I’ve stayed at The Pure several times now. It’s located close to the main train station but it doesn’t feel like a sketchy area. It’s a 10 min walk to the Messe. It’s clean and the breakfast buffet is good, but only reasonably priced if you pre-purchase, otherwise it’s highway robbery. Beds have been generally comfortable. Bathroom is small with no counter space but good water pressure in the shower. I really wish they would invest in some brighter lightbulbs though. After staying for 4 days I feel like I’m blind due to the low, yellowish lighting. It’s clean and the staff is nice. This is a small property, so don’t expect normal Marriott amenities.

This hotel is an oasis in very close proximity to the main train station, which was very convenient for us... But it is also in a pretty awful area full of drug dealers and lurkers as soon as it gets dark (through no fault of the hotel!). These conditions seem to be normal for German train stations, and can't be helped.

The service in the hotel was exceptional. They gave us prosecco and beer as welcome drinks! The room and bathroom were a good size, and the bed was comfortable. The double glazing was excellent and the heating system was very effective.

The Pure was an outstanding hotel. With clean contemporary styling the property offered comfortable rooms and proximity to the main train station. The only downside was that while the train station was tremendously convenient, the surrounding area is very sketchy. I didn’t feel unsafe walking to the station but the area was definitely iffy. This is no fault of the hotel and I still highly recommend staying at the Pure. Also…it’s a Marriott Bonvoy affiliated property.

The interior of the facility (lobby, breakfast area, room) was clean and up to date. The staff was professional and attentive. The area outside and along the street was full of litter and broken bottles, which seemed a stark contrast with an otherwise very nice property. Business owners in this area could do more to ensure the area was kept clean.

This is a lovely hotel with impeccable service very convenient to the main train station in Frankfurt. The immediate are around it is not the most picturesque of neighborhoods but it’s a nice walk to the river and the street trolleys can get you around from the station. We took a day trip to Heidelberg so the location was perfect.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The morning staff who prepared a breakfast to take away so we could catch an early train were SO KIND and extremely helpful and I am grateful they did so much to make sure we were well on our way. Check in guy was very polite and welcoming and made us feel as we belonged there. Room was clean and crisp. Pillow situation a little weak for my liking but the comfortable bed made up for it. I totally recommend staying here. I only graded the area around the hotel as dirty, not the hotel itself. In all honesty, the location is a couple minutes from the train station and city blocks not maintained. The hotel however, immaculate. Thank you for having us there.

Convenient to the train station and in walking distance to the old part of town. The only slight drawback is because being close to the train station some of the streets could feel sketchy, but in overall it's a great place to stay.

Gym is small but has good cardio equipment, although only 1x of everything.
The small spa isn’t a spa! It’s a small sauna in a room, which takes around an hour to warm up.

I arrived at hotel after a long flight from US early Saturday morning. Friday night was sold out but the staff cleaned up room very fast and allowed me to early check in so that I could get a good rest. The location was one block from the central train station, the room was very clean, and the breakfast was good. I would go back if I have another chance to visit Frankfurt.

The staff are friendly and the hotel is clean, simple, and comfortable enough. Short 15 minute walk away to the Frankfurt Messe if you are coming for business. My one complaint was that they charged me 15 euro for breakfast on the day of my arrival though I didn't have breakfast everyday during my stay or on the last day so I felt that they shouldn't have charged extra. The breakfast spread includes meats, cheeses, pastries, olives, fruits, vegetables, cereal, fresh juice and a hot plate with eggs and various breakfast meats that they switch up day to day.

It was the last evening of an European business trip. The fact that it is in walking distance from the railway station is very positive. The staff at reception was outstanding, incredible helpful. The room was comfortable, clean and good noise insulated. Very good breakfast.The gym and sauna in the basement are good. The single negative point was the safe in the room that wasn't working.

The hotel is in nice condition, modern and very clean. However, it is located near the main train station and the area is sketchy. A lot of “do nothings”hanging around drinking beer out of the bottle. Front staff was put out by my mere presence and could not crack a smile. This was my last stop and i had been traveling for some time. Most hotels are inviting and cheerful. Maybe my experience is not the norm here but they acted like they were just too cool to interact. The hotel itself is mall but room was an acceptable size for me and/or one other person. No issues there.

The best feature is the location. 5 mins from the station and less than half an hour from the airport by train. Reception staff were friendly.
But the street and area is full of groups of young men looking to deal in drugs and some prostitutes. It's also very noisy as the road has bars with noisy clientele.
Abysmal lighting in the bathroom. Some sort of orange red glow. It was impossible to see clearly.
As there was no kettle, no hot drinks in the bedroom. One welcome drink is a nice gesture but with a limited choice, it was an empty gesture.

