Nice, clean room, comfortable bed, and good sized bathroom. Though we didn't make full use of it, it was nice to have a kitchen as the extra counter space was useful and we kept a few items in the refrigerator. Lobby area was very comfortable and I worked there for a few hours on a couple of days - very quiet, and again, good wifi. The breakfast is ok - fairly limited in offerings, but good enough. Staff is very nice overall, and room and building itself was very quiet, which was great.

The room was clean, and the staff were all friendly. The tram is right in front of the Aparthotel. The subway and Skyline mall were just walking distance away. Just one stop from the Hautbahnhoff. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet here.

We had a great stay at Apagio Hotel! The hotel was clean, and the staff—especially Daniella—were friendly and accommodating. The location is very convenient, with the tram stop right in front of the hotel, and it’s also quite close to the Christmas markets via train. Lovely experience in this hotel! Will definitely stay here again on our next visit! Muchísimas Gracias!

We were in Frankfurt as tourists. We chose this hotel for its location and for its kitchen. Both these aspects were excellent.

We particularly liked the area. We like walking and found it very pleasant to walk through various streets from the hotel to the main tourist attractions (and avoiding the area nearest the main railway).

The room had a quite nice aspect.

The kitchen was very well equipped and pleasing to use.

We were unpleasantly surprised at check-in when we were told there was a city tax. It turned out to be only 4 Euros per night. But we understood that Expedia bookings covered all taxes and charges.

We found the washing machines and dryers were tricky to use. The instructions on the wall were not accurate. However, the front desk staff were happy to help although even they seemed a little unclear about some of the finer points.

Overall, the hotel was very good.

This hotel was simply perfect. The room was put together compactly but spacious, with a grand view of the beautiful park nearby. Getting around town is extremely easy, with a tram stop literally across the street from the front door, and an underground station a short walk from the hotel. The nearby mall has lots of places to eat, and a full size grocery store for loading up your fridge.

From the hotel it is a lovely and short walk to the nearby museums, or to the Tropicarium. The area is clean and while there is traffic, it is not difficult to deal with.

To Insure A Bad Stay in Frankfurt

The beds were like torture on the rack. The pillows squishy. We had to ask for and carry clean towels and toilet paper from reception. The place was freezing. There was no lighting over the med cabinet so doing makeup was risky. The tub wall (to enter the shower) was so high that it was scary to climb in and out especially as the only grab bar was at sitting level so not much help exiting from standing position.
They were totally disorganized and didn’t realize we had made two contiguous reservations which should have guaranteed at least a change of sheets and room cleaning. And we were overcharged with the second reservation which we tried to rectify the minute we got the confirmation but our phone call to the property resulted in an option of cancellation and loss of 90% of the cost! Hotels.com tried to intercede but to no avail; we had to accept it or scramble for another room far away. The general manager, Manuela Martin, was nasty and disinterested in resolving the issue. She insisted on photographing my passport when we checked out, despite submitting it during check in and belligerently asked us for proof of our bookings(!) accusing us of extending our stay without payment and asked us for proof of booking as we had stated; she insisted we provide cc again, despite charging the 4day and separate 2day stays on Amex weeks before our stay and threatened to call the police if we didn’t do so. Book here at your own peril! Better yet book the Marriott next door!

Adagio is conveniently situated for exploring Frankfurt by public transit and bicycle, There are many pockets of green space for a change of pace especially if exploring on foot. We stayed here for over a week, and found our suite very comfortable, clean and with ample space for a family of three. Our daughter prepared 3 dinners for us and it was great to have a dishwasher in the unit as well as laundromat facilities in house. We loved that complimentary bubbly water was available for guests! The staff at the front desk and housekeeping are top notch! I didn't think I would enjoy this part of Frankfurt, but we most certainly did, and the Adagio was a big factor of that enjoyment! It was pleasant to come \"home\" at the end of the day to a quiet, quaint, safe and comfortable aparthotel. We also enjoyed staying in on the rainy day and vegging out. Lastly, our view from the 9th floor was fantastic! Thank you!

Since there are kitchens in the units, there can be strong food smells in the hallways and unit. Sufficient storage space and bathroom has wall laundry rack - very useful. Steps away from street trams and short walk to subway station.

The property is safe and requires card entry for main door, and then to get to any floor other than the reception. You can easily walk to the train station, or pay a few Euro for a a taxi to most areas. We were not aware of the feature, but you must use your keycard to have power in your room (insert into slot near door). No complaints about our stay!

Our family of 4 enjoyed staying in a \"duplex/apartment\" room with a nice view the skyline. The hotel has friendly staff and the decor is Frankfurt-themed but in a classy manner. The registration area has a large space for lounging, eating breakfast, and a bar--all with a nice view. We would definitely stay here again.

Spent 2 nights here as a stopover for our return flight to the US. While the area around it is a bit of a food desert, the hotel itself is clean and comfortable. Tram stop is literally right in front, which is very convenient...only 5 stops to the main train station. Busy mall within short walking distance as well. I was pleased overall.

