Very clean, bright, and modern. Perfect location for travel as it's 200 metres from the Hauptbahnhof (there's a big sign pointing the way in the train station.) There is construction on the route. There is NO wifi unless you join their rewards program. Automated check in

We were explicitly informed by the front desk that a manager would reach out to us to explain the credit card payment discrepancy that occurred during our stay. Although the payment issue was ultimately resolved, no explanation was ever provided.

Despite leaving all contact details prior to our checkout at 5:30 a.m., the manager failed to contact us as promised. This lack of follow-up is disappointing and reflects poorly on your service standards, particularly given that the matter involved a billing issue.

We expect a proper explanation for the discrepancy and an acknowledgment of why the promised communication did not take place. Please address this matter promptly.

I don't have a problem with no cleaning each day, but when a specific request like \"more soap\" is made, all of that should be refilled completely.

The \"online\" checkin was not in fact free, though someone at the desk told me it would be. Since I was staying a total of over ten days, it seem that would be a priority booking. In that case, allowing early check in at no cost would be a nice courtesy.

It’s a very nice, modern hotel. The staff were very friendly. One thing of note though is that the shower has a clear glass wall with a curtain on the other side (the person in the shower has no control over it being pulled back) which I found to be quite odd. But our room was clean and had the necessary amenities.

The staff was really nice, the rooms had everything you needed (minus a kettle- but you can get coffee downstairs). The hotel is right next to the train station and there is a huge sign pointing in the direction to walk in the train station (never saw that before :D). Pet friendly and my dog said she enjoyed her stay too.

The room was spotless, the staff was very nice and helpful. The location is PERFECT! I'm so glad I chose this hotel! My daughter and I will be returning to Germany as soon as our schedules allow and we will definitely be staying at this Intercity Hotel location! The only con we could possibly even have is that the room is very warm, but we noticed that most of the buildings we went in were pretty warm so it must be the norm there.

Even though was right next to the train station it was very quiet as long as the window was kept closed.
The Air Conditioning wasn’t particularly very powerful so the room did feel stuffy at night, and couldn’t have the window open due to the noise from outside.

This hotel is either new or newly renovated. It’s very comfortable and clean with new furniture and fixtures. Our room was huge. It is right across from the Frankfurt Main Train station, so very handy to travel. The staff were very kind and helpful when the self checkin gave us an issue. The nearby area is a bit sketchy due to the close proximity of the train station, but you only have to walk a block to get into many restaurants and bars, grocery and other shops.

Convenient location for my purpose.
Property a bit worn out. Smell of old smoke in room and hallway. Breakfast was typical for this hotel chain, great waffles. Nice staff. As many other Hampton Inns, this property needs renovation.
