NH Frankfurt Messe is in close proximity to Messe Fair and Trade Show grounds, making it an ideal location for business travelers. For shopping, head to the Sky Line Plaza shopping mall or visit the nearby Palmengarten.

In the evening, enjoy a concert at the Festhalle, a short walk away. The nearby Festahalle and Messe metro stations provide excellent connections to Frankfurt Zoo, Opera House and the Museum of Modern Art.

NH Frankfurt Messe has 65 rooms, each one finished with neutral colors and pops of green for a contemporary look and feel. These fresh rooms offer guests a flat-screen TV to catch up on daily news as well as tea-making facilities.

Very unprofessional and insensitive. After my flight to Frankfurt was cancelled due to snow and I was stuck in Holland, the hotel refused to refund my prepaid reservation via hotels.com even though I had no way to get to Frankfurt. The hotels.com service representative was helpful but ultimately the decision was made by the hotel.

We had the apartment size hotel, which was very spacious. The room came with tea pot, microwave, fridge, safety deposit box and wine cooler. Air conditioning worked great and you could get breakfast, but we chose not to. Bed was very comfortable and a nice Roman bathtub. Convenient location to a small grocery store, laundromat and a couple of bakeries. The train station was probably about 15 minutes away by walking. But there are subways right across the street, that will take you into the train station. And trust me, you do not want to have a hotel right by the train station. Too busy and congested. We were very happy with this hotel.

I chose the NH Frankfurt Messe Hotel largely because it is a short walk (10 minutes) from main railway station.
I stayed for two nights.
The staff at reception were friendly and helpful.
My room was comfortable, clean and a good size.
I did not have breakfast at the hotel because on both of the mornings I was there I had to go out very early.
The area around the hotel is a little quiet, and on both evenings I walked to the area around the station to eat.
The NH Frankfurt Messe was good value for money.

Very clean hotel. Staff were welcoming and polite. Limited service with regards to air conditioning. An unexpected day of significant heat made it necessary for in-room AC. We were given a room on the 4th floor. It was known that the entire 4th floor had AC issues. It was only after we were settled in to the room that we were offered a different room. It was unfortunate we weren’t put on a different floor in the first place. We declined the move and accepted the consequences. Overall, not terrible.

What I liked the most was the location, very close to the ISH 2025 venue.

The breakfast was quite basic, with limited variety, but the quality was good despite the few options available.

The room was spacious and comfortable, but the bathroom was too small, making it almost impossible for two people to be there at the same time without getting in each other’s way.

Good, simple hotel

Staff were lovely and hotel was okay, fairly average. Room was a little small and had two single beds rather than the requested double bed.
There was a little fridge in the room but it was empty. Snacks and drinks had to be purchased in the lobby.

This is the perfect place to stay while I was in Frankfurt. The hotel is located in quiet neighborhood with proximity to restaurants (many great international foods), U-Bahn station, and a mall which has a drug store, a supermarket, and a decent food court (restaurant foods are better of course). You will feel safe walking through the neighborhood.

Pretty poorly kept hotel for the standard you're expecting from it. Coffee maker hadn't been cleaned in a year probably. Shower had missing pieces, and wasn't clean. Sheets had one stain on them (but were generally fine).

Hotel restaurant didn't have any food, only drinks. No restaurants within walking distance that I found. I had to Uber eats in McDonald's.

For the price and the above options, if you're in Frankfurt on a layover, get a hotel by the airport.

It cost 30-40 euros each way from the airport to the hotel, but you're not really in the \"center\".

Good choice of place to stay

Staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, and had everything I needed. The hotel is convenient to Frankfurt Main station (train) but far enough away from the sketchy neighbour hood. It is a nice area; I slept well here, especially as the rooms windows opened for fresh air. Nice gesture of the front desk lady to offer me a coffee upon check in.

It was okay. Not nearly as nice as other NH hotels I've stayed in. A bit shabby, and everything had a weird smell. Also my room was on the 6th floor, and the desk attendant neglected to tell me there were two elevators (one which terminated at the 5th, and one which went all the way to the 6th), so I hauled my bags up a flight of stairs for nothing.

The room is way too hot for September. I wonder how anyone can stay if the temp was in the 30s. It was only 26C and it was just hot inside the room with no means of cooling it down.

Great value hotel for Frankfurt city.

Can not fault this hotel, and would recommend it to anyone passing through Frankfurt. The staff are very helpful and friendly, the rooms are a generous size with a bath tub, the aircon works great, the breakfast variety is good too. There is not a lot to eat and see in the area, but the metro is out the front and in three stops you are in the old town. The hotel is reasonably priced and value for money.

Impeccable service !!

Hotel is clean and location is great . But I wanted to highlight is the great service of the staff. It was the first night that our shower head broke , the technicians were not around at that time but the front office staff went all the way out to help us fix it immediately. Every morning, there were little snacks near the reception area and we were greeted with a smile by staff around. Keep it up!!

