Staff is nice and friendly, and the location is very convenient. Whether it is really clean... with bedsheets really fresh... not so sure. Soap was missing in both shower and sink area, and they promptly brought me... a half used Nivea Men shower gel bottle, and a small shampoo bottle from a random hotel. Well, all a bit improvised, but the staff was at least trying their best and I don't think it is their fault.

I never seen such a worst stay wifi was not working inside the room no mobile signal also when I checked in reception he told here the wifi is working if you want sit in the front sofa and browse it is not my responsibility if wifi is not working and today it is too crowd thats why wifi is not working as such waste resons he gave, to sit in sofa then why did I booked a room? It was very disappointed night for me ever without internet very worst

Does the job!

Very convenient and perfectly acceptable for an overnight stop between train journeys. Very reasonably priced too. Breakfast included - adequate but rolls/bread were disappointing by German standards.

It’s more like a 3 stars hotel, definitely not 4 stars. Weird smell in the reception, and also in the room. I saw rubbish in my room after I checked in. The key advantage is that it’s just next to the central station, so it’s convenient for travelling.

The lights in my room started flickering and then all the electricity just went out. No one could fix it. No electricity at all for my one night stay. Phone didn’t charge. Straight up 3rd world conditions.

Unsafe Hotel

While the rooms in this hotel were updated and it is in a convenient location, it is unsafe to stay there. We stayed 3 nights. Two of those three nights we had people walk into our rooms at around 2 am. We had to adjoining rooms with one being for my husband and I and the other for my children. First there are no peepholes to see who would be at your door. We had the deadbolts on in both rooms. The first night, a guest walked into my room because they were given a key to our room. It was a mix up and while scary, I understood. When I called the front desk they did apologize for the mistake. The second night someone entered my children's room. They left when she noticed they were there. Like I said the doors were bolted so obviously they do not work. I went down to the lobby the second night after them not answering the phone. I was extremely upset that someone had gotten into my children's room and the women at the desk yelled at me to get out. The male at the desk grabbed me by the arm which was uncalled for. He escorted me upstairs and when he saw my husband was only then apologetic. The elevator has a space where you are supposed to use your key to go up but it works without a key. We had to put furniture in front of our doors after the second intrusion. If you choose to stay here I recommend you do that. There were stains on the curtains and the bathroom walls. There are many other hotels around the train station, I would recommend you choose one of those.

Horrible experience. Very dirty facility especially bathroom and even soap was absent. Horrible service, in the common area there was strong smell of marijuana. Try to avoid this \"4 star\" facility. Staff was rude and useless.

The cleanliness was disappointing for example the toilet does not look as if it had been cleaned in a good year and there was a thick layer of dust on all the surfaces. Walls are very thin you can hear someone taking a shower or talking in room next to yours. The breakfast was sub par and tasted awful. Overall a disappointing stay and would avoid it again in the future.

Had a great stay here. Large, comfortable, quiet room. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was good with plenty of options. Walkable to most sights and close to bus/train stations for easy access if you’re on the go. Lots of dining options nearby along Kaiserstraße. The area might seem a bit unsavory to some, but I never felt unsafe walking about. I would stay here again. Good price, quality, and location for ease of getting around.

We enjoy the quality of the bed and the covers. The room is so nice and quiet. It makes you feel there's no one else around. The breakfast is very good, though during covid I think there's a little less selection but it's all good quality. Keep up the good work! 👍

The man at Check-In was great and most of the staff was very friendly and helpful. For some reason the female staff in the restaurants were exceptionally rude and unhelpful. Also, the facilities are nice, but the rooms need to be cleaned and vacuumed between guests and the bedsheets need to be changed. My bedding was clearly used, it was stained and covered with a ton of dark curly hairs and they were not mine. That’s nonnegotiable. You have to wash the bedding between guests. Also, the lock on my door didn’t work and they told me to just not worry about it-which is also not acceptable. These things do need to be fixed and they are an easy fix.

Stayed for 5 nights, small rooms but i guess thats how it is in europe....the best part is that its very clean, close to messe but not walkable but tram is available for free from front of the hotel....right next to frankfurt main hbf, very convinient if u r flying, take the train to main hbf and its right outside the station....everthing is closeby...included breakfast is great...

