The location is good - just a short walk from the main railway station. Plenty shops and restaurants nearby. Hotel is clean and comfortable. The rooms are not large, but adequate for a stay of one or two nights. Good value for money.
Staff are friendly and helpful and happy to store luggage after the noon checkout. I would use this hotel again.

I wouldn't stay here again if I could help it

The hotel is conveniently located. It's clean enough. However, there was an air con unit but it didn't work. The noise from the street meant opening a window wasn't a good plan if you wanted to sleep. The laminate flooring had gaps. The headboard was peeling leaving black bits on the bed if you leaned against it. The bottom of the bathroom door was peeling too. The pillows didn't stay in their cases very well & we could see how old & yellow they were. That said, the shower was pretty good & the staff very nice.

My reservation was prepaid yet when I arrived at 23:00 my room had been given to someone else. I was treated well but had to wait 15 minutes until a room was found for me. The room was very small and the tv didnt work. Altogether an unpleasant yet expensive stay.

The property seemed to be close to things to do, outside the front door could look a bit sketchy. We stayed during the week, they do not have AC so we asked for a Fan which they did not have, so we opened the windows to partying on the street until all hours. The bathroom had mold around some of the tiles.

While the hotel feels like being squeezed in the rooms and especially bathrooms are big enough for a short term stay. And you can’t beat the location only a short 5 minutes walk away from Frankfurt’s main railway station - from which you can get everywhere else, literally! The rooms are modern, clean, and have everything you need (including the 20x20 cm rain shower heads…!). This is my new weekend/stopover hotel choice for Frankfurt. BTW - with the close proximity to the train station at night the walk may be intimidating with all the yelling drunks, but at no time did I feel threatened in any way during my 4-nights total stay!

Ok - It is better than it should be for the price, Reception were super friendly, let me check in early and were very helpful - gave me a really lovely room with a comfortable bed and spacious bathroom

BUT the room next door to mine were playing loud music and smoking so much weed that all of my work clothes stank after entering, also the bar outside is open 24 hours and full of screaming lunatics so, request a room away from the junction side.

The rooms were newly refurbed and worth a higher price, raising the price would also clear out the disrespectful guests. I'd come back happily for the staff and location - but only when it's been deep cleaned of vermin.

The room was clean. Only the shower cabin had no curtain or door, toilet floor became wet after shower with all the water sprays. The street outside was noisy until the late hours, but the room was quiet enough once the window was closed. Location was convenient, just a stone throw from Frankfurt central station. Lots of restaurants to choose from in the area.

Good value hotel in Frankfurt

The hotel was just a few minutes walk from the station and was very easy to find. Although not that far from the, lets say, R rated area, its far enough away to feel quite safe, even for single girls. While the room was on the smallish side, it was of newish appearance. Best request a room at the rear. There is some minor noise if upfront, mainly from passing trams and the occasional street person. Can recommend the coffee/bread shop opposite (on the street with the trams) and also a couple of excellent Chinese restaurants adjacent to the hotel. Only downside was that shower door has a gap, resulting in wet bathroom floor. Also, take care in getting the water temperature right - can easily turn icy cold (or very hot) when trying to turn off the controls.

The room was super small with no AC.
The room I was in had a view of the back staircase to another business where employees would sit and smoke and then could look directly into my room. This made it not possible to open the window for any airflow. Overall, the room was not very clean. Alison, Closest parking is about .3 miles away yet I believe that the hotel lists parking. I would not recommend.

The Hotel was a comfortable one, but the breakfasts were poor. The hot food in the usual canister, wasn't! (hot). I object to paying 12 Euros for cold scrambled eggs, sausages & baked beans etc. The alternatives - croissants, bread for toasting (which once it has been exhausted, is not replenished), plus just a few cold items. In fact, I opted to abandon breakfast and get some snacks at the Station on my trips around the area for the rest of my stay. Really, this has to be improved. the Breakfast area is, in fact, part of the Oriental Restaurant adjoining, so once breakfast is over, there is nowhere else to go in the Hotel confines. You can't therefore sit and have - say - a coffee & relax, since the Restaurant is NOT a part of the Hotel. Visitors should be made aware of this.

14 hr layover in Frankfurt. Let us in the room early got some much needed sleep and even time to tour the town a little. Easy to get to on the train and the shuttle back to the airport was a limo. Very Pleased 😃.

What can we say....
From the blocked shower that kept overflowing, to the water drenched bathroom door that you couldn't open or close due to the obviously long established flooding , to the dripping coming from the airconditioner, and the refusal from the restaurant to give us ice, even though the information folder said it was available.
No help from the staff whenever we let them know of the issues.
And to top it off, right in the red light district of town.

Economy Hotel close to Train Station

A very basic hotel. As a budget accommodation for the backpack or layover crowd, it works just fine. A basic bed and a shower with no frills. It is just a few blocks from the train station and all public transportation. Old town, the river and more upscale shopping areas are within a 15 to 20-minute walk. It is located in the less than pleasant area just outside of the train station, but never felt unsafe.