Convenient to the Messe and close to the u-bahn station. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Liked the welcome buffet table with infused water, cookies and jelly bears. When they say limited parking, they were not kidding. Small area at back of hotel. Be careful if leaving your car in front while dropping your bags, we were ticketed for blocking the pedestrian walk-way.

My husband and I really enjoyed our short stay in Frankfurt. Our suite worked perfectly for us and we enjoyed the separate livingroom, private balcony, and comfortable bed. The bathroom was very nice and included everything we needed during our stay. The Nespresso and tea kettle were a wonderful amentity, that we enjoyed daily. Breakfast was delicious and the bar was a nice way to end the evening for a glass of wine or beer. The underground is located minutes away and is very convenient to access the entire city easily. Hotel staff were superb and helpful. We will definitely stay here again when passing through Frankfurt next time.

I booked the hotel for an overnight in Frankfurt on our way from Italy to the US. It served our needs perfectly. The hotel is a 10 min walk from the train station, or a quick subway ride if you're hauling luggage. It's accessible to the main Frankfurt attractions and a quick walk from good food. The rooms were clean and comfy, and the staff was very nice.

They do everything you need very, very well

Stayed for a conference during an intense heat wave, with the temperature in the mid/high 30s°C (~100°F). The hotel staff gave me two room keys, one for access, the other to leave in the room so that the air conditioning could stay on. The system was very powerful and controllable. It was great, after walking through the baking hot streets, to return to a room where everything was very cool.

The air conditioning was not the only aspect of the hotel that excelled. It did everything that a regular traveller wants with no fuss. It was a lovely modern design, well-stocked room bar, plenty of space in both the room and en-suite, comfortable bed, staff who were both professional and friendly, etc. Incredible value for money.

I have just completed a 2 weeks vacation of a few cities in Europe inclusive of London, Amsterdam, Frankfurt and Paris and this hotel NH Frankfurt Messe was excellent in every way. Excellent staff, pleasant and very helpful. Perfect room, with all the necessary amenities and an excellent location, within walking distance of shopping areas and transportation if travelling by rail, tram or metro. I am making this my hotel of choice when staying in Frankfurt.

Super comfy beds and good breakfast

Went for business so was not looking for my usual super quirky and unique tick boxes. This hotel looked clean and well located, if a little \"chain hotel\" in look and decor. I was incredibly pleasantly surprised by how comfortable the rooms were (amazing mattress and pillows and lots of comfy things like a bathrobe) and how copious breakfast was. Highly recommend this place.

Nice \"Zen/German\" hotel across the street from the Messe Conference Center. Clean, modern style hotel with attentive staff. Not a lot of amenities but very fine location for attending the conference center. However, and a notable issue- due to inclement weather my flight was delayed and I ask to stay another night. In doing so, they charged me over a third more of the previous rate. Certainly not a gracious way to treat a guest who previously stayed for 4 nights. I felt because of the weather I was taken advantage of.
It smacked of opportunism and just bad business character. One wonders if they will seize other situations? Ethically a disappointment.

Value for money.

Spent a night in this hotel. On the positive side, it is close to underground station with easy and fast access to the city center. It is well maintained and clean.

However, the bed is not very comfortable as the mattress must be of low quality. Parking is another issue as the places in the hotel parking are very limited (5 or 6). So if you arrive by car parking can be a bit of a struggle.

I cannot praise this hotel enough. It offers excellent facilities and service. Housekeeping was excellent and reception counter staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful. They even provide a lovely refreshing fruit-flavoured iced water with some cookies and muffins at tge reception area! What a nice and thoughful touch! The hotel is 2 mins walk to the Train Station U Ban (I think) that will bring you to Hauptbanhof in one minute! Perfect location in a safe area.

Fantastic albeit brief visit to Frankfurt for the Christmas markets, allocated noisy room at first next to a lift but issue resolved. 2 minutes walk to a U-Bahn, 3 to a supermarket and shopping centre and exhibition hall. Great hotel with excellent staff and customer service.

Went to Frankfurt for a conference at the Marriott in the Central Business District (CBD) right down the road from the main train station near Festhalle. hotel is easy walking distance to the Marriott, festhalle, and skyline mall. also easy walking distance from train. Rooms were clean. no coffee maker in standard room and comforter doesn't fit bed. other than that, no frills, but clean, comfy, and convenient.

Stayed at the NH Frankfurt Messe for 3 nights. 10 mins walk to station. 20 mins walk from the Xmas market. Staff fantastic. Caught my boot on a door frame and it brought my heel off, asked for a supermarket to find some glue and they produced some for me. Thank you

Clean, comfortable, and super friendly staff

Stayed for a couple of nights here. The location is good -- 1 metro stop from the main train station (or a 10 minute walk).

Very clean, modern, and comfortable.

The staff went above-and-beyond to make me feel at home, and provided me with tons of information on catching my (early) flight out of Frankfurt.

Would definitely recommend.

The Hotel was as described on the website the location was close to the train or bus lines line and In walks no distance to the new Skyline Mall. parking is the challenge but that is common ib Frankfurt and you can find it.