This single room was perfect. Everything was very clean and quite new. The glass shower inside the room was very interesting. It's quite convenient since you can watch TV while taking a shower... so that was great! However, if you're thinking about saving money and stay in a double room with a co-worker, keep in mind the shower is still in the middle of the room for the double room!

Breakfast buffet was pretty good, which offers a good selection of cold and hot food.

Will definitely come back next yera!

Check in was not welcoming. They will not take card for city tax and wanted it paid in cash at check in. I travel all over the world and stay in hotels 100 days in a year and never was told cash in advance for city tax. The fitness Centre has good equipment but in small room in cellar without ventaltion or air cond so it was unless to have a good workout as you feel like you were in heated box without windows. The most repulsive sight was the balcony / terrace for which you can got outside to enjoy view with your breakfast. The wood flooring was littered with discarded cigarette butts and small pieces of paper. I had to get up and move back inside as I can't not stand the sight of this rubbish whilst eating my food. The location is good but unless management addresses these concerns, I don't think I would return to this property. In fact, I did not, as I returned to Frankfurt 5 days later and choose another hotel even though it was a bit dearer

Gooe location.

Good place to stay if you plan to use trains, busses, trams, taxis, local tour company for getting around. There are a few more upscale but also more expensive hotels in the same area. Most of the staff are south Asian, polite, and very helpful.

I stayed in your hotel for 4 days and I had a horrible experience. They posted a picture of a different room and they gave me a small one which the shower was in the middle of the room.
Cleaners used old pillow cover sheets to wipe the coffee cops instead of washing them. I asked one cleaner to bring me a new coffee cops but he used an old pillow cover to wipe the old ones. My phone was blocked and I could not call outside.

I had a guest over and the mentally ill receptionist followed her to the elevator and kept calling us in our room. He claimed that because I was having a guest I must paid 30 euros more. I told him that I will come downstairs but your receptionist grabbed my guest and yelled at her and kicked her our out of the hotel. (She could call the police now) After that he mentioned if she had signed in, there would be no problem and still I had to pay 20 more euros. I did not wanted to argue with him as he clearly had a mental illness.

He also deactivated my card twice and this also happen a day before after I eat my breakfast my card was deactivated.
The first day when I wanted to call expedia, my wifi was not working and it took me a long time to call the expedia customer service.
When I was checking out the hotel the cleaners were mocking me and your receptionist refused to give me a receipt. I did not use anything from the mini bar and I hope they are not planning to charge me.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. They charged me for big room but gave me the smallest room with no WiFi their excuse was they were full. There was lot of hair on bed. Area is not safe at all you will see drudged out people all over, staff were very very rude and unprofessional. If you care about your life and health stay away from this place I will not stay at this hotel again even for free.

What’s not to like. Convenient for train station, friendly owner/manager and reception staff, clean well maintained room with good luggage space and separate toilet from shower. I guess some people would not like the glass cube shower in the room, with no privacy, but as a single traveller it was no problem to me. Breakfast is included and amazing: really wide range of tasty hot and cold food, and a nice outdoor terrace if weather permits. And all this for bargain price! Great work people!

The room is okay and location is good.
However, the front staff is extremely rude and unprofessional.

They will ask for a credit card and will copy it and document it without permission. I asked for an explanation about that and the staff started to yell at me saying that they will take good care of the copied document, which was obviously not true because they actually showed a different customers credit card copy to me while saying that.
The other customers waiting in line also agreed with my opinion that the service is terrible but they got shouted at too.
I told the old staff with glasses and beard (which was the worst) that this is absolutely unacceptable and I need to write about this and he told me to write whatever I want. It turns out he wasn’t even manager which explains why he was so unprofessional, uneducated and unreasonable.
I usually do not write reviews, but am writing this one so everyone can be aware.

I have stayed in many hotels in the Bahnhof/station area of Frankfurt and this was easily the best.
Lots of positives: Clean room, comfy bed, string hot stand-along shower, separate toilet room, ironing board, good wifi, downstairs bar, quiet even in a busy but convenient location. Excellent value for money with such a good quality and varied breakfast included.
Only two negatives: The walls might be a bit thin as I could hear the neighbour snoring and then moving around in his room. Also, the safe could not take a 15\" laptop.

