The meals that were provided free of charge were excellent. We enjoyed them very much. The room was clean and comfortable. The only problem we had during our stay was that the main TV did not work. When we brought it to the attention of the main desk nothing was done about it. Outside of this issue everything was great and we would definitely stay at this property again.

My visit was very short, less than 24hrs, but for the time I was there, I was very pleased and would definitely recommend/stay there agian. We were able to check in early (not always possible, but this really eased our day), we could walk to the Messe for our conference, taxis were readily available outside, and we went to a great restaurant that was walking distance from the hotel. Rooms were very clean and I had a great view of the city.

It was a standard Marriot Highrise. We didn’t read small print on extra fees so on this part it was our error - hotel bathroom there was mold in shower,tea kettle needed cleaning. And while they offer water in the reception area the coffee is ONLY airline staff - this was made pretty clear as my spouse did not see sign indicating - we were disappointed so much we left one day prior to our departure knowing we would not be refunded that night stay. It was a lengthy walk to many of the site seeing (Old Town) area.

Liked: Close walking access to the Messe exhibition halls and good dining. High rise bedrooms.
Didn't like: Old fashioned room with malfunctioning aircon and tired bathroom with shower over bath not bath tray. No drench head on shower - bathrom felt 3 star at best. Room service delivered in paper bags and foil trays luke warm - almost 2 star!

Wasnt as clean as it should have been. Found someone elses clothes in closet. Carpet in room felt dirty. If that carpet was removed with wood floor like the rest room

Checking in and out was a disaster. Before we could get our two rooms we had to wait, change and return to the reception several times. Keys did not work, kids beds were not made, water bottle of previous client in the room fridge…the rest of the stay was flawless.

Very hot rooms where they were unable to turn heating off or air conditioning on. Resulted in very poor sleep. Only solution offered was “open the window” which made it too noisy to sleep. Property refused to make any sort of gesture for the inconvenience as booked through 3rd party ie Expedia.
Good breakfast and staff in the restaurant very nice.

Also was surprised to see someone inspecting my room when I used my card to get in. The door should have stayed open or a sign to inform me someone was inside. Would rate this a 4 star

Very clean. Breakfast buffet had many options and was excellent. The dry sauna and fitness facility was also clean with a variety of equipment with sauna and showers that had a nice waterfall shower head of cold water and hot water shower head. Many Staff members were very pleasant ...except for being told that we wouldn’t get breakfast that we paid for unless we took an additional pcr nasal test from a food truck style in front of the lobby within 24 hrs, meaning we already had negative tests but they wanted another one by 9am (25th hr) the following morning then didn’t have our breakfast listed for two that we paid for already and was rude about it before identifying the error in their system but made sure to harass about the exact position of my mask. It’s ironic that we had NO water pressure in our rooms the day we arrived for only a one night stay because something “broke” in the entire hotel yet we were offered nothing and paid full price for everything with only a checkout remark of “oh sorry about that” ...but were harassed about mask, pcr tests, early arrival to breakfast and losing our money with rude attitudes. It made the travel experience less enjoyable I felt unappreciated as a healthy, respectful traveler to the hotel also. As a hotel, they should be more concerned about giving their guests a hotel room with a properly functioning shower and serving them the breakfast they paid for rather than policing guests. Otherwise, facilities were very nice.

FANTASTIC. With a wonderful view from my room on the 32nd floor, I had, perhaps, the best hotel stay of any in the past three years. The hotel was modern and clean. The staff were responsive, friendly, and helpful. They couldn't have been better. The breakfast buffet was among the best I've experienced in Germany. It was the kind of stay you wish you experienced all the time. Kudos to Marriott Frankfurt. To it's great staff for their service and care.

No real coffee in the room... could be a europe thing?

Air conditioning didn't work in the rooms. Seems strange that was an issue for us given it is winter, however, the rooms were quite warm even with opening a window.

The hotel is great with an awesome view on the city, but the reception service was not so well. We have called a few days in advance and asked to have 2 rooms next to each other as we travelled with friends. The hotel confirmed. At the check-in receptionist said that we gonna get the same floor but rooms away from each other as he has no comment like that in the system and they are full. Also suggested that we are laying(!) and asked for a written confirmation which we never got from them.

The Frankfurt Marriott is located in the beat part of town. There typically isn’t too much traffic and within minutes to the downtown area (tourist traps). I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Wrong room type given upon check in - requested a king room, and was given a room with two single beds.
Hotel staff were aware of this but made no effort to inform prior to me getting to the room (37th floor) in the hope i would just accept the room as it was.
no effort was made to compensate me for the difference in room, despite the fact that i had paid in advance. i was simply told that the 3rd party booking website had made the error and nothing they can do about it

Other than this, the room was nice.
The electricity got off when I turned on kettle and fan together. The electrician came over, was friendly, and fixed everything up quickly.

Everyone was extremely friendly. English was widely and well spoken which was great since we can't speak German. The elevator shakes and goes so fast our ears popped everytime. The breakfast was great! Our server was delightful. The connected parking was expensive 39 euro for 24 hours.

Excellent hotel. Stayed here for the Frankfurt Marathon and a little site-seeing around the race. Perfect location for start/finish and expo (literally just across the street). Construction in Hotel was unbearable! I was not told of this upon checking in. Front desk staff were unfriendly and arrogant! Spa was dirty and unfriendly staff. Rooms were outdated. Broken equipment and dirty. Hot water was not available. Security was threatening to staff - front desk pushed security to sold there problems. Rate was expensive!

A lovely hotel! We stayed for one night to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary, we had told the hotel we were celebrating this and they were fantastic. We had a room upgrade, but all the rooms I should imagine have amazing views, ours looked right over the city and on the window there was a sticker to show the landmark buildings, there was also a booklet in the room with more details about the buildings in our view. The room was just like the photos and the hotel even sent us a complimentary bottle of champagne and chocolate. We had a lovely stay, the room was spotlessly clean and the bed extremely comfortable. Could not find any fault at all, not that we were looking for any. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful without being over the top. Thank you Marriott Frankfurt for a lovely stay and making it so special.

We stay at the Marriott for business due to its proximity to the Messe for a trade fair. We have stayed here before a few times booking directly through the motel and requesting a twin room without any issue. This time we booked a twin room through Wotif and received a double room instead. Unfortunately they were booked out so couldn't help us with a twin room and instead brought us a roll away bed for the whole 5 nights of our stay.

The motel is clean and the staff are friendly.

This was booked as executive room and Executive Lounge was open for this Room guests. But the information was not given to guest by the front desk people abut the allowed facilities even after we asked them about this clearly.

the Executive Lounge facility was totally wasted just for one Breakfast .

Laos we booked with WIFI, but was denied by the Hotel. I had to prove them it is with WIFI booking to get this restored.
