This place was not worth what it cost for the stay. There was a terrible smell in the hallways that was almost nauseating. The rooms are outdated weren’t cleaned well at all. Thankfully I always travel with cleaning products! I spent the first 10 minutes wiping things down and picking up someone else’s hair. Kids were using the square courtyard hallways as a running track all day long, there was staff right there that never said a word to these children or their parents. The doors were constantly being slammed with the inside latch lock being used as a door prop so the door wouldn’t latch shut. Oh and good luck getting the outdated key system on the doors to work (which is probably why people were propping their doors open). It’ll take about 10 tries each time you try to get in your room. I understand this is a hotel with lots of kids but there’s still something called common courtesy for others that the hotel should enforce. The waterpark was ok but definitely shows its age. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere!

It was pretty good just a few minor things. No freezer in the fridge. No microwave in the room. None of the staff seemed to know when the Waterpark opened and no hours for the Waterpark are on the website or posted anywhere that I could find them.

Loved the waterpark, had issues with card keys had them replaced no problem. But hotel different needs updating. Carpet in hallways are so ripped or pulled they need to be stretched back into place to get rid of the folds.

I agree that this hotel is recommended for families with kids because it includes access to the waterpark. However, aside from that, the property feels quite old, and you can notice it as soon as you enter the room.
The outside view was very disappointing. My room faced a large pipeline system, which was not pleasant at all. I was also surprised that parking was charged separately even after booking a hotel room.
Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. At this price point, you can easily find better hotels in Niagara Falls with much nicer views and better overall value.

Check-in was smooth and I had no issues with the front desk staff. Unfortunately, the room itself was very disappointing for the price.

For over $500 for one night (not including parking, although water park passes were included), I expected much better. The room did not have a microwave, and the TV was not working during our stay. I called reception twice requesting that someone come and fix it, but no one ever showed up either time.

While the location is convenient and check-in was easy, the lack of basic amenities and the poor response to maintenance concerns made this stay feel overpriced and not worth the cost. I expected a much better experience for what we paid.

Dated hotel, but great location. We are a family of 5…having enough beds for each person is 100% why I booked here. We used the waterpark, so the bridge linking to it was also a plus.
Perkins for breakfast downstairs in the hotel was great.(ask hotel front desk for breakfast deal)

This property is definitely a family friendly, staff is courteous. Hotel charges for Parking but didn't find the parking spot till late evening. Parking should have a designated parking spots for pickup truck as once they are parked one cannot park or back up in the spot behind them.

Room was okay, matteress were brutal with spring sticking and poking you no matter which ever side one lay down. When I went to complain about it at the front desk no staff was available later in the night

I feel considering the location and foot fall and price Hotel should keep it updated. No a good experience.

Had to pay an additional $45 fee and then an additional $25 parking fee, there was a fight with the families next door to us could not sleep. Hotel staff did not do anything about it horrible stay. Felt like we were in jail since it was all indoor not outdoor. Staff was rude and room was not clean. Payed over $600 for a horrible hotel

Super dingy hotel. When we checked in they checked us into a dirty room, then moved us to a cleaner room. Things were still super rough.
Parking is crazy and hard to manage.
Quiet time is 10pm which I feel is super late for a kids hotel… kids were screaming and running around until 10pm knocking on doors disturbing everyone. If you have littles who can’t sleep with noise like other crazy kids this is not going to be the place for you! They have windows that show you each court yard which is pretty weird and the lights shine in all night so you don’t get any dark time. Would not recommended this place!
Waterpark was nice though, small enough for just a couple hours. Kids have to be 40in tall to really go down any slides but nice small splash pad and wave pool for little. Have to buy ur own towels which is dumb.

There was hair on the wall of the shower and in the tub. There was dust on the phone and side table, the door stopper was missing, the lamp pole was lopsided and was propped up against the wall and the arm chair was used to keep it from falling over. Security was no where to be found to patrol the area and to maintain the courtyard rules of no noise after 10pm. Understandably, that this is a family friendly hotel, however, maybe a section could be for individuals that have older children or no children in order to keep the environment enjoyable for all guests at the hotel.

I stayed at this hotel for one night 17th may 2026 with my family and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. We booked 4 rooms, but none of them had proper air conditioning working. The rooms became extremely uncomfortable, especially for families trying to rest after a long day. The hotel only provided one table fan per room, which was barely enough for one person and did not help much in the heat.

For the amount we paid, basic facilities like functioning AC should have been guaranteed. We informed the staff, but the issue was not resolved properly during our stay. It made the entire experience stressful and unpleasant for everyone in our family.