The rooms were clean as expected. Trying to rest was a different story. For some reason the doors at this hotel slam harder than any other hotel we have ever stayed in regardless of price or location. We were told that it is a standard housekeeping procedure to slam doors. Hotel doors have the pneumatic arms to help close the doors but at this hotel uses industrial type arms. It was hard for us to gain sleep and in the morning housekeeping duties started early so our sleep was abruptly ended as well. Checked out a night early (originally a 2 night stay) and naturally we were denied a refund. Not going back for sure.

Was going well...until bedbugs in room

I booked two family suite rooms (basically two sets of rooms with connecting doors) for myself and three other colleagues on a business trip to Frankfurt . I selected this location because of the proximity to the train station (meetings in other cities) as well as to the sights in Frankfurt.

The other key criteria was cleanliness. While I had seen the reviews warning of the sketchiness of the area after dark, we were not overly concerned as we planned to be back in our hotel rooms after supper each night. That said, the descriptions, reviews and amenities provided by the hotel were accurate and we spent the first four nights comfortably in a hotel that was as described. There was free WiFi and as some other reviewers posted, you do have to sign in each say. Some days it was very slow, but was certainly acceptable. The free breakfast provided had more options than anyone expected so that wad a nice surprise. Different types of baked goods, cold cures, cheeses. Staff were polite and accommodating.
However, the last morning as we were getting ready to check out to catch our cab to the airport, my colleague knocked on the connecting door and asked if I could tell her if what she is seeing on her bed was a bedbug. I ran into her room, and sure enough, there was the recognizable Apple seed shaped bug crawling along her bed. I tried to take a picture but it was blurry. She then pointed out another one on the other twin (bed) crawling along. I grabbed a mug as I thought to capture it so we could take it to the lobby. As we tried, it got squished and left a blood blot on the bed.

We went downstairs and when my colleague explained what she had found in the room, the counter staff asked her if she wanted to complain and provided her a business card with contact info.

I can't believe that was the only response. Disappointing...and super gross.....

Good location as it is very close to downtown. But not the best neighborhood due to its proximity with train Station.
The WC needs ventilation.

Great value for money, fresh and clean rooms. Location just outside the train station, friendly staff. Breakfast was magnificent with croissants, bacon, scrambled egg, fruit and a lot more. Best option if you want to stay centrally located.

Fitness and sauna option also exists if you are in the mood.

I made a reservation to this hotel by mistake(I wanted to be close to the Airport) and within 10 seconds called expedia to cancel the reservation (I am Gold member) the hotel first said that the manager was not there then refused to cancel the reservation. when I called thm, they hangup the phone on me. On the phone are rude in presence they are ok. Breakfast is ok not great.

The hotel it self was nice, we stayed here for a 19hr layover so we decided to get a hotel. When we got there everything seemed good and quite. Around 7pm we heard a group of men in the hallway having a good time, talking laughing and what not. It sounded like they were having a party/pre-gaming in a room before going out. We are a young couple so it did not bother me at all, we are all about partying and having a good time so we had no problem and bc it was still early. They ended up leaving around 10pm again no problem until they got back around 2-230am not just stomping down the hallway but screaming, talking above one another and one of them kept making what I would say a fucken bird sound. I'm guessing they had more than one room for them bc one of them walked out of the room which they were staying across from us slamming the door shut and walking to another room down the hall banging on that door, came back and started the banging on the room that he had just left. I was hopping it would stop after that, but no it didn't. They came out of the rooms again at 4:45am, on repeat with the stomping, screaming, making a bird sound Again, so after that no I was unable to go back to sleep. This may not be the hotels fault but I also have to say they did nothing to try and make all the other people in the hotel. I mean seriously they could have just gone up and said hey can yall keep it down. So for that reason no I would never stay in this hotel again.

The hotel is rated as four star hotel, but it is not in my opinion. Very small lobby, bad internet, poor breakfast, not very good cleanliness.
