The hotel was a bit out from the old town Frankfurt & all that we wanted to see was a 20 min walk away, not their fault. The hotel itself served its purpose, was clean & staff polite. All spoke English very well too. The room was clean, tidy & had complimentary drinks in the fridge including water cola & a beer. Bed comfortable & modern tele. We turned off the air con as it was a bit noisy. It wasn’t needed or missed by us & this is February. Had a good sleep both. Lights with no weird noises or outside disturbances. I only ever saw 1 person on the reception & at various times had to wait while they left the post to sort a problem somewhere else, not a trouble just an irk. The bar was comfy to have a nightcap. All in all an enjoyable stay.

I stayed for a night on 01/15. Hotel receptionist guy was rude during checking in - demanding tone in his address.
Room was very jaded and the corridor is dirty and old looking. TV was not working in the room - see picture. Air conditioning was not running well and I finally gave up. They dont have a basic coffee maker or water kettle in the room.
Hot water in the shower was not hot as expected compared to any hotel I have stayed in - including Motels. No shampoo in the bathroom and just 2 threadbare towels.
They claim \"5 free drinks\" in each room - this is a joke. 2 waters, 1 juice, 1 flavored water, 1 coke and 1 beer - all 0.25L or so.
At 1.00 am or so, we were awakened to a fire alarm and had to evacuate to the lobby for an alarm on a water pipe break in the 1st floor or something - they were short of details.
The morning breakfast hours were from 7-10. After no sleep, I had to rush back to airport and told the breakfast staff I needed a refund on the breakfast as I could not stay till 7 am. The girl was very nice and has taken my details to get me a refund - will update this post if that was not taken care of.
Unless you have no choice (mine was a last minute as I needed a night and paid premium for this stay), do yourselves a favor - DO NOT stay here.

If you have allergies - give them a call!
No accomodations for anyone with allergies to down-filled pillows and duvets. My request via hotels.com did not get through in advance and so the night auditor did his best to find appropriate bedding for me but came up short. In the end, I slept with two mattress covers, one folded up as the pillow and one as my duvet. He helped me put the covers on, so I got a good look at the state of the mattress and bedding. It wasn't horrible but not particularly clean either. So really not ideal overall for people with allergies.

Absolutely excellent hotel. Clean, confortable, good breakfast. Only issue was the internet was terribly slow. Some colleagues were unable to connect. Not a problem if you have wifi, but be warned.

It’s super close the Messe Frankfurt, short walk, but other than that a bit away from anything. The wifi didn’t work in my room at all, and dropped out frequently even in reception. Basic hotel, and it’s Frankfurt so $$

Shower constantly went from hot to cold. AC did not work. Towels in the room had stains and the cost was extremely high due to the show. Fixed some of the issues for my second night only to have the fire alarm go off at 6am. I would not stay here again.

Quiet neighborhood, almost secluded. Far away from nightlife, but the point was sleeping, not partying. I arrived for a late checkin (11 PM), staff was friendly and was able to recommend something for the few hours I was in Frankfurt. Clean room, clean neighborhood.
I loved the fact that breakfast was included, and the fridge was stocked with water, juice and beer, all free. I *hate* being nickel-n-dimed to death by hotels, where you run up some absurd tab by simply eating bagels and cream-cheese. This was a refreshing change from that.

I stayed there for 4 nights , first 2 nights no body come here to clean the room so I went to the reception then someone cleaned, and The check out time is 12 clock, they keep woke me up since 9 am every 30 mins for 5 times , what is your problem?

Once there we found the front desk help and support to be extremely good ! The hotel was convenient to our business needs in the area. I wish the wi-fi was better, the AC stronger but the hotel and price met expectations.

Needed to amend booking, by 48hrs offered over 5 weeks notice however was told by the hotel and Expedia that it was against against the hotel policy to amend bookings. Could understand if I was trying to cancel, or if it was short notice. Not very flexible for business traveller where plans can change. Had to lose the $189 and book another hotel. Will never book this property again for any future trips.

Don't abide by their cancellation policies and interpret it erroneously.

