The property itself is well situated and rooms is adequate. Service was rude- check in took a long time, was unfriendly. I told the manager I was t happy with service because there was a rotting cake as a part of my “welcome” (the cake was clearly there for days)
The manager was very rude and kept asking what else was wrong with the room, as if rotting food in it was a small issue. To add insult to injury, they just gave me a new cake in my room as an apology

Beautiful hotel, fantastic design along with an eye catching lobby and bar. The cocktail bar is absolutely perfect and the drinks are very carefully made. I don't recommend going with children. We did not observe any families with small children great room service and the availability is beyond what you can ask for. room cleaning also is great and refreshing when u can come back to a clean room. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much, although I was traveling internationally, Roomers can be a great romantic weekend especially with the bar/club downstairs.
few things that we didn't like:

Early check-in was requested due to my 16 hours flight, and it was strictly said it's due to availability. which makes sense, and since they were booked the day before we were pushed to 3 PM regular check-in time. The issue was that even then it took a little longer as our reserved room was still dirty. It's worth mentioning that they did give us the room shortly after.

As we were celebrating we did go to the restaurants one of the nights that we stayed there, although, most of the staff there were amazing and welcoming we particularly had an issue with our server. later on we again had an issue with the room service order we made with the same staff member. However, things were resolved quickly after. We very much appreciated the attention that was immediately given.

Other than these everything was fantastic and we truly had a magical vacation there.

Spa is good that’s about it

Check in was really slow. Even though we arrived at 4pm the room still was not ready. Room was very dark and felt kind of beat up. The highlight is the spa. It’s on the top floor, so beautiful and well maintained. The gym is a bit cramped but good equipment. Overall I think this hotel is not great value for the money.

The sauna was wonderful, with great views. Next to river with nice walking trails. Great hotel for solo or couples use but maybe not for small children or families. Very mature settings. I enjoyed my stay, walkable to old town and other places in the city.

Lost a loyal customer

I stay here every year for a week in November for work. The average stay is 2,500 euros. This year, I accidentally booked an extra night which was my mistake. I asked if Roomers, as a courtesy, would refund the extra night, and they said no. Over the last 3 years, I've spent over 8,000 euros at this hotel. Refunding 300 euros doesn't seem like a big deal to preserve loyalty, but they don't see it that way. I'll be staying elsewhere next year. Also, they've stopped leaving water in the rooms and I got charged 11 euros when I asked for a bottle. The spa is average, the rooms are very dark, and the immediate area has gotten unsafe (lots of junkies near the train station). You can do better in Frankfurt.

Overall design is great. Spa is very nice. Reception staff is very polite and helpful.
On the flip side, the host staff at the bar is exceptionally rude (specifically the bald gentleman with the long beard). They refused to let my business guests into the bar (not for lack of dress code) and were very rude about it. I did not invite anyone to the hotel after this and took our business elsewhere. This is not at all how I expect my guests to be treated at the hotel where I am staying.
The housekeeping in the rooms was below par, water stains on the shower cabin door, on 2 out of the 4 days they did not replace the wet bath mats or provide dry towels. Coffee pods weren’t replaced either.
When we first checked in we were given a room with a table with a broken glass top. Our room was immediately changed upon request.
The focus of the hotel was very much on the party crowd, and it felt to me that general maintenance of the rooms and cleanliness was something they didn’t care much about.
Overall I would say it was not worth the money and attention to detail needs to be seriously improved.

The bar is unusable due to their allowing smoking. A prime feature of the hotel it is choking stink of thick smoke with the smell invading the rest of the hotel’s common parts. A huge shame for a well located and otherwise very memorable place.

Layover Stay in Frankfurt

Close location, near the train station and walking distance to the shopping district, sightseeing, and the river path. The hotel is nice, the style is sort of a swanky, sultry, vegas-like style reminiscent of Cosmopolitan. We felt a little uncomfortable as a couple staying here because there were a lot of business men who had accompanying women who were quite obviously not their wives or girlfriends, and a very smoky bar attached to the lobby. We stayed in our room a lot as we were jet lagged and the weather was crummy, and while the room was rather small, it was cozy enough and had comfortable beds/bedding. We loved the shower. We also used the small gym and wish we had more time to enjoy their awesome spa next to the fitness center.
All in all, a good place to stay and have an extended layover as we did.

Stay was great.
Only problem that early check in was not possible, although they do not have to promise me anything, over the phone they told me at noon the room should be ready (arrived at 10am). At the hotel they told me at 1pm the room will be ready, while in the end I entered only 14:50. Quite unsatisfying, I even asked to pay more early check in, which was not possible.

In love with the hotel

I was a solo traveler but took king size bed room..I arrived at 10am. I got early check in without requesting for it. Also, I checked out at 2:00pm easily. Breakfast was excellent.
Room is big and beautiful. Bed is comfy. Design is elegant. It takes 10 min by taxi to shopping areas cost 7 to 8 euros by Uber.

Terrible. I paid full price for a double superior room and it wasn’t until I entered my allocated room I realised they’d downgraded me to a single. No warning. No upgrade. No refund. Nothing. Phoned down “we’re out of double rooms, you’re a single traveller so you have that room.” Never in my YEARS of travelling have I been downgraded. Absolutely appalling.

