The shower didn’t look super clean (grout had what looked like mold in the corners) and none of the rooms had adequate light, making it difficult to get ready in the morning. The hallway carpets also looked like they really needed a deep clean, as they were really splotchy. Staff and other amenities were good, though.

I would just like to express my disappointment.
Even if arranged to check in early - plans did not push thru as our flight was late coming in .
The room was not ready for occupancy for 4 people .
The couch bed was lop sided . No back up toilet paper. The plates that was in the kitchen was dirty .

It could have been a better stay if those things were noted prior to our arrival . Oh well .😞

The staff was nice but the trash hadn’t been taken from the bathroom when we arrived and the carpet needed to be vacuumed. We asked for the room to be cleaned the next day and they didn’t change the sheets they just made the bed. We know they didn’t change them because our infant had an accident and that’s why we needed them changed. The breakfast was not replenished at a decent rate when empty.

La ubicacion del Hotel es excelente. Cerca de todo. Se puede ir caminando a todos lados. El barrio es seguro. A pocas cuadras queda el rio y ahi se pueden hacer lindas caminatas.
Las habitaciones son confortables y cuentan con cocina y lavarropas. La limpieza es una vez por semana, eso podria ser mejor. En términos generales una buena opción.

We enjoyed our stay! Helpful and friendly staff! Our room was clean and bed was comfortable! Adina Frankfurt was close to restaurants and we walked along the water. We had a pleasant stroll and had coffee near the river. We wished we booked a longer stay! We only stayed one night but it was a comfortable stay! We will book again!

Check in was great and we enjoyed our stay. The room was warm and comfortable and the pool was great. Breakfast was nothing special but filled a hole for a while. The check out was an issue, as the receptionist did not know what he was doing. It took around 30 minutes to check out, which is not ideal when our flight was at 7am!

Very dated. Listed amenities not available. Furniture old and scratched. Numerous stains on carpet. Stayed in 1 BR with kitchen. Room was dusty upon checking in. Said bathrobes provided had to ask multiple times for them until 3 days before leaving we received them. Closet door never worked and no one came to address the issue. Definitely needs an overhaul and not worth the money. Plus was walking distance to xmas markets and restaurants and other sites.

Rooms are getting older and not very well taken care of (not improved). Additionally, room was a bit dirty (probably cleaned some time ago and not re-cleaned again). Bath robe was not provided as they did not have anymore left (excuse: hotel occupancy busy) and slippers were provided only upon request.

Very nice apartment with a kitchen. Apartment was a good size and location is deal, walking distance from the main train station. It was clean and neat, bathrooms were perfect also. The only part I was a little not too happy was some kind of smell in the hallways, which they could resolve with an air freshener.

Waste of money

I cannot figure out how this hotel has decent reviews. The first room stank of smoke, as if someone had been chain-smoking inside of it for a while. The front desk allowed us to move rooms, which still smelled like smoke but just not as bad as the first. As we had no other options, we kept it for the week and tried to spend as little time there as possible. The hotel itself is beat: marks on every wall, stains on the carpets, a shower with a nearly black floor. On top of this, the air-conditioning was almost non-existent in the room; maybe this wouldn't have been a huge issue at a different time of year, but in early July, it was. We paid for six nights and planned to leave on Saturday morning, but instead decided that it wasn't worth it to stay just because we had paid the money. We left a day early and went home, never to return. Complete waste of money. And now I'm trying to figure out how anyone else thinks this place is good...

It was a bit difficult to locate but once we did it was quite easy to get to coffee shops and restaurants.

The area around it was a bit dirty just due to proximity to the main train station where there are a decent number of homeless and seedy people.

Disappointing Stay at Adina Apartment Hotel Frankfurt Neue Oper
I recently stayed at the Adina Apartment Hotel Frankfurt Neue Oper, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Here are the key issues I encountered:
Room Condition:
Our suite was dark, dingy, and lacked any view. The balcony faced a neighboring tall building, offering no privacy.
Cigarette butts and dirt were scattered on the balcony, and overall cleanliness was subpar.
The carpet was dirty, and mold was present in both the bathroom and the washing machine.
Service Problems:
Upon arrival, I had to request an iron multiple times before finally receiving one. This delay was frustrating.
The phone in our room was not connected to housekeeping, forcing my husband to go downstairs each time we needed assistance.
Room Allocation Explanation:
The hotel explained that larger rooms were only available on lower floors due to our booking for three people. However, this was not clearly communicated during the reservation process.
The offer of “free room service” as compensation felt inadequate, especially considering that room service is typically included in hotel stays.
I regret to say that my expectations were not met, and I will be sharing this feedback with other potential clients. Honest reviews are essential for improving guest experiences, and I hope the Adina management takes necessary steps to address these issues.

A bit disappointed

I have stayed here before and did again because of the small but very nice swimming pool, which I enjoyed again. However the room was disappointing. I was first given a room on the first floor which was a little out of the way as the rooms share a floor with the conference suite. As a loan female traveller the room felt isolated. I asked for a room change and was told they were full which I suspect is a standard response, but then was told there is a room on the 2nd or 6th. I took the room on the 6th, there were no hangers and thought it wasn’t as clean as expected, there were awful stains on the sofa see photo. I left the cushion out for the cleaners to see and they just put it back. I flagged with reception on check out. I’m not sure if I’ll stay there again which is a shame as staff are always friendly and I like the swimming pool.

Parking garage confusing and cramped, The pool was completely inaccessible, no mention that it was not, no lift, the accessible room we asked for required 4 steps, which was impossible. Grout in bathroom was grey with mildew, staff had no idea that no van/ lift taxi was available without 24 hour notice though we asked them to reserve one in enough time. Have been traveling all over Europe for a month. This was the worst hotel.

Declining cleanliness & repair

We've stayed at this location many times in the past and like it for the parking, central to shopping and a quick trip to the airport. However this time we were greatly disappointed. The room was dirty. The counters weren't wiped clean, the showers had significant mold in them, the fridge needed a scrub, the carpets were stained, and the entire building needed to be painted. Furthermore one of the two elevators isn't working. It's really unfortunate, but we also experienced similar conditions at other Adina's we stayed at in Germany on this trip. Hopefully they take steps to improve the level of cleanliness & repair as the apartment concept with laundry is fantastic.

I reserved a 1 bedroom, premier room and was given a nice room on the 16th floor facing the Rhine river. It was a beautiful view. The room was clean, particularly the bedroom and the bathroom. The living area had a few stains in the carpet, but nothing worse than my own house.
Overall, the apartment was a good size and very comfortable.

OVERCHARGED US FOR OUR ROOMS

The hotel is well-located and the rooms upscale. Our only problem was we had two reservations. We indicated 3 people in one room and two in the second room. When we arrived, the hotel insisted on charging three people in the second room and would not consider refunding the difference between a two person room and a three person room. Our hotel.com confirmation, clearly stated FIVE people, not six. And, when the first room checked in and said the second room was for two people not three, the hotel responded (in essence), \"Too bad.\" When the second room people arrived and said there were only two people in the room, the hotel similarly responded TOO BAD. Well, it's TOO BAD we stayed in the customer-unfriendly hotel. We cannot recommend it and encourage others not to stay there.

The studio was clean and well stocked, the location an easy 10min walk from Frankfurt Hbf.
The only downside was the balcony door wasn’t soundproof so we heard a lot more street traffic than anticipated. Otherwise lovely hotel with a good breakfast.
