Pictures are a lie, everything is dirty, rooms are a mess, drains are clogged, there is rat waste on the floors, broken doors, sticky floors, smells like smoke, this hotel should be shut down. Manager will lie to you. Worst experience i have ever had. No one should stay here.

The room was gross, it was dirty and there were stains on the walls all over. The room smell like smoke. The bathroom smells like piss and there were more stains on the walls. The shower sprayer was held together by duck tape.
It was so loud in the apartment, the main window to the street did not have proper seals there were loose and need repair. Oh there are stains all over the windows too. The door did not seem to block out much noise either for the stairs. The floors look like they need to replaced 5 years ago. Even the picture that hung over the bed was unlevel.

This place was not a good place to stay. Very little interaction with us and when we asked for information they always just said no. A guy walked in in front of us and they told him 50 euros. He said no and gave them 30. They took it. That's the kind of place this is. Curtains were half hanging and half off. Kind of gross

The hotel is way more of a hostel vibe which is completely ok. However the room had hardly been clean at all. I don’t believe it’s ever been sweep or washed a window.

However the location was great but much more of a party hotel and if dirt at all bothers you please don’t stay here

I recently stayed at this hotel and it was shocking from the moment I stepped inside. The floors were so sticky they clung to my shoes, and not just from poor cleaning—they appeared downright filthy. The bathroom was a horror show, with mildew and mold creeping across the tiles, an unsightly ring of poop stains in the toilet, and a sink that refused to drain. Even the walls looked diseased, flaking paint and ominous water stains that seemed to harbor more mold. The entire place reeked of must and smoke, like it hadn’t been aired out in years, and the grimy lobby was populated by some seriously shady characters. The lighting was practically non-existent, leaving the hallways feeling more like a back alley than a reputable hotel—especially unsettling given the already sketchy vibes. A decent night’s rest was impossible, thanks to raucous neighbors at all hours. Worst of all, the online photos might as well be from another planet; nothing remotely resembled what I saw in person. Overall, it was a terrible, unsettling experience that left me wondering what unsavory activities normally go on behind these dingy walls. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if it was the last hotel in Frankfurt!

The photos online are not the same bed and room. I was on a tiny bed in the corner and it was a very bleak and sad room. They never cleaned under the bed and there were tons of dirty things and papers underneath it. The toilet was dirty and disgusting and I'm not sure when it was cleaned last. At least the shower had plenty of hot water and good water pressure. I feel like it should have been half the price for how much I paid. It's worth spending a little extra for another room. Also there were interesting guests next door continuously coming in and out of the room and knocking on the door before being let in and out....it felt very sketchy!

It is a very convenient location so if you're ok with the bare minimum just to sleep for a layover, then go for it...however, if you find something better for 20-40 Euro more, I\"d choose that route and splurge.

Room stinks like an ashtray. Absolutely dirty. Asked receptionist to clean and a guy mop with a dirty mop using only water. Drawers with rubish from prior guests and sheets with cigarette burns

Picture does not represent the room at all.

They changed room on next day and gave another one that was dirty as well and same tobacco stench. In 4 days nobody came to clean, change sheets or towels or make the bed. An absolute scam!
Don’t know how Expedia or Hotels.com take part in this scam. I feel cheated :-(

Extremely bad dont be fooled by the picture

It was so dirty and smelly the place was not a hotel at all. I complained about the dirt and smell in the room the gentelman at reception said best he can do is spray the room. I asked for a refund he said too late. I have attached picture of entrace to my room which i showed the reception guy. He siad its not direcly in you room. It smells of damp and mould and mould in the picture explains why.

Unfortunately the room was dirty. Sticky floors as soon as we arrived, broken shower stand, bathroom constantly smelt of urine, cigarette burn marks in the bedsheets. All drawers were stained. Corridors smelt strongly of cannabis. It was clear the other guest were smoking in their rooms. Staff however were lovely but overall I am far from pleased with my stay. The pictures did not represent the rooms at all.

This hotel was not as advertised. First, it has no elevator and we were given a room on the 5th floor with 3 giant bags of luggage we had to lug up and down. Second, the room we stayed in clearly had the door kicked in in the recent past. There was a chunk of doorframe that had been replaced (unpainted and held together by caulk and a handful of screws). Third, the area it is in is very unsafe. We had to dodge a bunch of people asking us for money and also trying to sell us their beers as we got in. We had to sleep with the window open because there was no AC and we were only given a desk fan to cool the entire room, and all night heard people yelling and arguing. This was the most scared I've ever been while traveling.

Our room had a bunch of bugs in the bathroom and overall did not feel clean.

The bed itself was horrible. It was hard and they gave us 2 of the flattest pillows known to man.

