We spent one night at this big, busy, centrally located hotel. Room was stylish and comfortable, but the glass wall on the bathroom was a little odd. We easily stored our bags (with many others) on the day we left. We decided against the pricey hotel breakfast, but found the neighborhood choices early in the morning were limited.

I enjoyed a relaxing and enjoyable stay at the Carlton hotel. My room was very nice, comfortable bed, clean, nice decor. The Carlton Hotel is in an excellent location opposite the famous Raffles Hotel. It is close to Raffles City shopping centre, City Hall MRT, streets of small shops, underground arcade that leads to Suntec City. All the staff at the Carlton Hotel were excellent, courteous, helpful and friendly.

Our first time in Singapore and we were delighted we chose to stay at the Carlton Hotel. Fabulous hotel, friendly, welcoming staff, superb facilities and great location. We stayed 4 nights, did a mini cruise to Phuket and Penang before returning to the Carlton for a further 3 nights where we were thrilled to have been upgraded to a larger room with stunning city views, a lovely touch as returning clients ❤️ Tux barman makes the best Singapore Sling, Tuxedo coffee shop for great coffee and fantastic pastries, we enjoyed breakfast and the Hong Kong buffet lunch once during our stay, both excellent! Highly recommend and would book again if we return to Singapore!

We stayed at Carlton Hotel Singapore for six nights and overall had a pleasant stay. The location is excellent — within easy walking distance of many restaurants, shopping areas, and major tourist attractions, which made exploring the city very convenient. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel worked well as a base for our time in Singapore.
The only downside was the late-night check-in experience. We arrived around 2 a.m., and the staff member on duty was not particularly welcoming and made the process more difficult than expected. Considering Singapore’s usually high hospitality standards, this was a bit surprising.
Aside from that moment, the stay was comfortable and the location remains a strong advantage of this hotel.

They have a wonderful team on reception, concierge, housekeeping, poolside & restaurant. The catering team are amazing.and the cafe in reception lobby is also great. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable and housekeeping made a wonderful birthday decoration for the bedroom to mark my daughter's birthday THANK YOU! Such a fantastic surprise. Really enjoyed our stay over the 3 days. Room which was on the 13th floor was spotless and immacultely cleaned every day ( if you wanted it cleaned every day ). Everyone from the reception staff to the room housekeeping staff were always polite and courteous. The pool was quiet for the most part, so plenty of loungers to be had. Would def recommend. 1. Water coming from the faucet in the sink has a bad smell
2. They should put a socket in the bathroom for hair dryer so that when your companion is still sleeping, you can just dry your hair in the bathroom in front of the mirror.
