Our room faced the courtyard so got a little noisy at times . It has only 2 sockets for charging phones, one by the coffee maker and one in the washroom . The washroom was cold and even colder was the floor. Other than that, the check in staff was very pleasant & friendly & the staff who stored our luggage for an hour after checking out was nice too .

Not really, water park closed very early, not worth it to stay overnight. Water chlorine smell is very strong, our eyes were so irritated after exposure in the water even not getting into water.

The room was not cleaned whatsoever, phone was dirty, shower had hair in it, curtains had a hole and stain. They give you a very thin comforter for a blanket, no ac either. The bed was also extremely uncomfortable, it’s definitely due for an upgrade, I constantly had to change positions because I could feel the springs digging into my hips. Waterpark was extremely fun but the hotel is not worth it. You can find better for your money.

Staff need to do a better job at ensuring cleanliness! I got bit by bedbugs, the washroom shower curtain was dirty, the whole hotel just needs renovation. The only good thing was it being connected to the waterpark, other than that, I will NEVER come back to this hotel !

Blankets were gross, rooms overpriced and not very nice, old and dingy. Beds uncomfortable and could feel the springs. Every time the guests above us moved around their room is sounded like they were going to come through the roof. On top of that we had to pay extra for the waterpark?!? Not worth the hefty price tag. Will not stay again.

The overall process for check-in and check out on the mobile was such a hassle. The system kept automatically trying to charge me for items. I already paid for. I had to call the hotel and the reservation line for clarity. The rooms itself was decent. I did the deluxe family suite with the bunkbeds, and it was more than enough room. On the Falls view website it makes it seem as if you can go to the buffet and the ice cream place, but everything is close but yet far at the same time. Overall, it was a decent stay I would go back to Canada, but I don’t think I would stay at the skyline unless I had a big group.

I’m giving this place two stars because the staff at the hotel and waterpark were fantastic. However, there are several reasons why I didn’t give it a five-star rating.

The hotel was outdated. The carpet in multiple areas was lifting up, and our room didn’t have a TV power cord, but they quickly got one for us. The curtains were also falling off the rod. Overall, the place wasn’t very clean. Walking in the hotel smelled like cigarettes.

The water park was okay, but it was very crowded. The fire alarm went off, and the staff handled the large crowd well, even though it was a false alarm. However, there were long waits for a water slide—an hour to be exact.

But, the convenience of location and access to the waterpark makes it a good find.

The Staff was very rude, the one staff member tried to charge me more, when I told her no, she rolled her eyes at me and got very rude. Very very poor service. The noise was very loud at 11:00 pm, when my grand babies are trying to sleep, when I called down to complain they told me when they had time they would look after it. WOW!!

Rooms are up to date and clean. Courtrooms are awesome for everyone to enjoy. Our family loved the movie nights as well— what a nice addition to the stay! Excellent proximity to so many extra fun things to do for the family as well all within walking distance. And the waterpark is a fantastic place for families!

Terrible experience, the first night when we went to bed found blood stains on the bedsheets. When complained they casually offered to change the room or change the bedsheet.As we had kid and old person on board we requested to change the bedsheet. They sent the bed sheet and asked us to change it ourselves. They told that they don’t have any one available to assist us. Horrible.

The next day we were there in the lobby to watch the children movie with our son. They run children movie every weekend from 8 pm to 10 pm. My wife mistakenly left her winter Jacket that evening in the hotel lobby. The very next morning when we reported this in front desk to check lost and found for the jacket they told that nothing was left. We asked for CCTV footage and they said that it is not available in the lobby. We lost a $250 winter jacket and they didn’t even try to help us. It was indeed a worst trip. We asked to meet the manager but they told that he/she is not available.

Additional we booked for the hotel as there was a offer for 4 waterpark pass, however they clearly denied that the offer is only available when it is booked directly with the hotel but not with Expedia.

We had one of the worst experience! I had been booking with multiple times and this is the first time it’s extremely terrible.

Insanely long wait to check in, I tried to do the fast check in online but they tried to charge me $45 in unknown fees to do it, it was labeled as “other fees” which I was not agreeing to pay for as I did not know what they were. When I finally got up to check in they asked for a physical card to have on file so I walked all the way out to my car to get it then realized they didn’t even need a physical card and I could have done it through Apple Pay. Whole process there kinda sucked. But the hotel itself was good and as advertised. My room was ready early which was very nice! Waterpark was good. I’d recommend.

Basic, clean room, comfortable bed, walkway to water park. Water temperature at the park is on a cool side, but it is clean and well-maintained. Pool towels, bottled water and parking included in resort fees. Limited parking at the hotel but can park across the street at Hard Rock. No indoor access to that parking garage or the Sheraton/Hard Rock complex though.

The floor carpet is dirty since I have a toddler who’s crawling I can’t let him crawl, I asked for a kettle to make hot water for my son it took half an hour to bring me , there is no soap in the soap dispenser, it is already 10 pm and there is gathering in courtyard with lots of noises and can’t make my kids into sleep, so disappointing.

The room was nothing special. It was clean. The hotel in general is run down and could use updating. The waterpark needed more staff as they were in rotation and made line ups long. Same thing for the price it was good, but could use some updating. I would 100% go back as it is a nice getaway. The thing we liked the most was that it was walking distance to the falls and the main street.

Half-hour line for check-in, confusing parking, broken room keys. It was a rocky start. Then the room was old and worn, stains on sheets and pillowcases, and lacking really the bare minimum in terms of amenities (e.g. no coffee for the coffee maker, one set of towels for a family of 4). All that is tolerable. But the noise… Walls and ceiling are paper thin. Large groups in the halls all night. Room above us stomping and shouting long after 1:00am. If you can’t sleep at a hotel, then what’s the point? The shocking part is that this hotel isn’t cheap. But you couldn’t pay me to stay here again.

The Perkins restaurant was an excellent, the food and service were both excellent and prices were reasonable.
The waterpark was very fun. It was busy but the lines moved quickly for the water slides.
The hotel needed better upkeep. It was clean, but the carpet in the hallways was wrinkled and needed to be replaced or fixed. In the room the TV only had one channel that came in other than the advertising channel for the property, the tv was not a smart tv so we couldn’t even stream. The toilet took a long time to flush and the bathroom sink drained very slowly, clearly some issues with the plumbing. The shower curtain had several rips along the top. The blankets were very thin and not at all cozy. The parking was also not without issues, although conveniently located it is not large enough to easily hold all guest vehicles and we spent a lot of time circling the lot for a spot as did several other people that we saw.

When we got there the toilet was not working, someone came and said it waa fixed. It continued to only work if it was flushed many, many times. We understans a movie was being played in courtyard 2, right ourside our room. The movie noise was fine, but people running around, screaming, knocking on our door/windows was a little much especially when it happened until 11pm. We called the front desk to ask if this could be controlled and we were told \"its a family hotel\" and nothing could be done. We have stayed at your competitor \"family\" hotels\" like the Americana and we did not have any of these issues. Again, in the morning as early aa 6am there were people screaming and running around. We have small children as well, but we also are able to respect the rules and would assume an establishment would follow suit.
