Staff helped us get in early which was wonderful, but this hotel is not up to typical Wyndam standards at all. The kitchen was down so no breakfast (for at least 2 weeks!) the courtyard was bare with a few broken chairs, there were people everywhere no matter what time it was, the room smelled and is so outdated. Bathroom door had water damage. We even ran into security in the elevator and we mentioned that we expected it to be nicer and he's said and I quote \"this place is sh..\" and that they've never updated their ads online. Someone else at the event I went to was also staying at this hotel and also mentioned that it was not up to their standards. It advertises a lounge and restaurant but one does not exist and there is no vending we were told to go to Sheetz. The pool and hot tub were open but the pool was foamy? And the fitness room was locked we were unable to access it. Definitely overpaid definitely disappointed.

I booked a room at this hotel for a one night last minute stay. Judging by the pictures and information provided on the website, I decided to take a chance. I regret my choice. Red flags went up as soon as we pulled into the property. Large quantities of food was spilled at the front entrance of the building. It was never cleaned up, and cars spread it as they ran over it. The floors in the lobby and hall were VERY wet from pool traffic, including the elevator. It was never moped . There was a sign at the front desk stating that the kitchen is closed indefinitely, so no breakfast. Only one of the three elevators was functioning, and did not display the inspection certificate as required. The elevator sounded as of it was in very bad repair. At 9pm there was still dirty bedding piled in the hallway of the floor where we stayed. We were awakened in the middle of the night by moaning and groans from a nearby room that went on for an hour. So disgusting! Also, I have never been asked to provide a $100. \"refundable\" deposit on a room. It is the second day after checkout, and no sign of a refund. I took time stamped pictures of every angle of the room before checking out, and I'm glad I did, because experience tells me I'm going to have to go through much hassle to get that deposit back. It would be better to book a much more expensive hotel. I will mention that the bed was clean and comfortable. Also the room was clean despite being well-worn.

This was our second stay in this hotel in a week. We thought we would give it another chance. The staff is awful. RUDE. Incompetent. They act like you’re inconveniencing them when asking a question. The dining room is closed; so forget about the included breakfast. The kitchen is supposedly under renovation. They should take the breakfast included out of the description. The number on the doors are taped with label makers. We will NEVER stay here again.

I expected more from a Wyndham.
Room not ready when we arrived even though it was 7 pm and we had pre registered. Then they gave us an ADA room with a tub even though we had reservations for a roll in shower, so we had to move. Thermostat didn’t work. They fixed it soon after I reported it. They had no blankets, so I had to go buy one. No wash cloths. Towels were not replaced or room cleaned even though we were there 4 nights.
No hot water on one afternoon. I went to the pool. When I got back to the room, I turned on the shower to rinse off the pool water. It didn’t get hot at all; after 5 minutes, it was still the same temperature as the cold. I waited an hour. Then, it got lukewarm, so not warm enough to get under. Water never got really hot ever.

This hotel is very nice. Located in a very populated area. Lots of restaurants. The only issue that we had was that the hotel did not serve the breakfast that was advertised. In my opinion when this happens, there should be a compensation in price. They still charge the same exact price for the room, but failed to provide the breakfast promised.

Well about this place. If you need it to just sleep this place is perfect. The pool and hot tub are open till 10.
There is no kitchen. So if you want breakfast or room service go else where. There a sign at the front desk no morning breakfast. Sign look like it been there a while.
How ever the bedroom get cold I had it to 63°. Hot water with good water pressure. The bed side light stands plug ins did not work. So just in case bring a long cord you might need it. The actual curtains do not move. Just a sheer curtain in the middle and 2 big curtains if you need the room dark bring a face mask. Bed is hard . A little to hard for me. Pillows are nice and soft.

There was trash daily in hallways, overflowing trash cans everywhere. Liquid and food trash in elevators. The staircase was cleaner than the elevators. My room and the hallway it was off of smelled like mold, carpet in bad shape, obvious water damage, tub didn’t hold water, needed a wrench to turn on shower or any water going to shower, toilet randomly ran water consistently. Cable channels kept going out. Staff never answers phone forcing you to walk allllllll the way to the front desk, mostly only 1 person working so they can never assist. Terrible experience for the money spent!! I’m sticking with Hilton going forward!!

