He barely speaks English, was consistently rude, showed no understanding of customer service, and crossed personal boundaries in a way that felt intrusive and inappropriate. This was especially disappointing because the rest of the staff were kind, friendly, and professional as always. One individual should not be allowed to ruin an otherwise good hotel experience. I hope management takes this seriously, as this stay was a nightmare solely because of him.

Before we even booked the hotel, I had reached out to the front desk. They were quick to answer, friendly and helpful. Upon arrival, we were delighted to find out that one of the two of our rooms was ready early so we were able to check in and clean up which was wonderful after our 12 hour flight. The location was perfect from the train station and access to the trams. Very highly recommend.

Hotel was in an excellent location, easy walk from the train station and to the city centre. The street felt safer than other streets nearby so would stay in this area on this street again!
The hotel itself had a lovely reception and bar area and helpful and friendly staff.

The downside of this hotel was the room. Although very clean, the room was significantly smaller than what I thought I was getting from the images, it was hard to move around the bed and I am a petite woman! If you were larger you would struggle to get through the gap between the bed and the unnecessarily large chair. My partner and I compared the room to an old storage cupboard that the hotel thought they could use to make a room and get some extra money, we even questioned if it was meant to be used as a space for staff to stay!
There was a lot of noise from the hallway as late as 11.30pm and starting about 7am so sleep was difficult - lots of banging doors and hoovering and other noises! Understand things need cleaning but being at the end of a hallway we didn’t expect this much noise!
There was a lack of light in the room from the ceiling light and window.
Room could do with a mirror by the desk to give it a use.
The bed was broken and almost folded in half and made a lot of noise when you sat on it let alone laid - in hindsight we should’ve asked for a different room but we were only there 2 nights and it was late on night 1 when we realised so didn’t seem worth it - Our own fault really!

Very convenient location to Central Station. Great access to Messe from here. Walking distance to touristic areas like Alte Oper or Zeil. Great staff and rooms are very good comparing with European standards. Located next to a sex shop, many beggars and junkies in the area, specially at night. Not so nice, but somehow in Europe doesn't feel specially unsafe.

For the love of G, they need to communicate within themselves. Next day trying catch some sleep before check out and i was woken up like 5 times by both maintenance and housekeeping. The front desk staffs Carina Schmirow and Olha Klitka are very friendly to customers. They always try their bests to make customers very happy for their stays. They give me room 709 not only has a very good bathtub but also has a balcony. I can get a bird view of Frankfurt downtown area.

Great location walking distance from the HbF (main train station). My hotel room #310 was comfortable and clean and nicely decorated. It also had a refrigerator, water cooker, and a coffee pot (that I could not get to function). I also could not find the light switch for the desk lamp and the ceiling light - I tried all light switches, and they did not turn on. I also could not figure out how to use the wall mounted \"do not disturb\" light. The hotel overall seemed well cared for and clean and safe. I would gladly stay here again.

The hotel is a 2-minute walk from the main train station, which is very convenient. There are plenty of food options within a few blocks. The staff are very nice. However, the room was smaller than it appeared in the pictures. I reserved a queen bed but received two twin mattresses, which were uncomfortable and fell apart quickly. The bedding and pillows were not comfortable either. Additionally, the area around the hotel is not ideal, with many people struggling with addiction sleeping on the streets nearby, which detracts from the overall experience.

My room 704 has bathtub so I can take hot bath everyday.
The front desk clerks are extremely friendly. All of them are knowledgeable about how to use the computer to help hotel guests to check in their flights and get boarding pass from the computer.

Front desk & dining room staff were lovely. Breakfast was fantastic.
Both mornings, housekeeping rang the doorbell before 8a to try and restock the mini bar, even though do not disturb light was on. It was well before we had woken up after working through jetlag.
The bathroom was dirty when I checked in. The shower barely held in water in, so the entire floor was wet after a quick, 5 minute rinse off.
The AC/Heating didn't work in our room.
Overall it was quiet and felt safe.

One female kitchen staff does NOT understand a single word of English. She yielded at me when I asked her questions. However, all the front desk staffs were very friendly to me. All the front desk staffs speak English very well. All the front desk staffs are very helpful to hotel guests.

This hotel is in a great location if you plan to travel by train or tram a lot. There is also a great grocery store right next door. The staff was helpful & the room was clean. It is true that the there are some transients in this area of frankfurt, but we never felt unsafe. The only downside to the hotel is that we had a small hole in our wall that looked like maybe an outlet was missing.

It's a pretty decent business-y hotel on a block that is otherwise a little downscale, but we really liked the area for its vibrance, transit access, and food options. Our first room had a cleanliness issue and they were a touch sour with us when we asked to change rooms, but complied and actually gave us a much nicer room. Overall, a positive experience and I would stay there again if I was in the area.

Close to main train station!

Hotel is great. Just two blocks from the main train terminal in Frankfurt. I will warn fellow Americans that it is a relatively small room compared to what we usually get in the States. But has all the basics you need. Husband is 6'5\" so his feet hung off the bed a little. Also the shower area is just enough for one person. We were only there for a night so it was not a big issue for us.

Great locations, bad towels/shower

Hotel was really close to main attractions and the train station. It looked like it was recently redone, however, the towels were way too small and thin. The shower leaked really bad and it was hard to wipe up the water with them. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was helpful.

This hotel was your run of the mill hotel. The things that stood out to me here was the pillows were the worst I’ve ever experienced and the hotel is in the only sketchy area of Frankfurt I saw.

It’s near train station, so I choose it and it it convenient to have food around the hotel. But neighborhood is casino, drug and drunk people around and prostitutes on street. This Mecure surprised me, good location but very bad condition in room. Bad smell, hard towel, eco friendly because they don’t provide anything!
