This is my favorite Hotel near the Messe Area and PWC building. Big rooms with a small kitchenette. A balcony. Great mattress and nice sheets. Bathroom hat a shower and a bathtub. All very modern and super clean. No need to look elsewhere.

This is a pet friendly hotel. I noticed in the breakfast room a dog on a long lead wandering around and touching the food areas. Needless to say, I decided not to have breakfast. This would not be acceptable in my country, it obviously is in Germany.

The AC did not work in my room. It was hot & there was some type of construction right outside my window which was loud from early morning. I was told breakfast was in lobby then charged for eating & the selection was horrible ended up paying for just a yogurt & coffee because we went down. Would not suggest this hotel

Stayed for the week for an exhibition at Messe Frankfurt. Hotel is located across the road from Hall 3, very conveniently located. Rooms are nice and spacious, basic no frills hotel but works fine. Only complaint is I wish they provided more towels, theres only a small thin one in the hotel and they only changed it once every 3 days...

This is a nice sized hotel directly across from Skyline Plaza. Each room has a small kettle with tea/coffee options and the staff were lovely. There is a tram stop 3 minutes walk which is a few short stops (under 10 minutes) from the main train station. Or you can walk to the main train station in about 15 minutes.
From the train station, the Christmas markets are a short walk of around 10 minutes and well worth it for the historic scenery.
The hotel had construction outside when we started (December 2024) but the hotel is so quiet you barely hear a thing, particularly in the evening. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

The rooms are way too small and the parking is way too confusing… I got lost, locked into places I couldn’t understand how to get out… and all they could say… “we can’t see you on the camera.” For the room, I asked for a suite, but we got two different small rooms opposite to each other. But, the man at check in was very nice and helpful. I also liked the master bed because it was comfortable and the breakfast was very good that I kind of forgave the problems with the small rooms and parking fiasco

The staff was friendly and helpful. We got the 1 bedroom with kitchenette and were suprised how big the fridge was, freezer was as expected. No oven. There is a mall across the street and U-Bahn around 4 blocks. Like most of Frankfurt, parking is hard to find. We got a parking pass to the lot below for 120EU a week. Overall, I would recommend this place but with 2 boys, 9 and 11, a place with a pool would have made our lives easier.

Shopping mall located just across the street made it easy to grab a coffee or meal and do some shopping. Other restaurants were within a 5 minute walk. Central train station was about a 15 min walk. Will definitely look into staying here again if I ever find myself in Frankfurt.

Staff is nice and helpful. Our room has a strange entrance with two extra doors on each side, and we can hear the loud neighbor very well. There is a black sock left in the dryer and stains on the sheet for the sofa bed. There is big construction site outside the apartment now. By the way, Frankfurt Main Train Station is so filthy and scary. I'd definitely avoid it if I knew.

The hotel was beautiful but the staff, especially this one lady in the front was extremely rude! Hotel didnt accomadate our needs, 2 months before our stay we booked 2 rooms and fully paid them in advanced. we asked both room to be next to each other, which shouldnt be a huge issue especially since we are requesting it 2 months prior to our stay. When we got to the hotel they wouldnt give us the rooms next to each other and told us we had to email them before to ask for this request, i showed them my multiple emails from 2 months ago and they didnt know what to answer.. still didnt give me my 2 rooms next to each other. Girl at the front desk tried helping but didnt understand and asked her collegue who doesnt know how to speak to customer! She started screaming at us telling us that she can’t and wont accomodate us!

New hotel, new furniture etc. In the kitchen part of the studio you find all relevant things. Free coffee in the lobby. Bed very comfortable, only the pillows were terrible (30 cm thick, hard as a board). Except for this small detail, my stay was perfect.

A night with noisy junkies

Overall, could have been a nice stay, however experienced unacceptable continuous night noise up to 02:30 from some junkies guests.
These guests live in low priced rooms and move furniture, slam door and hammer relentlessly. Managrnt is aopearantly aware of problem but decided it is ok for regular guests to pay full prices while I could not sleep till 3am.
I did like 24hrs lobby and room coffee. No breakfast served.

Decent for money

I stayed in a studio de luxe. View of room was great. The size And location as well. The cutlery, plates etc were limited in the kitchenette. The dishwasher was not working great and the heating system not either (difficult to keep it cool in the night). Gym very limited (no free weights).
However I would stay here again, especially for the location and apart hotel concept.

Lovely hotel

We love the place. It was a heatwave in Frankfurt and Citadines has airconditioning. So we camped in the hotel room for most of the evening coz it was too hot outside. The room was lovely and equipped with kitchenette and utensils. We cooked and dined in. The hotel was opposite Skyline Plaza which is plus point coz u can shop, eat or just chill out at the cafe.

Great new hotel

Clean, affordable hotel well located

Handy to shops, rail. We spent one night bigoted fkying out late in the evening. After checking out we were able to fill in out time at the large shopping plaza across the road and chilling outin the hotel lounge with ferr tea and coffee.
Staff are welcoming and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and roomy. Breakfast was good. WiFi was good. This was our second visit and we would recommend it to others.

Great hotel right next to the mall. Excellent location for downtown Frankfurt. Room was clean and large enough for our family of 4 including teens. Great area for dogs with a fenced off dog run. Friendly staff, good parking situation underground and secure. Breakfast a little steep for typical German fare, but McDonalds is a 4minute walk away - but closed on Sundays.

We stayed in a one bedroom unit and were pleased with the comfort and space for our family of four. It felt new and clean. The washer and dryer within the bathroom was much appreciated as we’d been traveling for more than a week. The hotel is across from a mall, which was convenient for shopping and quick meals. There’s a complimentary coffee machine in the lobby, which makes various drinks including cafe au lait.

We stayed there for 4 nites in A 1 bedroom apartment. We are a family of 5. 4 adults and 1 children. In the first 2 nites the receptionist let us stay but after returning from munich late at nite they force us to take another room. I tried to reason with them since we are going to check out early in the morning at 5 Am please let us just stay in 1 room but they will not tolerate anything. The construction sound is very disturbing and it is far from the public transportation. Frankfurt is a very rude city unlike Munich

A good nights sleep!

Probably the biggest thing for me was the room was quiet - no hum from either the fridge or the Aircon.
Bed was comfortable and therefore a good nights sleep

Cleaning and garbage collection after 7 days.
Kitchen cupboards should be smaller. It's easy to hit your head in the cupboards handle over the sink.

Loved it except that the only English stations were the news, unable to change subtitles to English and I saw a mouse on the balcony. Besides that it was the perfect fit for 4. One bedroom was clean and comfortable. Location close to public transportation and mall is across the street.

I did around 10 minutes local city call and they charged more than 70 Euro, I was very upset in all hotels around the world, local calls are free and even if this is their policy they should write it in the phone directory at the room.
First time I hear cleaning service is once a week, RIDICULOUS , they should write this information when they do the ad on Expedia.
When I asked for towels they brought them at the front desk and handle them to me in front of customers and asked me to take them to my room,,,, REALLY?

Spotless and convenient

Only a 2 min walk to the Hall 3 entrance to Messefrankfurt where the airport bus (Euro7.50, 20 mins journey) arrives and departs. Immediately opposite the Skyline Plaza shopping Centre which is open late. Room immaculate and reception staff extremely helpful. It's an apartment hotel so you won't get your towels changed or the room cleaned everyday unless you pay extra but so what? Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