The staffs were really friendly. Although the check in was at 3, they prepared my room and gave the room 2 hours earlier. The room was clean and bright, everything was new in the room, beds were comfortable, bathroom was well cleaned. One of the problems was the hot water during showering that was getting hot and cold, the other thing that made me surprised was repairing the walls and the floors at the reception floor of the hotel which made the guests uncomfortable for passing through the hotel lobby.

Klimaanlage kann nicht reguliert, werden und lärmt die ganze Nacht, Fenster ist undicht, der Lärm der viel befahrenen Bahnstrecke gelangt ungehindert ins Zimmer. Parken kostet 30 € pro Nacht. Fernseher ist zwar sehr modern, funktioniert aber nicht. Da gibt es in Frankfurt bessere Alternativen. Wenn man einfach nur übernachten möchte…

The reception service was extremely disappointing. We booked a standard room with a specific request for twin beds, and at check-in, the receptionist confirmed that it was a twin room. However, when my family arrived, it turned out to be a double bed instead.
When I raised the issue, the hotel manager sarcastically said, “If I could cut the bed in half, I would.” — not exactly the kind of service or professionalism you’d expect.
They claimed the hotel was fully booked, yet twin rooms were still showing as available online for that day. Still, the manager refused to make any changes, insisting it was full until Monday.
The room itself was tiny, outdated, and extremely noisy, being located right next to the train tracks.
To make matters worse, the AC in the second room didn’t work. When we asked for a room change, the staff responded rudely, saying “Na, I gave you 514, not 513.” Completely unnecessary attitude. My friend waited over an hour in 30°C heat, only to receive no solution. Eventually, they had to bring their luggage down to the reception and firmly demand a new room — which finally worked.

Zimmer 222 - TV funktioniert nicht und das Waschbecken war so verstopft, dass das Wasser darin stand nach der ersten Nutzung. Am nächsten Morgen wollte ich dies an der Rezeption um 7:15 melden - Rezeption nicht besetzt. Telefonisch dann um Behebung der Probleme gebeten - keine Entschuldigung seitens der Mitarbeiterin am Telefon.
Am Abend waren TV und Waschbecken unverändert defekt / verstopft.
Beim Checkout um 9:30 wollte ich mich beschweren - aber die Rezeption war schon wieder nicht besetzt.

Καλό κατάλυμα πολύ κοντά στην έκθεση. Το πρόβλημα του είναι η θέρμανση την οποία προσπαθούν να φτιάξουν όπως μας είπαν. Μας έδωσαν ένα θορυβώδες μίνι αερόθερμο για να ζεσταθεί το δωμάτιο. Κατά τα άλλα το προσωπικό είναι πολύ ευγενικό και κάνει ότι μπορεί.

Normalerweise lieben wir die Dormero Kette, aber mit jedem Besuch verändert sich leider unsere Meinung zum Negativen. Das Bedezimmer stank, der Fernseher lief nicht rund, das Haus war insgesamt sehr laut und es war, als ob man nicht wirklich willkommen war. Es war früher sehr liebevoll - wir verstehen nicht, warum so eine tolle Kette das Niveau so sinken lässt. Sehr schade.

Wir hatten eine Temperatur von 24 fast 25 Grad im Zimmer und konnten sie überhaupt nicht regulieren. Dann gab es eine sehr unschöne Schimmelige Ecke in der Dusche. Die Klobürste war sowas von ekelhaft, das man sie nicht wirklich nutzen wollte. Allgemein hatte man den Eindruck, das die Mittarbeiter überhaupt keine Lust zum Arbeiten hatten. Vielleicht lag es daran, das auch zu wenig Personal dort war und sie dementsprechend nicht alles schaffen konnten. Aber wenn man schon bittet, Saft beim Frühstücksbuffet aufzufüllen und es kommt dann nur ein: Eigentlich müsste noch genug drin sein!, dem so aber nicht war. Dann ist man als Gast schon sehr sprachlos!
Ansonsten muss ich sagen, war das Zimmer gut sauber und sehr gut hat uns gefallen, das es die Gratis Getränke in der Minibar gab!