Great stay, but did NOT get room booked. The hotel is great and so is the staff. The bedding is high quality and everything was spotless.
Will definitely stay again next may.
BUT… the coffee machine in the room is the greatest and I’ve stayed in more than 20 hotels this year all around Europe.

We were looking for a hotel quite close to the main station but reading all the reviews you don’t stay near the station unless you’re happy with people drug taking, people unconscious on the street in a not very nice area!
It is well worth the 20 minute walk to the hotel, or a 5 minute taxi ride.
Reception is on the 4th floor and the two receptionists were lovely speaking fluent English.
Our room was on the sixth floor. The room was clean and just what we were hoping for with a great view overlooking the City.
The hotel is decorated to a good standard and we felt very safe in the surrounding area.
We will definitely stop here again in Frankfurt.

We selected two room apartment for my family trip but room made us feel suffocated and choked because of only one small window available, too tiny cooking space to use, new but without careful cleaning. Amazing place to stay

We had an amazing two week stay here, the room was very clean and light, the toilet and kitchen were high standard, 5 star standard. The building is located in very nice area, right across a park with good side walks, the skyline plaza mall is 5 mins walk away, the tram was right in-front of the building, cleaning service once a week for free, all the staff were fantastic but especially I would like to commend Ulrike Steinacher who was very lovely lady and welcoming and allowed us a late checkout, I would definitely comeback to this place.

We had a wonderful room with a great view at the Adagio. The room had a small kitchen, fridge, table, and AC. It was perfect for our family of four plus one dog. The hotel is located right next to a cable car station and within walking distance of many family friendly museums. We will most likely book here again when we visit Frankfurt again.

Great place to stay at. Beautiful views of the city from the 10th floor. Very clean and comfortable. Only horrible surprise was that there was no parking available and the parkings in the area are 39 EUR per night! Thankfully we found a free on-street parking just outside the hotel.

Ok if prepared to do your own cleaning, care and feeding. Best thing other than location is a wonderful bounteous ala carte breakfast. Otherwise you are on your own. The apartment is basically a large room cut up into a small bedroom, small LR , a handy compact kitchen and two barely adequate bath and toilet areas. The lighting in the.bath area is totally inadequate for doing makeup and the bathtub (rare and much appreciated) is so deep, that it is precarious and dangerous for anyone shorter than 5’8”to enter or descend. It is also slippery and the first time I used it, I had to get on hands and knees to get to a standing position so that I could climb out...and what a huge step to the ground from a slick surface. Thereafter I relied on the excellent shower only. The personnel in the reception/bar area are solicitous and helpful, but if you are there for a week you will definitely need a change of towels and maybe sheets. There is only one meager comforter so although I had heat at highest setting during a rather balmy January period, I never removed my sweater. Also, no CNN on either of the two smallish TVs. During Heimtex this was not an inexpensive choice, but I’d feel very claustrophobic sharing it with anyone other than a sibling or a lover. For a couple of nights it is quite acceptable. On the plus, it is directly opposite the Messe, next door to the Marriott and very close to the wonderful La Contessa, Mangetsu, and Topo Gigio and the WestEnd restaurants.

First of all I'd like to mention that the hotel does not offer cleaning services plus daily changing towels but I have no complaints since this is the rule of many Apart Hotels also this point has been clarified during the reservation process.
The location is not good fo travellers use public transportation since there is no near stops, we were a family of 4 persons and I used Uber which it was good for me, Frankfurt is a large city but the touristic attractions and shopping areas are all located near each others.
Hotel rooms are clean, comfort with enough facilities for cooking.
WiFi is very good and free.
The hotel includes fitness and laundry but I never used them.
The hotel has the fastest elevator I've ever seen, you never wait for more than 30 secs.

This is the perfect hotel for my stay in Frankfurt. Located close to the Frankfurt Messe, which was very important to me. It is also reasonably priced and includes a kitchen with a large fridge - which was also very important to me as my stay was fairly long. I almost don't want to give them such a great review, since it might result in the hotel being full when I need to use it - but I have to be fair, right?

Fantastic apartment hotel. Right opposite a tram which can take you into the city centre, or a 5 minute walk to the U4. Staff were friendly and room was a fantastic studio which included a large bathroom, a kitchen, tv with a desk, and a sound bar.

The hotel was very quiet, so no issues with neighbors keeping our family awake all through the night! Rooms were small but clean. Lots of towels were provided but no washcloths. Bring your own. The bed was two twins pushed together, so during the night while shifting around the beds will move apart. The other bed was a sofa bed. Not what I was expecting from the description. I thought it was to be two beds and a separate sitting/suite area. Kitchen is super tiny but adequate.

The location is a bit remote, but later we found it could be overcome by taking the tram with station in front of the hotels, which is just a few stations to the Central Station. We also found there are several restaurants down the street.

