Welcoming staff and check in was easy. Room was a tad on the small side, but bed was comfy and the shower was good with plenty of hot water. Breakfast was good, was offer a choice of eggs, I had mine scrambled. Good location near Central Station.

Room is very clean. Free drinks in fridge - beer , soft drink water, however we only had Diet Coke. Short walk from train station. Staff are all immensely kind. We received great service from everyone. Breakfast has a good offering and the made to order eggs are the best touch. The room size though is one of the smallest in all of the European hotels I’ve stayed in.

I stayed in the hotel for two nights. The check-in went very smoothly and the receptionist was friendly and accommodating. The room and the bathroom were clean and of good size for a solo traveller like myself, The bed extremely comfortable. The fridge was fully stacked and the drinks were complimentary. The hotel was very quiet which is a plus sign. Breakfast was quite good and they would provide eggs how the client wanted. Location was convenient. Five minutes from the main line station and 15 minutes to the city centre. Finally the staff all of them were extremely polite, helpful and every time I saw them they all had a smile, I had a very pleasant stay.

This was the second time I have stayed here ~ and a week each visit. It is a superb base when visiting friends in the region. Easy access to S/U-Bahn and the Hauptbahnhof. Immaculately clean, friendly staff - who remembered me from last visit - and a nice breakfast every morning.

Great central hotel, next to main train station. 5 min walk. We had early flight from Dublin at 7am, landed at 9am, 35 min Suburban Train to Main Station. What was really beneficial to us was a check in time of 10am so we could drop our gear, freshen up and set out for the day. Tram stop located right out front door to access city centre 10 min journey. Staff on check in very polite. We were in room 57, twin single beds, small room, with plenty of storage. WC was clean, excellent shower and air conditioning in room. Breakfast was simple, tasty and plentiful for the day ahead. Outside area, noise was fine, no issues with sleeping.

fridge available, can control temp in the room, terrific breakfast. All the staff were wonderful!!!!

It is a bit small for 2 people if staying for a few nights in the budget side, however good for short stays.

The kindest and most generous staff I have ever seen at a hotel. The mini bar is completely free with beer, pop and water available and the staff asked me if needed a refill every day. The woman at breakfast remembered our order the second day (she makes custom omelettes that are delicious) and even checking out the front desk made sure to expedite our process because we had a train to catch. Please stay here. The area cam be a little rough around the train station but the people here are kind.

Great property just a couple of blocks from the main train station. Comfortable bed and very clean. My only complaint is that the bathroom was so small that a medium sized woman struggled to turn around inside, and there is not much privacy as there is only a clear glass window with stenciled stars separating the bathroom from the bedroom. If you are a solo traveler or a couple it's ok, but not appropriate for families or non-couples.

As others have said, the breakfast was really wonderful, complete with freshly made cappuccino and a good variety of items. The staff was very friendly and willing to answer questions. Also said before, the hotel is in the neighborhood of the train station and so there is a certain amount of noise and unfortunately homeless people (who did not bother us).
What we didn’t like was that the room was too warm, air conditioning was not available to select on the thermostat. We couldn’t keep the windows open because of traffic and construction noise and traffic fumes. That being said, this is a great location for travelers passing through Frankfurt.

Good service but beware of bed bugs

The goods: 1). The location is less than 5 minutes walk from the train station. 2). The mini bar, which has soft drinks, water, and beers, was included. 3). Good selections on the continental breakfast.
The bad - the bed in the first room had dead bed bugs under the mattress. The front desk changed our room immediately and we didn’t see any more bed bugs.

Honestly lacking in terms of quality

Hotel isnt bad but they need to establish a more efficient cleaning system there; all the housekeepers randomly enter your room to clean without knocking and with their master keycard. This is an absolute cardinal sin in hospitality… this includes the final day where they tried to enter hours before check-out when I was in the bathroom…

Also, they will charge you “city tax” as I guess that is all of Frankfurt so its around 2 euros to pay before you check out. If you are driving, the website tells you theres a indoor parking garage nearby about 2-3 minutes walk passing intersections. This is not free; Parking for overnight (arriving at 1pm and parking till 12pm the next day) is 25€ so around 1 day is 25€… Haven’t tried the breakfast but its 6:30-10am every day.

The rooms are very very tiny so its good for solo or two people max and not staying there for no more than 1-2 nights.. Towel and beds were dirty with someone elses hair/dirt.

The pro is that the main hauptbahnhof (central train station) is literally 6 minutes by walking. However, just with most Western European central Train stations, the area is decrepit, dangerous and full of suspicious individuals (e.g. like Paris Gare’s stations (both), here, Milan, Rome… etc.) so just be careful when walking in the main street heading towards the hauptbahnhof (there somes polizei but sparse and may not be thete during your time).. The area around the hotel and frankfurt in general is degraded..