Stayed here for 1 night chose due to location after arriving / departing by train, less than 5 minutes walk from main train station. About 20- 25 minutes walk from cuty center and Romerburg/old town. Nice hotel close to the main train station, breakfast was lovely, good selection items. There's a couple of small bars / restaurants on the same street; otherwise a good selection 10 minutes walk away away on Kaiserstrasse.

hotel stay for 6 nights for city break. Enjoyed my stay the hotel was only 5 min walk from main train station. All staff very friendly and helpful. Great varied breakfast never too busy in morning plenty of space to enjoy it.

Very enjoyable and relaxed stay. best breakfast I ever had at any hotel. period. hotel sauna is clean, hot and stylish. design of the entire hotel is really fresh. but sometimes it's form over function. or just pure execution. towels are a bit too small. no w
drinking water in sauna (you have to walk over to the gym, crossing the staircase halfway naked). beds are a bit too soft. water pressure in (high tech) sauna shower is too low. WiFi is slow and spotty at times. but overall especially considering the price it's a great value and with a few tiny changes this hotel could be just overall perfect.

Location was close to the train station and very convenient for access to anything by train. Also, the train station offered a nice market for easy access to good produce. Breakfast offering at the hotel was excellent and they ran it longer then most places. Also, like the later check out.

I only stayed there for one night, it was very close to the airport. Finding parking was an inconvenience, because by night the street was already filled with other cars. However, the quality of the hotel was great. What surprised me when I got into the room was the Marshall speaker on the desk. I could connect my phone to it and play nice music, which was quite nice. At first, the wifi couldn't connect to my phone nor my laptop, no matter what I did. The staff were friendly and helpful in helping me get the wifi to work, and even offered to give me a different room in another floor which had a different wifi. In the end, the wifi worked for my phone.

Very modern decor & amenities; well thought-out and executed. Fitness center and sauna, as well as a nice balcony at least in my room. Staff were very helpful and friendly; spoke English which was nice after struggling with my terrible German for 2 weeks. Breakfast spread was amazing as well.

As a part of 5 ( 5 rooms ) we were able to check in early. The room was clean and presentable, with free wifi
Check in and check out were both friendly and efficient. The breakfast was sufficient being a mixture of a continental style with some warm food. Again, friendly attentive staff looking after specific requirements of the quests. The temperature while we were there was about 30 deg C and the air-conditioning was perhaps not quite good enough to cope with this. It is a functional hotel close to both the Messe Exhibition Centre and the Central Station, so some good restaurants are also within a 10 minute walk

Sleeping quality could be better. Mattresses are not very comfortable. The \"queen bed\" is the two singles combined that can roll away if you are not a calm sleeper. Blankets are thin

Fine but near to main train station which at the minute is thronging with gangs of male asylum seekers coming in to a center by the station. As I arrived at dusk I felt a little uncomfortable walking to the hotel (and I live in London so not at all squeamish).

The Pure Hotel Franfurt

This hotel is well situated, very central and close to the main Frankfurt Station. It is an easy ten minute walk into the city centre. The hotel is beautiful white modern minimalist with a friendly atmosphere. My room was comfortable and clean with a great shower. Staff were very helpful and attentive and made me most welcome. Highly recommended.

The hotel was very close to the train station, which was our main concern for this trip. Given the sketchy neighborhood (a given near most train stations), we were surprised at how nice the hotel was. You'd pay twice the price in New York for a horrible place just for the convenient location.
Our only real complaint at the Pure would be the thermostat, which didn't seem to work for us. Other than that, it was great. The staff was really friendly, and the breakfast was amazing. It's a shame that we only got one night there, really.

Enjoyable stay

Being a big breakfast person, that's how I normally choose and rate hotels. The Pure excels in this they have a huge variety of mostly cold items (three hot items) presented beautifully and all delicious. The staff is friendly they knew my preferred # of cups of coffee and beer type after the first encounter. The room was small and the bed certainly isn't a Westin, but it was comfortable enough. Just a few blocks walk to Messe Fairgrounds.

This is a hotel I would revisit, and I don't usually like repeat.
It's contemporary and clean, but not sterile or cold. Comfortable bed and towels were of good quality. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was more exciting than your average hotel sliced ham/cheese/bread/cereal selections.
Bonus: gym & sauna were small, but a pleasant oasis if you have time to visit.
