This property is very close to the main station Frankfurt, less than 5 minute walk. Its in a safe area and convenient with lots of dining, shopping, etc. nearby. The hotel is clean and my room was quiet despite being right near a busy intersection. Breakfast was fine, typical German style. Big thanks to the front desk staff for letting me check in way before the 3:00 designated check in time. I'll stay here again when in Frankfurt.

Good for 1-2 nights

I’d recommend this hotel for 1-2 nights. It’s super convenient to the train station, which is why we stayed for 1 night. We were in the family room, which is a king bed and 2 bunk beds that are in a different alcove in the room. Great for some separation after traveling. The walk to the train station is 5 minutes and very easy. It’s a city, so there will be homeless but nothing shocking you are used to cities. It is a fairly noisy location. The street noise is very noticeable. AC works very good. It was very clean! I’d stay here again fir 1 night at the right price.

This property is by far the cleanest we have stayed in during our travels all over Europe. The beds were comfortable. The air-conditioning worked great! Parking was tricky if you chose not to pay €15 a day for their underground parking. When we arrived, we were lucky enough to get a spot directly in front of the hotel! There are only four spots. The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly during breakfast. Breakfast was pretty basic with no hot foods but delicious. (traditional meats, cheeses, breads, and jams). The machines to check in or convenient, but did not work for our check-in (wouldn’t accept our phone number). Thankfully, they are staffed 24 hours a day and our check-in went very quickly. Not having to keep up with a room key was great a simple code to get into your room.. There’s a great German restaurant across the street that we actually went to twice! The area across the street has a lot of drug use and loitering all day and into the night… It would be great if that was cleaned up. We did not feel unsafe, but it is unnerving if you have to walk through that area.
Check out was even easier. We just simply left. We would definitely stay again if we were in the area with the opportunity.

The property itself was welcoming and clean. Beds were comfortable and the shower was warm and had excellent pressure. Unfortunately the area during the evening was a little unsavory and a bit of an adventure to say the least. If you need a quick, one-night stay to catch the train the next morning you can’t do better. But consider staying in for the evening.

I had a corner room with windows overlooking the street and a cityscape view.

First, the staff were very helpful relocating us to a new room when the toilet stopped working just hours after our arrival. They were also very helpful in finding us another room when our train ride from Frankfurt to Berlin got cancelled because of a railway personnel strike.
Second, it would be great if the hotel would accept early check-in. We arrived in Frankfurt in the morning, 8:30, after some 29h on the road, but check in was 3pm.
Overall we have really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Good for a one-night stop off in the city.
Don't really like the need to check in before even entering the building, especially as you're required to stand outside with documents such as passports in full view of everyone in an area reputed to not be very good. I didn't like the need for a code to get into the room, why not just use a room key?

Room itself was comfortable enough with lots of light and the bathroom itself was functional but good. The bed was comfortable although the room itself didn't have a second pillow - luckily not something I needed on this trip.

Would I stay here again? For what I paid, I got everything I needed, and being close to the station was useful but the area wasn't great. I WOULD stay here again, but if I were to be in Frankfurt for several days, I might try and find somewhere more central and with a bit more in the room.

The hotel location from the train station is excellent.
We were given a room overlooking a busy street, as requested and the staff were both friendly and most welcoming indeed.
My only suggestion would be a kettle in the room, but that doesn't seem to be \"a thing\" in Germany!

The hotel was really convenient for the Palmen Garten, the Botanischer Garten and many good restaurants as well as tourist sites. The extra pillows and towels I asked for arrived within minutes. All staff were friendly and professional. My room on the fifth floor was very quiet, because of the soundproofing, and very cool, because of the air-conditioning.

The hotel was nice though the rooms were laid out weird and kept my travelling companions and I feeling unnecessarily separated. Also didn't have basic amenities like a coffee maker or mini-fridge and was in a kind of depressing part of town. I will say, very convenient location, there are probably 100 different bakeries and restaurants within a ten minute walk and that made up for what the room was lacking.

O hotel é básico porém bastante funcional, está localizado há 2 quadras da estação central de Frankfurt, estava limpo, e houve trocas de toalhas todos os dias.
De maneira geral bom custo benefício, porém é necessário saber que a região é ponto de usuários de drogas, e pouco segura. Outro ponto onde o hotel perdeu muitos pontos foi que ao alugar a garagem a recepcionista cobrou errado, e mais de uma semana depois nada me foi devolvido, falei na recepção e enviei email, mas nada foi feito. Assim NÃO recomendo esse hotel, que não valorizou a honestidade na relação comigo enquanto hóspede.

Hotel bien placé entre la gare et le Messe. En revanche le couchage est improbable avec une simple couette 1 place posée au beau milieu d'un lit 2 places. Impossible à border, pas de couverture supplémentaire. Quant au chauffage, la ventilation envoie l'air chaud directement au plafond et toute la chambre reste froide. Et la ventilation fait un bruit horrible.

Muy bueno y cómodo, la habitación que nos tocó estaba grande y nuestra vista increíble, todo funcionaba bien y pudimos descansar muy a gusto. Y todo queda caminando, la estación de trenes como a 10 minutos y como a 17, 20 caminando de la Rat Haus

Claro la zona por la estación no es la mejor, mucho indigente pero pues creo que así es Fráncfort, aún así muy tranquilo y no pasa nada