I believe this situation was unacceptable and not what was advertised during booking. Due to the inconvenience caused, I would strongly request the hotel management to provide an appropriate refund or compensation for our stay.

I hope the hotel improves its maintenance and customer service so future guests do not face the same issue.

There was no A/C throughout the building on the day we arrived. The staff ensured that we were relocated to their sister-hotel as an alternate accommodation. It was a smooth and stream-lined process. Everyone was plessant and accommodating. Excellent service.

This hotel did not have their AC switched over, was fully aware of it, and did not notify us of this at all. In fact after spending 20 minutes fiddling with the thermostat I made a call to the front desk and was then told that the A/C was inoperable.

Keep in mind this is Victoria Day long weekend, people staying here are all families with young children, and it was over 30 degrees celsius.

They offered to bring a fan to my room and by the time we got back to the room around 9pm we realized there was no fan delivered. The room was unbearably hot. Our 6 month old was sweating profusely.

We ended up sleeping in our car. It was significantly cooler outside than it was in the hotel. When I complained to the hotel they told me that they could offer a 50% discount.

Had they at least notified us of what was happening we could've made arrangements to purchase a fan of our own and be better prepared.

Will not stay here again. It's obvious this hotel does not care about its patrons and will do what it can to profit off of people.

Mattresses were nice but the tv only worked intermittently, the shower curtain rod was partially broken so the curtain would not stay closed, the shower head was also partially broken and would not stay pointed in one direction and if the neighboring room is speaking above a normal tone you will hear every word. Our last stay at Skyline Hotel was honestly disappointing. The room was dirty when we arrived there were a lot of used cotton buds beside the bed, and we even saw many ants inside the washroom. It also would’ve been better if they had a microwave available for guests.

The only thing we truly enjoyed was the easy access to the waterpark through their connecting bridge, which made things very convenient for families. Hopefully the cleanliness and room maintenance will improve in the future.

The hotel and waterpark were pretty rundown. Staff at the front desk were nice. The kids had fun at the waterpark. We struggled to get our little ones to sleep because there are courtyards outside all the rooms. There were kids running around and yelling in the halls and in the courtyards until after 10pm. We called down to ask the front desk if they could ask them to quiet down but they said the hotel \"quiet time\" starts at 10pm. For us, this is a bit late as our kids are usually down well before that. The walls are thin so we could hear everything and it was stressful.

The beds and bedding were not very comfortable and the blankets were really thin and did not have a cover, although a sheet was provided. Felt more like a hostel to be honest.

I was happy we had only booked one night. Next time I think we will stay elsewhere largely due to the level of noise - waiting until 10pm for the hotel to quiet down is just too late for our family.

Our room wasn’t vaccumed. There was a dirty shirt behind the bed. And the one bed was broken in the past and they used 3 pieces of angle iron and plywood to “fix” it, the angle iron was sticking out the side by about 6” and my self and several of my party have been cut, scratched, and bruised by it. I had to put my sandals over them to avoid anyone getting hurt if walked into them again. Also the cleaner left a dirty rag on the steps of the bunk bed

The rooms are super hot with no air conditioning but did supply a fan. The carpet in the room is so dirty it made our feet black and had stains on it. The lamps had dirt all over them. The toilet seat had oily residue all over it. The curtains are all stained. Just overall not a very enjoyable spot. No sound proofing as you can hear people slamming their doors all night long as well as a broken elevator.

Second the hotel shuts off the ac fully during the “colder” months but it’s super stuffy inside the rooms because of this. Needs to have better air flow. Staff offered fans but it was still hot we left our room door open as much as possible when we were in our room.(felt as if the hall air was on but not in the rooms???) Hotel is also outdated for the prices. I understand it’s connected to the waterpark but with the fees and prices we were charged I was expecting more.

Staff were always on the ball, the elevator was down during our stay and the staff were nothing but helpful when needed helping carry stuff upstairs, with three kids under 6 help was definitely needed and appreciated. Also had our van break down in front of the hotel and the hotel staff were very quick and helpful to help us come up with a solution, 10/10 amazing staff there I have nothing bad to say in that aspect

Came here with the wife for nephews bday ...it was ok def not worth the price we paid ...i can stay at sheraton eithout eunning kids for same pricw and better bedding and rooms ...its way over priced for a run down rom with ripped window curtains amd a plain old shower from 1970...needs a really bad refurbishment and alot of run down stained carpets evrywhete the bed was prob the least comfortable bed I've had at any hotels in Niagara and i have slept at many..overall would not return amd definitely stay somewhere else if your not using the water park and want to stay beside family