It is an apartment and room cleaning services only once per week, and there is no daily towel replacements. The hotel has laundry services, and in room cooking facilities.

It is a bonus to find a Yamaha bluetooth speaker is set up, which can be connected to the audio media of my electronic device. However, a little bit regret is its sound quality seemed to be poor.

Independent toilet. The room is quite.

A side issue for first-time comer to Frankfurt. The Google Map does not provide transportation information of subway/bus/tram of the city, but only the S-bahn. Being unware of it and fully relying on transport planning services of the Google map, the first two days I had to walk long way from the Mess S-bahn station to the hotel until I found that tram is very convenient public transport system for the hotel..

Fantastic check in experience and wonderful, helpful staff throughout my stay. I was concerned after reading some if the other reviews but shouldn’t have been. The place is top notch. Thank you especially to the check in lady for accommodating my very early morning arrival from FRA. I was able to get much needed rest and function FITB my important afternoon business meetings.

This apartment hotel is almost a straight walk up from Frankfurt Hbf, and a 20 min walk. Check-in was fast and friendly, and there is even a small selection of food and drink that can be purchased to get your self-catering off to a quick start.

The apartment itself was well appointed and with a very high quality of materials and equipment used throughout, with clever design touches throughout (for example, the expandable desk area and the stowaway bed.

Most importantly, there were many power-outlets (including a USB charger) and the shower was powerful, just as I like it!

A five minute walk from the hotel is a well equipped Mall for shopping for any extras or just taking a browse, and there are bus and tram stops just a few steps away from the front of the building.

A very pleasant and great value for money stay.

This hotel is a great value and in a fantastic location if you, like me, need to attend a conference at the nearby Messe Center. The rooms are small, but fine for my purpose. I would have liked to see more electrical outlets, there were only two near the desk area. And I would love to see improved air conditioning - mine was completely ineffective. One particularly bad thing was the wifi. It was very, very, (very) slow - particularly on uploads. However, all in all, I'll probably stay here again next year.

The place was clean, near the conference center and other important places. The bed was so uncomfortable that I went on the couch, which wasn't much better. The location of this hotel is perfect, located very near the city center, next to shopping mall and Frankfurt Messe Center, with a tram station just across the street. Clean, spacious rooms with well-equipped kitchen.
A great place for families and business travelers, as well.

Easy Access to Main HbF

Nice apartment hotel near Main Train Terminal. Friendly staff.
Nice and clean but room a bit small. Kitchen well equipped.
No convenient store or super market nearby though.

Very well equipped fantastic transport links.

We arrived earlier than the check in time, they allowed us to check in early at no extra cost to us, this allowed us to enjoy the rest of our day in the city.

Went up to the room, was not expecting to find a fully furnished kitchen including a dishwasher, hob, coffee machine, kettle, large fridge, microwave. Complete with cutlery, large kitchen knives. Absolutely fantastic!

The whole room was very modern, huge wardrobe space, some shelves and another wardrobe. Large TV and soundbar.

The bathroom was huge, with a lighted mirror and a fabulous hair dryer that actually generated enough heat to dry your hair and a modern shower area.

Free WiFi was brilliant too....

Can not recccoment this hotel enough!

Strictly a business traveler's hotel!

The staff was very unfriendly. If we asked for their help, they acted bothered. The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. The location of the hotel was okay. We were in Frankfurt as part of a vacation and they offered no shuttle to various sites or recommendations for excursions. There were no complimentary things such as coffee. The one thing they did have was ice.

nice but wont go again or recommend !

nice place and all . good located.
but wont go back . they charge us for the room although we made full paymant in the booking. the made the paymant without even saying nothing. for me thats fraud. if ui havent looked in the credit card i will never knew.
and also the cleaning service too expanansive and should be included in fewer days.

Love everything about this hotel

New room. Very modern. Not far from the train station (2 stops) you can even walk there within 20 minutes. Quiet location and very safe though not many choices on restaurant around but it's not far from the shopping mall so you can always walk there within 10 minutes.

the room is not big enough for 4 people
it should not be advertised as a room for 4
it is only suitable for 2
it's a single room divided by panels so 4 people can sleep there
there is one toilet and one shower
the windows are sealed so no fresh air
air con set to 23 so you can't get cool
receptionist not very friendly

Clean facility but terrible beds

Pros; single room for a family. Nice area with easy access to underground.
Cons: beds are rock hard. Only 1 small pillow given per person. Cost 6€ for an extra pillow, towels or sheets.
Twice we requested additional pillows but they never brought them. I was actually thankful they didn't when I saw the cost.

highly recommend it

I go to Frankfurt every year for the same conference and I usually stay at the Marriott adjacent to Aparthotel. This was the first year I stayed at Aparthotel and I have definitely been missing out. You get way more for a much better price at the Aparthotel than at the Marriott. This is where I am staying from next year.