I'd have given this hotel 120 points if possible.
For such a reasonable price, the location is spot on, literally a 3 min walk from the Frankfurt Main station. The staff are very friendly, breakfast is provided, the room is clean with complimentary bar (coke, water, beer) and the place is sufficiently quiet. Wifi is super fast. The rooms are slightly small but i dont care since i dont stay in the rooms very much.
For a solo traveller, this is the best choice for sure and i will stay again whenever i come back here.
Highly recommended!

Our room was very clean and the couch bed all made up for our son when we arrived.
Strangest bathroom set up especially for a family the barhroom has a window overlooking the couch wide open so everyone can see you shower and go to the bathroom. Super awkward!! I wouldnt stay here again because of that unless it was just me and the hubby but with kids its very awkward!

Its close to the train station, and the breakfast is decent. But there's no fan or ventilation inside the bathroom. I talked to the person at the front desk and they said it's automatic. I assume they meant the A/C, because there's no way to turn on any fan specifically in the bathroom, and the bathroom door doesn't close all the way. Someone in the room next to me was making a lot of noise at night and the doors slam really loud. So if you're a light sleeper or have sensitive hearing then maybe this is not a good place to stay.

The two gentlemen in the reception are amazing, they are very polite, very helpful , very welcoming. There is one lady in reception she is not welcoming at all.
The staff who serve the breakfast are fantastic, they are very polite, very kind, very polite.
The cleaning is ok, though we needed to ask for refills of the soap and shampoo, but it was ok.
All over it is a great place to stay.
The location is perfect.

Hotel Europa Life and Style are two hotels with one common registration area. The staff is wonderful and extremely welcoming and helpful. The breakfast included is an extensive buffet of meats, cheese, yogurt, fruit, cereal, bread (ask for gluten-free if you need), juice, teas, and coffee. I enjoyed a macchiato each morning. The location is one block down the street from the train station, and the Flexbus is around the corner, as well. The rooms are small, but serve their purpose. The beds are extremely comfortable - I slept better than I usually do in a hotel. And, the pillows - I miss them! The shower pressure is amazing. I stayed there at the start and the end of a trip to Germany. Definitely would go back again if I am ever in Frankfurt.

Inexpensive and close to train station/museums.

I stayed 9 nights in a upper room facing the street. There was big-city street noise during the day, but it subsided by 7pm. My room was quiet and comfortable. I could change the A/C and heat using the thermostat control, and uninterrupted hot water was always available. I used the elevator to get to my room, but chose to descend using the stairs - I was glad both were available.

Despite listing laundry facilities as an option, none were available at the hotel. I was told a laundromat was just down the street, and a dry cleaner was in the train station. Speaking of the station, it is about a 2-3 minute walk (while the local tram and bus services are right across the street from the hotel). The station has many eating options, a couple mini markets, and a bookshop. Many hotels and restaurants surround the station, so there are many eating choices, from street food, to high-end experiences. A inexpensive and welcoming middle eastern restaurant is next to the hotel, and a neighborhood market that sells snacks, drinks, beer, cigarettes, and trinkets is two stores over.

The hotel is two streets from the river Main and the promenade where the city's main museums, like the Staedel, German Film Museum, and Historical Museum, are located.

Considering the hotel's amenities, including the breakfast, and the hotel's location, I thought it was a great bargain and would stay there again.

Friendly staff, clean and spacious room. Beds were comfortable and the shower worked well. We (me and two kids) needed a room for a single night stopover on a longer trip and this hotel fit the bill. The breakfast buffet could have been better and the area is not one I’d recommend for a lengthy stay. However, it’s very convenient for the station and other public transport. If I need a place to stay in central Frankfurt for a short time, I’d stay here again.

Great little hotel close to station on the quieter side of the street. Good location for station and centre. Room was comfortable, clean with new facilities. Nice touch to have a fridge. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast was included and good value. Friendly staff. Only facility I missed was having tea/coffee making facilities in the room but this is not yet common. If you are a light sleeper traffic noise in the street facing rooms might be an issue.

Value for money - great location ( less than 5m from Main train station) good WiFI reception with substantial breakfast and complimentary minibar included. Room is small but well designed. I didn’t know that the area near Main Train station is red-light district until a local told me. There are no neon sign lights advertising erotic activites and maybe 1-2 homeless people -I didn’t feel unsafe walking back fm train station to hotel at night ( hotel is on main road with trams running in front).
