Staff was very friendly, place was clean, breakfast was good but not great, and rooms were ok but heat in ours didn’t work and shower was about as small as you could shower in. The location is ok, but proximity to train station meant that was better to venture away from it then towards at night.

This hotel is NOT 4 star superior, it would barely be two
The first room we were allocated had an over bath shower which was located under the beam of the roof, so as I am 2 meters tall was hopeless. I complained and was given another room. The hotels is very noisy with traffic noise and shouting until 3.30am every day. It is located 100 meters from the red light district of Frankfurt, the area was not in my opinion somewhere you would walk at night. The description in the hotel.com website mentioned nothing about these issues and as this was the first time I had used hotels.com sadly it probably is my last.

The hotel is a short 15-18 min walk from the christmas markets and is conveniently located within a few blocks from the main train station. Staff was friendly at check in. I would stay there again when back in town.

The room is peculiar. I asked for double bed and instead got two single beds pushed together that both had their own bedsheets on top. The bed wasn’t fully made up so at night we had our two single sheets. Not exactly couple friendly. Also the area around the hotel is a bit dodgy. There are lots of people taking drugs and plenty of shady looking characters that made the area feel unsafe late at night. I’d not return to this hotel or this area for my stays in Frankfurt.

The hotel is located in the middle of a popular middle eastern area. We found parking around the corner easily. There was hair salon galore in that street. The hotel has been redone. The reception was fast processing our checkin. Room is small, the bathroom had a broken sink. The shower was good. Our bed consisted of two beds close to each other. The mattress where thin and soft. The pillows where small and very soft. We both woke up with a neck ache. Affordable.

The location is very convenient from Frankfurt Main Train station, only five minutes walk.

The hotel itself is all right, personally I think it’s a three stars hotel. The room is clean and tidy. The size of the shampoo and the shower gel is very small, only for one night stay. We didn’t have breakfast in the hotel since we knew there is a cafe/bakery next door.

Be honest, the area where the hotel locates is very messy and very noisy. The homeless people and the drug users are all in this area, even it’s kind of busy street during the day, it doesn’t seem very pleasant, you might feel unsafe if you are a lady and walk alone at night.

Also pocket- lifter are around this area, be aware if you are walking or even sitting in the restaurants. They(come usually as two) will come in and sit in the restaurant like customers and pretend to pick up something from their jacket pocket, but actually they are trying to steal from your jacket pockets that you usually put it on the back of your chair. We had this situation fortunately we did not have anything in the jacket pockets. We witnessed this, they got up and walked out the restaurant in one minute without looking at the menu.

Seriously, there is nothing against the hotel, the hotel itself is ok, but we will try to stay away from this area next stay.

The photos of the hotel are deceiving. The lobby is beautiful and looks exactly as the photos online; however, the rooms were nasty. The white bedding had brown stains, our first room the shower was clogged and flooded the bathroom, in addition the shower floor parts of it had broken tile. We moved to a second room due to the first room shower. The second room shower also had broken tile, dirty grout, stains on the white bedding, the room was dusty, there was only one body towel for a room that slept 3 people. I do not recommend this hotel. We paid for two nights and we left after the first night. It was also in a bad part of town.

This property looked very different from the pictures. It is located in a shady area. The quality of the furnishings, bedding and towels was pretty worn out. They didn't clean the room even though we left a sign out that we needed it cleaned. Overall, not worth the money we paid.

The hotel was clean and mostly well maintained. Minor maintenance issues like the shower head and the safe door could use attention. The king bed was two singles pushed together, no zip to hold them in place, just a sheet so they didn’t stay together.
We did get a free upgrade on one of our rooms which gave us extra space - thank you.
The area around the property is pretty dirty and grungy but only a short walk to the river and the old town

Very loud bar next door. Many people drink outside said bar, and bottles and containers everywhere.

I am a smoker and this created uncertainty every time i went outside.

Decent hotel but not a 4.5 star by any measure.