I arrived around 11 pm. From the looks of the front desk area, I thought this was going to be a failry nice hotel. I was told security would have to escort me to my room as nobody from the night before had returned their keys. This would have been a bigger issue, if we weren't going in, going to bed, getting up, and going home the next morning without going in and out of the room at all. Anyway, one of the guys working the front desk ends up taking us to our room. He opens the room, and there's 4 huge black garbage bags in the room. From my angle, I could only see a couple. My son was standing at another angle and saw 4. He didn't turn the lights on, so we couldn't see much more, but he seemed embarrassed/surprised, and quickly closed the door, just to reopen it and snap a picture for the other guy working the front desk. He asked that other guy at the front desk to find us another room. The other room was ok, but the sink and tub hadn't been well cleaned. There was human hair in both, and hard to miss at that. It seemed like it hadn't fully been restocked with towels, rags, etc. The floor I was on (4th) smelled strong of pot. Other guests made comments (\"smoke it if you got it\"). The floor we stayed on didn't appear clear like the entry area of the hotel.

We stayed for a concert at the stadium, location was convenient. However, our room had lots of previously damaged items and it wasn’t clean. The AC wasn’t cold, and the mini fridge didn’t work. We asked for a different room and they moved us no problem. Our main reason for booking was to spend some time at the pool, when we arrived it wasn’t in service, also no breakfast was served even though this was listed as an amenity on the site.

We did not have enough towels. I called several times and let the phone ring for over 10rings each and no response. I’m confident mold was in the upper corner in our bathroom. Bathroom under our sock seemed unfinished. Closet shelf seemed damaged and falling apart. Carpet is dated and smells. Room smelled when we walked in.

Check in was easy. But upon check in we were notified that the pool was down for maintenance and that the advertised breakfast included was not available for over a year. I complained at check that I those amenties should have been notified and updated in their advertising and that would have caused me not to book the hotel if they were known. The management of the hotel said they have told Expedia for several months and Expedia has not changed it. If we wish any compensation if must be though Expedia.

Now as the evening progressed from 9pm-11pm there was someone trying to break into our room 4 different times with a key that opened the door, but we had 2nd deadbolt on. My daughter would get up and relock the door. At 11 pm we started recieving prank calls and hang ups. We called to front desk very upset and complained and then sent a sercurity guard up immediatley to check. When security arrived we discovered with him the the dead bolt was completely pulled off from the door and making it imposible to open the door. The guard said \"We will move you to another room, one of you must come downstairs to get the new keys to the new room on a different floor. \" As I was exiting the room 3 teenage boys from a baseball team were in the hall with one turning and going in the room across from us and the other two (#7,
on shirts) run to other end of hall to a room. I reported that to front desk and a coach/parent I saw in elevator. 2nd room was without hair dryer,& trashcan

Hotel was not clean and when you did see staff preparing rooms it was after 5pm. Common areas in dire need of vacuuming. Once you walk into the lobby towards the front desk, you get a fairly good idea of what you should expect. Another really good example of a hotel likely purchased as an investment and being given a very long lead time to “meet franchise standards/requirements” At the expense of customers. The Wyndham brand is definitely not represented as it should have been and that’s as much on them as the hotels. I’ve learned when it comes to brand culture, it is defined by what you tolerate, not by what you hope for.

If you like a place that is absolutely filthy and stinks, then this is the hotel for you. The entire property was in need of a good overhaul. When we checked in on Friday evening, there was a box of raisins spilled in the elevator. It was still there when we checked out Sunday morning. We will never stay there again.

The pictures did not accurately reflect the property. The hallway carpets were dirty, and guests frequently left trash outside their doors, where it often remained for extended periods. There was also an unpleasant odor throughout the hotel. The rooms themselves were in better condition than the common areas, but overall, I would not recommend this as a first-choice stay.