Please heed my warning - do NOT book!!!

The pictures are nothing like what the property was. The hotel is located in a less desirable location of the city. There is only on street parking and very little of it located around the hotel. It is an old building with no air conditioning (my fault for not looking closer at the listing). This is definitely where you get what you pay for.

The shared bathrooms were not clean, especially the walls and the shared shower had no hook to hang clean clothes or a towel. The room was hot but you couldn’t keep the window open both due to noise and smoking but also I was on a fire escape and anyone could have come inside. Wifi cut out every 5 minutes. Would not stay here again and I had to extend my time in Frankfurt by a night and stayed for the same price down the street in a much nicer and cleaner place.

I had to walk up 4 flights of narrow stairs with a full suitcase and carry-on. There is no phone in the room and therefore no contact with the front desk.
The hotel door is locked at Midnight or thereabouts and a man sleeping in a chair in the entrance hall (not a lobby) has to wake up to let you in.
Of course there are no hair dryers and the washroom and shower are shared with 4 other rooms.
Remember Germany is pot friendly and this 'hotel' is one block from the red light district.
Area is full of rough-looking characters who may not be able to speak English.
Not a very clean area.
One of very few hotels who provide you with an actual key to access your room.

Needed a place close to the train station. Made the decision based on free cancellation, price, description and photos. The room was much darker than the photos, no side table lamps, TV broken, curtains hanging by a thread, hand held shower head did not fit the holder - had to take a 1 handed shower. No phone in the room. Door did not shut properly - had to push a chair against it to stop it from constantly rattling. Main fault - no lift (elevator) for 6 floors!
Description listed on Hotels.com is incorrect - no bar or restaurant. It was not non-smoking. Smelled smoke and saw cigarette butts on the stairs.
Staff was nice, bed was comfortable.

We paid over £1000 because it was exhibition week in Frankfurt. There's no entrance lobby, no breakfast, door didn't close properly, heating didn't work, lights were broken.

It's \"fine\"

This place really seems like it's in or recovering from some type of transition. To be clear, the guy at the desk was nice and helpful and the place was \"fine\". However, it's the little things that add up. First, just a warning - you'll have to carry your bags up a small, winding staircase which might be okay if you have one bag, but we all had two. Second, we had a TV but it didn't work like a TV. There were no channels and seemed only set up for a laptop to be connected to it. We aren't really TV people, but it would be nice to have it on to cover bathroom sounds since we were 3 people in a room with thin bathroom walls (I'm the girl who was with two guys x.x). Third, the lamp didn't work. Fourth, the bathroom door doesn't lock. The room had the most basic IKEA-looking furniture, but it looked newer aside from the desk with a hole in it.
Most importantly, though, the wifi doesn't reach to the 4th floor. And since the three of us are relying on wifi connections to converse with family (no international plan), this not working was really inconvenient.

We stayed for 2 nights in a double bed room and it was perfectly fine. Sure, if you have much luggage the lack of an elevator is a bis annoying, but otherwise it is nice, clean, and when we were there, also relatively quiet. The neighbourhood didn't seem so bad (lots of Turkish shops) and very close to the Hbf.

Day light robbery - not even a hook in room to hang clothes had to really push for somethingv- bedside light other side if room metal 3 step fire escape into room - it was clean but nearly 600€ for two nights a joke - not even B&B - just because an Expo was in town !!!!

This is a basic inner-city small hotel, good value at 62 euros a night but not much more.
1There is no air conditioning.
2The room has no fridge.
3There is no lift.
4The actual rooms are quite large with ample space around the king size bed
5There is no downstairs lounge to sit in but I would not expect this at this price.
6. The staff were fine and helpful, carrying my heavy suitcase up the stairs, and down at the end.
7. The internet wifi was very good, so much so that when dining at the next door pizzeria, I could still use the hotel internet.

All in all, I felt this was good value, infinitely better than the next hotel I stayed in!

The hotel does not have a lift but that that is not a massive problem. The immediate area around the hotel is not great. That being said up the street is the worst place I have ever seen in many years of the most deprived areas filled with junkies injecting themselves in their private regions and tripping. I am not a sheltered man but I would not recommend anyone with children stay near that area. The hotel staff were friendly enough and it seemed clean although the room door seemed somewhat insecure as if it had been kicked in and the shower head wall bracket was broken so we had to hold it. That being said apart from that the bathroom was really nice.

when we arrived it seemed to take a while to find our booking confirmation, then we were allocated a room 3 floors up and when we got there it had only 1 bed and a shower outside that looked like a shared facility. I went down 3 floors to sort it out and we had been allocated the wrong room !! we were then given a room on the second floor which meant taking all our cases back down but at least it had a double bed !! The bathroom was very good but the curtains didn't fit or close the whole window. however we were too tired to complain any more and just went to bed !!

