on the Hotels.com app. They eventually assigned me a room with no ventilation, a non-opening window, and a foul smell. I couldn't sleep all night and had to wait until morning to speak with someone, who informed me that their servers, phone, and internet were down. I finally got a decent room but only managed a few hours of sleep before my appointment. They refused to refund me for the first night. I do not recommend this hotel.

when we booked the room. we had booked 2 twin beds,and when we arrived there was only 1 bed.and not only that. it was dirty,and dusty. we marked the sheet to see if they change the sheet.and after they \"cleaned\" we still saw the marks there.they probably havent cleaned rhe sheets for a whole month! the workers are barely there and they are not even helpful! chairs in are room there was a stain on the crouch and we were disgusted to sit on it.The curtains had yellow parts on it which is probably trash.they only fold the blankets when they \"clean\"

I suggest to add some items like microwave, aircon toothbrush and toothpaste for their client. Overall, the hotel room was pretty clean particularly.they collect room garbage time to time, the staff are welcoming and approachable. We will go back here again the next time we visit Frankfurt.

Our biggest issue with this property was the parking. They advertise limited free onsite parking and free offsite parking. However, our ONLY parking option was at a mall that was a 10-minute walk away, and it cost 27 euros per night. In spite of the advertised free parking online, this was even the recommended parking at the hotel as the QR code with directions to this mall carpark was posted at the check-in desk. A fee of 27 euros per night is far from free. When we tried to revise our reservation to one night because of this unforeseen expense, the hotel was unwilling to provide a refund. They were unwilling to even listen to our plight. When Expedia tried to call on our behalf, the hotel told them that limited free parking is available in front of the hotel. There are 3-4 street parking places in front of the hotel that can be used by anyone in the city, and the hotel is on the edge of a massive housing complex. If street parking is considered hotel parking then ANY hotel can claim that they provide parking. We were never able to find street parking. Traffic officers were also writing parking tickets for people parked illegally. The hotel was not honest in its depiction of the hotel and was unwilling to accommodate when confronted with this dishonesty. The customer service was abhorrent. If you choose to stay at this hotel, do not expect much, and know that you WILL pay for your parking.

The picture illustrating this property isn’t the room that I stayed in - nor the rooms of my colleagues. It so really close to the Messe Halles but it is very basic with a 1980’s look - probably hasn’t been updated since then. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food was fine at breakfast. It’s basic but for the price you can get better.

Super nice desk staff. He even held a parking place for us by standing in the train as we circled the block! He doesn't speak English but tried really hard to communicate and clued us in about a light show at the cathedral that night. A.m. staff also kind and friendly. Good, plentiful breakfast. Excellent location. Comfy bed. Restful lavender colored newly papered walls with fresh paint and draperies made it feel nice. Bathroom could use the same type of updating the room got. it also needs some maintenance (missing tiles after a plumbing project) and a little more attention to cleaning--nothing drastically gross but some dusty corners. VERY tiny room (we had a triple) but we made it work.

Its a bit out of the way and certainly not 2.6 miles from airport.
Taxi is 14 euros and 30 ish to Koln City centre. The ten minute walk to S Bahn was 15 and its slightly weird even though its a straigh walkj out of hotel and left. Probably not the best out of town district.
Reception check in was quick but normal sized double bed hard against a wall is not ideal. Two nice chairs. Spacious enough and exceptional service with very early morning breakfast supplied.
. Unexpected but above and beyond call of duty. Brilliant reasonable price for overnight. Many thanks to both friendly staff. Dont hesitate if like us its a last minute decision. Considering location it is quiet enough

Nice hotel about 10mins walk from the main train station. It's location is in a quiet area of the city. A warm welcome was given with a professional manner at reception when checking in. Clean room, tea/coffee making facilities and comfy bed. Breakfast buffet is included and top marks for what was available. Fully recommend for its good value in price and friendly staff that have respect for its customers.

The hotel was on a quiet street close to the train station and the Skyline Plaza, which has a ton of shopping, food, and a spa. The room was simple but clean and comfortable and there was a kettle with coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. Overall a really great room for €40 for one night. The only thing I’d recommend - ask for a room away from the elevator. It sounds like an elephant’s growling stomach.

The hotel is a little more outdated than I expected. The carpet in the room had years of stains. Other than that, the bed was comfy, the staff were extremely nice, and the breakfast was delicious! Great for value I would say. Only 2 minute walk to nearest shopping mall, 10 minute walk from the train station, neighborhood is peaceful and quiet.

Flush your toilet chair with shower hose hotel!!!!

Was a typical no bad or no good hotel, good size of room but very cold (radiator only work on a small part).
But worst was we did have a toilet chair that only work sometimes...on both saturday and sunday no work at all, so we need to use the shower hose for flush....... We already told them on friday that toilet just work sometimes and they promise to fix....then on saturday reception guy say it's nobody can fix this. So think they could done some more and when we check out on sunday he diden't even give us a excuse so next time in Frankfurt not this hotel.

First class staff in a budget hotel.

I've stopped in many hotels but the staff here were all exceptional.
After a 30 hour drive the receptionist had a friend move their car so I could park and go get some sleep, that is brilliant customer service.
Thanks guys you know who I mean and I did really appreciate it.

overall very disappointed. the room stunk of cigarette smoke and when I asked reception about it the gentleman said it was a non-smoking room and nothing to do about it !! it was obvious it was a smoking room. old building with only parking for 5 cars in front rest of parking on street anywhere. breakfast in basement - kind of sketchy the whole set up - elevator not working - construction paint & materials in staircase overall not happy with hotel. morning reception gentleman I told him about room and he said it is a smoking room and they had other rooms that were non-smoking and don't know why man lied to us the night before - he was sorry but nothing he could do as room already paid for !!! funny though room hadn't been paid yet...

Staff was extremely helpful wanting to assist and help every way, also most spoke English. Hotel environment also felt safe with 24 hour staff in the lobby. The location is great with easy highway access and right across the street from Frankfurt's newest and very large shopping mall . Rooms were very clean and breakfast was substantial. Highly recommend for Fall, Spring, and winter travel.

You need to walk 15mins from the central station but there's a nice shopping center behind the hotel. Great location, kind staffs, delicious breakfast.

ホテルは駅から15分程歩きますが、治安が悪いと言われているフランクフルト駅から少し離れた位置に位置しており、ショッピングセンターもホテルのすぐ裏にあるので非常に便利だと思いました。朝食もバイキング形式で非常に美味しく、スタッフも非常に親切です。
注意点として、部屋には暖房はありましたがクーラーが付いていなかったこと、シャンプー兼ボディー石鹸はありましたが、歯ブラシなどのアメニティーはありませんでした。

I stayed in Frankfurt for four days and the Hotel Attaché was great! It's close to the Messe and and Haupbonhauf and close to U-Bahn stations, bus lines, and the trams. It's within walking distance of downtown and the river (if you don't mind a bit but of a walk). The Skyline Plaza shopping center is very close for shopping needs including restaurants and grocery.

The neighborhood is nice and is mostly residential. There is a kindergarten right next to the hotel and the kids can get a little loud during the day.