I stayed at this property on 5/5 & 5/6. The Columbus area was packed with guest for the golf tournament and a major volley ball tournament. I was impressed by the friendly and accommodating staff. I had the opportunity to talk to the GM MO (Mohamed). He genuinely cares about people, his guest and the success of this hotel. While the property is dated, it is super clean, the pool was well maintained, and my room was comfortable. I will stay here again, and for the money you cannot beat the value the staff provides.

I needed a handicap accessible hotel room. The \"handicap\" shower stool had a bent leg and was unsafe. The toilet paper holder was missing. The light switch at the entrance to the room did not work, so I had to feel my way into the room to find a bedside lamp to turn on. The hallways were filthy, trash over flowing, and a bed smell.

I've been to this particular location twice, coming from out of town, and overall, not too bad for the price.. Location is convenient and safe for everyone, especially out of towners. Location was excellent, staff was great…the Expedia app said breakfast was included, but there was no breakfast…electrical outlets and faucets in rooms were non functional. Water leaks from ceiling, the water in the showers would go hot to cold and just keep cycling. Whoever is in charge of maintaining the property should be held accountable with the prices you guys charge, it shouldn’t be an issue with getting things fixed.

The first room I checked into smelled so bad I couldn’t stay in it. I requested another room and it wasn’t much better. I bought my own air freshener to make it tolerable. There wasn’t enough towels and wash cloths for us. The sink cabinet was torn apart and leaking. The shower had mold with little water pressure. The curtains were broken and couldn’t be closed properly and the refrigerator didn’t work. The pool area wasn’t clean and the water was dirty with no towels available at any time during our stay. No continental breakfast was available and we weren’t made aware of that until check in. It was a very run down hotel in desperate need of maintenance. I would have left to find somewhere else to stay but I didn’t have the option of canceling. The hotel was very disappointing and nothing like advertised.

There was trash including a blow up mattress outside the hotel. The hot tub was super cloudy and the strong chemicals made my whole family sick. We asked the hotel clerk if the hot tub was safe to use before getting in. She said yes, but it clearly was not. She stated it was just cloudy because it had been recently treated
2 minutes in it and we all got nauseous and started throwing up. It had to be some type of chemical imbalance. I reported it but they didn't seem to care. No breakfast, they said the kitchen was having trouble and closed. Awful experience!!!!

The only good things I can say are that the check-in was quick and the room, though obviously old, was clean. Upon arrival it looked poorly maintained from the outside but I have stayed in some low cost hotels and that isn't a deal breaker for me. We go in and are advised that there is no continental breakfast as there restaurant was being renovated. Sucked because it was one of the reasons I booked there. The pool is filled to the brim and the hot tub has toddlers in it. No towels. The halls were soaking wet - like slipping on tile and sloshing in the carpet wet! The elevator we chose (only once) ceiling was louding shaking the whole time we were on it. There were only 2 towels in our room but we booked for 4 people. The courtyard had a few chairs, a few tables, all strewn around and there was broken glass around them (could have just happened and they hadn't been notified......until they were and it was still there when we left). We left for awhile, came back and the police were there with security (hotel hired). Of course they are! On the way up to our room, the guy in the elevator asks what floor we are on and tells us so was he until he found a bed bug and showed us video proof. Upon leaving I advise frontdesk and instead of apologizing, she says he could have just told them and not us (which he did) and then advised that she always checks for bed bugs regardless if its a nice hotel or crappy ones like this one. Agreed, but not the response I expected!!

The room we got in had 2 towels, no tissues, many things were broken. The beds were clean and made but floors were dirty. Went down and asked for towels several times and they said thwy were behind on laundry. Room was moist feeling. Ice machine leaked all over the floor outside of the room. Toilet didnt stop running and was backed up many times. The pool was small and over crowded. Half of the water got pushed out and they shut it down for a whole day. Left earlier than expected terrible condition and customer service.

The room reserve for us, had ants. We move to another room on the lower floor. The elevator did not have the proper information necessary, weight n occupancy, information was in the GM office. The bathroom toilet paper was limited, not full roll and no extra n towels for only one person too . The room was locked a day before our check out date. We requested new keys. We were surprise at the quality of this hotel, for the rate charged for a Wyndham hotel , it’s was pretty minimal. We will never stay there again.