Pleased i was allowed to check in a little early, around 1230pm after a long flight. Internet wi-fi connection was very good on the 5th floor. Observed guest needing to get his key card reset and he was simply asked the room number with no verification. Housekeeping comes around too early. On Sunday morning 8:45am received knock on door. Had to tell them to come back later but they never did. Appears the hotel contacts this service out. Shower pressure is weak and water fluctuates between warm to hot but most times it was only lukewarm.

Tiny hotel close to main train station

Close proximity to main train station, which is very convenient. Tiny, tiny rooms. Clean on the inside, although exterior is rough. Don't expect a scenic view of anything except dumpsters in an alleyway. Hallways and doors don't look like they get cleaned too often, but like I said, the rooms are clean enough to feel comfortable. Not a good value for the price though. Spend a bit more for a much better stay.

I cannot believe this hotel has such high ratings! The neighborhood is terrible, do not bring your family here. The hotel itself was not great. We asked for a quiet room and were put on the corner of a busy intersection, so noisy that sleep was impossible. There is no AC in the room with, just a fan to push around hot air, it felt like a sweat lodge. The bed was very uncomfortable and the shower went from hot to cold without warning. I would never stay here again.

We stayed there for one night and it was perfect for us. The room was quite small but enough to move around, both room and bathroom were very clean. The heating was on and it was very nice and warm , the temperature in Germany being very low at that time. Free wifi but we had no signal at all from the room . Lots of bars and restaurants around, and a 5 min walk from the main train station.

Rather basic, but clean and located near main station which is handy for the Messe. Had to switch room initially because toilet wasn't working and wifi didn't reach the room. Got delayed for meeting at check out because receptionist went missing for 15-20 mins despite being called down. Little irritating factors like that.

Hotel was overbooked and we were never notified. When we arrived, they told us \"bad news, we're overbooked\" (although we were prepaid) and sent us to another hotel which was farther away from the train station and our tour meetup points. The new hotel also charged us 10 euros more per person for breakfast which raised our cost by 60 euro (they refused to honor the lower breakfast price from the other hotel). Thank goodness they didn't charge us a markup for switching hotels. Not a reliable hotel company--if you need to make solid plans, choose another hotel.

Worst Hotel Experience Ever !!!!

Worst hotel experience of my life

No Housekeeping during my stay of 2 nights and Free wifi is just a joke I can't get connected for a single second during my whole stay and when I complained to receptionist then he replied to me very rudely that don't you see the weather it's raining and in this weather it's absolutely normal that WiFi is not working (I never heard in my life that in rainy weather WiFi doesn't work)
and the surroundings of this hotel is as terrible as this hotel only call girls,drug addicts,drug dealers and casinos over there nothing else not recommended at all to any kind of travelers,size of the room is also extremely small and room and bathroom are very dirty

Completely nightmare!

The hotel did not have the room for me the first night even I booked and prepaid the room through hotel.com This is really bad, especially after a long haul travel and asked me to move to another hotel. This was really bad.
The second night when I checked in the the room, there was a balcony in the bathroom which teh window could not be locked. I was on the second floor and I felt insecure but they said they did not have other room. The internet never got to work. How would feel if you had experience like this?

Get kicked out of Hotel on a pre=paid reservation

This is the first ever for me in my 30+ years of travel life and also my first time using hotel.com (not happened before) that I pre-paid my hotel in advance, supposed to get a guaranteed room and DID NOT get the room at the hotel after long hours of flight because they were overbooked and sold out. Even though they found a room for me at a nearby 4 star hotel (their is 3-star), that still is rediculus as I have my friend stay in this hotel. I tried to explain to him and stay in the hotel but he refused and argued that \"He did not put me on the street and upgrade me to a 4-star, so I should be happy!\" This was my encounter, so sghoudl I be happy and trust the hotel or even hotel.com. I have used your booking service for over years and this is really unbelieveable, especially you were prepaid!

Arrived late. Check in quick and efficient.
Had 1 beer from minibar. Great.
Had 2nd beer from minibar. Yuk. Tasted like vinegar. I assume someone drank it and refilled with god knows what !! ( i wasnt charged for this bottle )
Anyway ordered 3 more beers which when arrived were warm. Gave up then.
Apart from that room & shower fine.
Had a decent fan as well.
I would suggest sealing your drinks in the fridge to avoid refilling by tight fisted delinquents.

Decent hotel for short term stay

When I arrived, my room was 95 degrees Farenheit with no option for air conditioning. The Wifi/WLAN was also not working properly. When I went to talk to the front desk, they moved me to a different room that was much cooler just due to the location in the building. The staff was very accommodating and the room was fine. I would not recommend this hotel for more than two nights and only if traveling alone.