Hotel was pretty clean but was a little less than expected. I requested a room with a King sized bed. What we got was two twins pushed together, only about 1 foot off the ground. The bathroom also left a bit to be desired. It was very, very small, toilet jammed in a tiny space. Bathtub was very high to step into and slippery as heck! Lastly, the area, while very convenient to the man in Frankfurt train station, just one block over was very drug ridden area.

The hotel was right in the heart of the “red light district” called Bahnhofsviertel which we did not know existed in Frankfurt. With a simple google search, I learned I did not do my research unfortunately. While we chose it because it was close to the train station, I’d strongly recommend staying farther away from the train station. That area in June 2025 was truly not good. Open air drug use with LOTS of people very obviously strung out. Lots of people that did not appear to be acting normally and just generally was very uneasy walking there even in the day. The hotel itself was older and dated and the bed had some stains but appeared to have been cleaned so overall, I’d say the hotel is average. Would definitely opt for a better area. Even walking a bit further to the Lindt store was a much better area

Clean hotel. Close to train station, transit sites and tour companies. Staff is wonderful and kind.
Just be prepared that it’s near the main hub therefore you’ll see homeless and the red light district is nearby.
Otherwise I’d stay again and again if back in Germany.

Good location near the train station. Walkable to the Aldstat area. Room is ok, bed is comfortable. As others have said, there are many homeless people in the neighbourhood near the train station, but they usually don't bother people. It's also a busy neighbourhood so there's always plenty of people walking and cars driving. Room is quiet.

Extremely friendly and helpful reception staff. Quite a decent bathroom, well-functioning air conditioning. My room had a mattress deformed from age, saggy and torn pillows. There was no place to unpack and then store my suitcase. Despite the hanger, I was woken up by banging on the door and the scream of \"Houskeeping!!!\". Fast, comfortable elevator, decent breakfast. Very misleading 4 stars superior indicating the hotel class... I have no idea who was at fault - the hotel or the company I booked with, but the room I was assigned at the hotel did not resemble the ones presented in the photos on hotels.com at all

Great value hotel to stay in. Nice staff and does the job super well for needing a one-person comfortable room. Only feedback I have is that would be nice to install card reader outside the hotel to get in using room card during late hours. The reception is always there by the door but I had the bad luck of getting to the hotel one late night while receptionist was in the the restroom. I would stay here again and recommend others to do the same.

This hotel is in a terrible part of the city. Drug dealers and prostitution just outside the building. Noise is terrible at night with drunk shouting, fighting and police sirens all night long. Avoid it if possible.

Hotel is clean but needs some cosmetic repairs in places … tv remote battery was corroded and couple of cuts in the bed upholstery near foot of the bed. Area is kinda sketchy but as long as you keep your wits about yourself, you should be fine. Staff is super helpful and nice.

We opted to stay here as it was close to the main train station and we had an early train to catch in the morning. It’s not in the greatest area, but we expected that given that it’s in the heart of a major city with a wide variety of people coming and going. There was a great Thai restaurant right across the street that was open later than most and a place to do our laundry which wasn’t far from there either. Overall it was a decent hotel, but not a nice as the one we stayed in the first night that we came to Frankfurt a week prior. That one was a bit further from the train station which was fine since we didn’t have a train to catch the next day. Breakfast at Victoria didn’t start until later in the morning so we didn’t get to eat at the hotel and instead grabbed a bite at the train station.

This hotel is about a 10 min walk from the train station. It is about another 10'ish minutes to the Christmas market. The staff is more than happy to hold your luggage if your room is not ready which is great. We were three and the room was perfect set up so there was no bumping into each other and room for luggage. There is an elevator which is handy. Wee balcony to watch the world go by. Bathroom was spacious. Would recommend it.

This time only 1 major complaint room 306 mattress had a broken spring that came out of the matress and could be
Dangerous. I turned the matress over which temporaly solved the problem, but the matress needs to be replaced.