Our group of four arrived late with a lot of luggage including musical instruments and boxes. We were told we could leave some of it in the lobby as there would be a staff member in attendance all hours. When we started bringing in our luggage we were told it was too much to store there after a couple of boxes.

The room was on the fourth floor with the only access being via a steep set of stairs. After carrying two loads up and almost fainting from altitude sickness, we asked if there was a room on a lower floor available. The staff were unwilling to make any changes to our room so we decided to cancel the booking and go to another hotel. On my way back down I passed an older couple who were puffing and panting. I hope they made it out alive.

The room itself was quite large and clean.

I would only recommend this hotel to keen mountain climbers and stair enthusiasts.

A equipe do hotel foi excelente. Muito atenciosos e achei seguro apesar de estar bem no centro numa regiao terrível. A limpeza é ruim . Eles limpam os andares uma vez e como os banheiros sao compartilhados só por Deus mas se pedir pros meninos da recepção eles checam e dao um jeito. O quarto tem muito cheiro de cigarro e nao tem bom ar que resolva. Ta impregnado. Cama ate confortável disponibilizam toalhas sem custo o edredom é quentinho. Bom se vc quer economizar e nao se importa vai fundo por uma noite ou duas é suportável. Muito hospede barulhento.

Die Lage ist gut - in fußläufiger Entfernung zum Hauptbahnhof. Zustand des Hauses, der Möbel, der Geräte ist wenig erfreulich: Treppenhandlauf wackelt, Fernseher funktioniert nicht, im Zimmer nur ein zentrales Deckenlicht, das nur von der Tür aus geschaltet werden kann, Toilettendeckel locker - das sind nur Beispiele.

The hotel did not have a room for me, so they sent me to a awfully place 15 minutes away by car; they didn’t give any reasonable reason to move me away and took another family instead of me. I have already paid the night for a ridiculous high price and they didn’t reimburse a penny to me. For me it a 0 points hotel not even 1 they deserve.

Das schlimmste Hotel in dem ich je war. Soetwas überhaupt Hotel nennen, finde ich schon strafbar. Aus Mangel an Optionen zu später Stunde, habe ich mich mit Klamotten ins \"Bett\" gelegt...einfach nur schrecklich das hier so ein Loch als Hotel vermittelt wird.

Die Unterkunft ist in einen sehr erbärmlichen Zustand. Schrank kaputt, sehr laut, starker Geruch, Dusche ohne Tür, vorhänge am Fenster schmutzig, Bett beschädigt, Fußboden kaputt, wände beschädigt, überall im Badezimmer Schimmelbildung, toilettendeckel nicht befestig.
Wir haben die ganze nacht nicht geschlafen.
Es ist unzumutbar!!!!!!!

Die Möbel waren alle abgeranzt. Kein Stuhl für den Tisch. Fernseher funktionierten keine Fernsehprogramme, keine Lampen an den Betten. Toilette unangenehm, Deckel kaputt, Gestank. Insgesamt eine sehr lieblose Ausstrahlung, wir haben ca. 107 Euro dafür bezahlt, da haben wir uns schon ein bisschen geärgert, dass seitens der Besitzer kein Geld für mehr Kundenfreundlichkeit investiert wird.

Ich habe schon in vielen Hotels übernachtet, aber dieses Zimmer war wirklich das Schlimmste, was ich je erlebt habe. Das Zimmer war heruntergekommen und wirkte, als hätte es seit Jahren keine gründliche Renovierung gesehen. Die Möbel waren alt und abgenutzt, die Wände voller Kratzer, und insgesamt hatte das Zimmer einen sehr vernachlässigten Eindruck.

Der absolute Höhepunkt des Grauens war jedoch die Notausstiegstreppe – MITTEN im Zimmer! Ich habe so etwas noch nie erlebt.

Ich hatte gehofft, wenigstens gut schlafen zu können, aber durch den ständigen Lärm von anderen Zimmern da die Türen so dünn wie Pappe waren und auch noch keine Isolierung erlebt hatten war das nur semi möglich.

Insgesamt ein absolutes Desaster. Ich kann jedem nur raten, dieses Hotel zu meiden!
Aber sauber war es tatsächlich!

Das Hotel ist schon echt eine Absteige, mitten in den stinkenden Straßen des Bahnhofsviertels, es war auch immer echt laut. Aber der niedrige Preis, die Verkehrsanbindungen und das hilfsbereite Personal sind Pluspunkte. Heißt wenn man sensibel ist würde ich hiervon abraten, andernfalls erfüllt das Hotel seinen Zweck, wenn man nur mal n Bett für ein paar wenige Nächte benötigt
