Calidad- precio, Excelente opción. Esta a 4 minutos de la estación central de tren. alrededor esta lleno de restaurantes y el casco histórico a unos 14 minutos caminando.
El desayuno es básico pero bien. (pan,Huevos,quesos,frutas,yogurt,cafes y juegos)
Observaciones: No tienen amenidades, solo gel de baño y papel. Tratar que te hagan el check out frente a ti. (cargos no reconocidos en la tc luego)

We booked a quad family room but my daughter turned 17 and is considered an adult so we were forced to book another room. Would be good if this was clearer on the website. Also, the area around the hotel felt particularly dangerous, so definitely not a good area for families.

Very poor experience staying at Premier Inn Frankfurt City Centre. Hotel is dated and carpets in room were stained. When we had to unexpectedly shorten our stay, the front desk Manager showed complete indifference and lack of empathy, and made no efforts to try to make things right. I do not recommend this hotel and will not return.

The hotel, was spotlessly clean, friendly reception staff who were very helpful, all English speaking and the Milka Father Christmas was nice touch.

Our room didn't not have a safe, but did have tea and.coffee making facilities. This hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the main train and coach stations. It was about 15-20 minutes walk to the Christmas market and shopping area. I would definitely recommend if you want to be near the public transport and visiting Frankfurt.

We didn't have breakfast or drive there so can't comment on those issue.

Wasted money on an uber not realizing this location was up the street and around the corner from the main haubtenhopf 😭😭😭😭. I could have walked over . First time In awhile a hairless bathroom. No hair on the sheets. Only issue notice machine wasn’t an issue. Didn’t get to try breakfast too tired to get up on time. Was told it was the usual continental breakfast. Did air out my room daily not sure if out of habit or slowly becoming German. Rooms were quiet only heard noise if windows were open. Location was only 10 minutes walk to the market.

Die angebotenen Services waren von hoher Qualität, und das Zimmer war komfortabel und bestens gepflegt. Außerdem ist die Lage ideal: Das Hotel befindet sich direkt in der Nähe des Bahnhofs, was sehr praktisch ist.

Fantastic Hotel! We loved the comfortable bed with individual duvets. The washroom was nicely laid out with a walk in shower and great water pressure. The breakfast was excellent! There were plenty of choices of hot and cold items. All were delicious! The lobby was very comfortable to hang out and order a pizza and/or drinks. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much.

A few blocks over is the Red Light District - the hotel is on the cusp of a bit more seedy area but relatively safe. Just need to be aware (as in any other big city). Location to most things is great, Train station walkable, Old Town - walkable), Zeil shopping area walkable. Room was good sized and met all my needs. Wouldn't say luxurious but didn't expect that either. would stay again.

Handy location near the station. Yes, the area is a bit dodgy but it’s fine. 10 min walk to the start of the centre of town. Nice clean rooms and comfy bed. Only negatives are no safe in the room so you have to take your valuables out with you, and very few channels on the TV (mostly international news channels).

The hotel's location is great, walking distance to Frankfurt's Main River and famous attractions. I had a really comfortable bed. The bathroom was kind of small and the toilet's flush was behind its lid which was hard to use. (A minor detail) Hotel's parking was full when I arrived, but staff directed me another parking lot immediately. I recommend this value of the price hotel.

The staff member blocked my car on purpose and confronted me with no explanation — right when I had an urgent meeting. It was genuinely embarrassing. For reference, I had checked in the evening before around 6 p.m. and let your team know I'd be back around 1 p.m. the next day, which I assumed was within the allowed parking hours. The hotel next door at Messe offered 24-hour parking without issue. Please treat guests with more consideration.