The staff member I had contact with her name was Adlee. She was very nice and friendly. She was very helpful and polite.
As far as the hotel, while clean it needs to be updated. There were marks on the walls and paint was missing. The bathroom door had been damaged and would not close all the way so there would have been no privacy if more than one person had rented the room together. The air unit removable filters would not go in all the way as they had also appeared to have some kind of damage. The location was conveniently located close to major roads and the area was nice.

Do not stay here. I should have read the reviews first. There are so many other hotels right on the same road. This used to be a Doubletree but it got downgraded. There is no breakfast due to renovations. The hot tub and pool were fine. The whole facility is extremely worn down and grubby. The room was very small and there was not even room to walk past someone. Very few towels and the shampoo and other dispensers had been removed but the holders were left on the wall. There was no soap just tiny bottles of shampoo and body wash. The beds were only double and were very small. The elevators barely worked. One was being fixed. They are extremely slow. There is very little security at the hotel. You don’t need to have a key card to get upstairs. We could hear the elevators grinding all night and the HVAC system was so loud. The room was grubby and worn with paint patches on the walls, worn out carpeting, and ugly popcorn ceilings. They really need to completely renovate the entire property. It is just too dated to be worth the money.

But when the hotel realized there was a big show in town and they would lose money, they decided to lose my reservation as well as several other people's and left me in the lurch. \"No room\" & \"nothing we can do \". We loved our stay here. We came from the UK and were very happy with everything. The Hotel is warm and welcoming with friendly staff. There is a pool, gym and jacuzzi available for use 24/7. The bed was so comfy and the room service staff kept things nice and tidy. There was always someone working towards upkeep, maintenance and cleaning during the day. Gardening staff busy making sure the outside looked perfect. We will definitely return.

Would never book here again. The hotel was dirty! There was food and dirt all over the hotel floors that housekeeping repeatedly walked by and ignored. Our room had ants in it, the floors were dirty, the ac/heating unit smelled like it was burning so we were unable to use it the entire stay, the lights in the bathroom were blown out by the mirrors, our room was \"cleaned\" once in the 5 days we were there and that was just the beds being made. Our towels and washcloths were taken, not replaced, when we went to reception to get more the guy tried to negotiate with me on how many towels we could have like we could just share towels and washcloths. There was gum stuck under the nightstand. We complained to reception and she had attitude said she could move us to another room but we were afraid of what the new room would be like. Its clearly a poorly maintained hotel. If all the other hotels around us werent booked up (or had worse reveiws) for the festival happening, we would have left.

The key to our room didn’t work. It was reprogrammed and still didn’t work. As I stood in line at the desk to get somebody to open my room every time I came back, there were 1 or 2 people doing the same thing. This was the staffs solution to the problem. Having said that, it wasn’t their fault and they were all very helpful. The room itself was old and pretty dirty. The thermostat was thick with greased on dirt. I flicked one of the lampshades and a cloud of dust could be seen in the air. The bed was very comfy. The big problem was the keys not working (even on the outdoor entrances). This was a problem with a lot of people. I won’t stay here again.

The room smelled SOOOO strong of urine. We found soaked swim trunks in the dresser from the previous people. Every night until at least midnight, there were TONS of people and kids running around in the lobby and ballroom with loud music playing for all guests to hear. I had to leave 2 days early from my reservation and was not refunded for the difference.

Mediocre at best. Rooms need a total overhaul. Outdated and falling apart room interiors, bedroom was so moist that there were water droplets on the walls and the bedding was damp, even with the air cranked up.

The air conditioning will definitely keep you cool. Shower curtain rail could use a replacement. Kept sliding in the middle allowing water to splash out. Nothing a towel or two wouldn't dry up.

Requested for bath towels early morning around 7am am and was advised will have someone brought up in few minutes. Waited roughly 1/2 hr and had to call back again and then was told that they did not have any towels left and had no choice other than to wait until housekeeping staff arrives at 9am..