The room is very nice with luxury feels. The facilities are really good. Designs are contemporary and it was around 10mins walk to old town. There were hits and misses by the staffs’ helpfulness. A few on my last day, were very abrupt at answering with a yes or no reply. Was not keen to understand more to help out. Staff on the first day were indeed great and very hospitable. I rated room comfort at OK as I have ordered room service the night before. Next day, after house keeping, the dining tray is still left on the table. I’ve even informed a staff that came by to make mini bar inspection to get that removed, he said OK and left. The tray stayed in the room for the second night until next morning when i checked out. Overall experience began well and went downhill after. Will probably not stay here again as what’s differentiate a hotel to me, are the staffs if they are able to assist when you need help. This is a pretty hotel without human touch.

Nice boutique hotel.
Room was not properly cleaned when i arrived. Found Plastic cap for razor cartridge in the shower.

One lightbulb in the bathroom had been damaged and you could see inside the ceiling. AC was noisy when on the third level.
Beside that nice bed and great shower pressure.

Super hip, super unique hotel in Frankfurt - great restaurant and a fun cigar bar attached to the hotel. Staff were A+ in every respect and couldn't have felt more welcome. Room and amenities well above my expectations. Used the spa and found the facilities clean and relaxing. Great trip to the Frankfurt Motor Show, saw this hotel on a previous trip and thought we would try it this time and we weren't disappointed, really really recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Frankfurt. Very close to the Train station and 10 mins walk from the city centre.

Room with defects

I was given a room with a defected tablet. The tablet is required for everything including room service, I did report the fact to reception on my first day but surprisingly no action was taken to replace or fix the defected tablet. I raised the issue on my 2nd day with reception, no action whatsoever !! Maybe it's just me having high expectations from a poorly managed hotel.

Note : I've stayed at the Roomers hotel in Baden Baden, the service was top notch.

The only upside in this hotel was the concierge, top recommendations & very friendly !

The service varied a lot and at our first breakfast service was poor, much better on the second day.
Room not immediately available despite arriving 30 minutes after first check in.
Excellent location but parking not well signed.
We ended up parking at a public multi storey around the corner which turned out to be quite a bit cheaper, despite reception advising us it would be more expensive.

This is a very modern hotel with a unique atmosphere. Very helpful staff, close to the train station, clean.Biggest negative is difficult to find and signage very poor. It looks like an office building from the outside - not at all like a hotel. From train station cross street, turn right, go to third intersection, turn left and walk one block. At that intersection the hotel is on the corner on your right but you will not recognize it. You will think you are looking at an office building.

Unfortunately my room had an adjoining door despite being a single professional person on a business trip.
I asked for a change of room to which i was told the hotel was full. At 1.30am when the neighbours returned and were talking a reasonable level and watching TV this obviously woke me up. I spoke to the staff who visited my room and agreed that having an adjoining door was not satisfactory - they then moved me.
Why they couldnt have moved me at 7pm on my first request is a mystery.

We stayed three days at the Roomers Frankfurt and were impressed with the gym and spa area. The Spa area has outside access and is greatly designed. One word of caution, some guests end up in the Spa area at night and bring drinks (in glasses) with them. I almost stepped in a piece of glass on the floor of the outside area. Very dangerous!

Also, we encountered several spa guests with mobile phones. No \"Mobile Device\" signs are everywhere although nobody cares. It would be great to enforce this rule better.

We had some issues with the electricity in our original room, although the staff was very accommodating and upgraded us. Nonetheless, the basic rooms are very small.

The hotels main color is black, including the rooms. Make sure you like that kind of ambience, when staying here :-)

Overall, we enjoyed the central location with walking distance to the main river, the museums, theaters and the city center.

It's a fine enough hotel, but it's definitely orientated to couples, romantic couples, not my BFF and I who were in town for the Christmas market. All rooms...every single room...is one bed. The shower has no privacy at all. We were booked into this hotel because the original hotel we booked decided to remodel in the middle of our stay. Plus, I think the 100 euro PER NIGHT hold on my credit card in case of charges is really excessive. And the hold is not removed immediately...you have to watch your credit card to make sure it's not charged.

I was looking for an hotel that is close to the train station, since many activities start in this area. Roomers looked good in the pictures. It is an amazing modern hotel, every detail impressed us. The staff was very friendly and helpful from the bellboy to reception desk.
We needed some recommendations on what to do and where to eat dinner and the three front desk crew gals were making suggestions. It was great. I traveled a lot and this is the best looking most friendly hotel I ever stayed in.

I stayed here just for 1 night for a stop over in a business trip. The hotel is new and the condition is really nice. the design it a bit strange but it is nice. The room is not that big but it is comfortable and really nice specially the bed. The service at this hotel is really nice I needed an urgent change on my flight and they were really helpful and the location of the hotel is good it is within walking distance from everywhere. My original plans was to stay for 3 nights at this hotel but I changed it to be 1 night but it is nothing to do with the hotel it is all about Franfurt. It is really dirty city with millions of homeless and really bad smell all over the city.

They knew well in advance we would be two people staying the the room yet our room was equipped with one slippers and one robe. Room was much smaller than expected.
