Super convenient for the Messe, especially Halle 6. Lack of stairs is not my favorite. Kitchenette is a nice unexpected touch. The shower doors do not contain the water and often soaked the floor. Plus you get 2 thin towels and a floor towel. Love the armoire, though that has REAL hangers!

I read the reviews prior to making a reservation. I researched the area. I was hoping for a clean, quiet and safe place to stay. Upon checking-in, I was given a room on the third floor. I have ten heavy pieces of luggage, I am a senior and I have a disability. The hotel doesn't have elevators. Even the taxi driver realized that it wasn't fair so he pleaded with the office for a better location but I was denied. Later, while moving my luggage at a slow pace, I was targeted by a clueless and delusional young female. It was unsettling and highly unpleasant. I refused to engage.That same suspicious female female targeted me when I went out. To lose her, I walked towards two police officers nearby. How did this woman know if my movements? The floors near the wall in my unit were filthy. Any time of the day or night, there were constant attempts to contact; I had no privacy. The mattress vibrated at someone's else will. There was also constant tapping on the floor underneath me. The unit was small and uncomfortable; the wifi dreadful. I had to buy a data plan. Every time I left my room, I was hounded and followed by undesirable people. Staying at that noisy, uncomfortable and unsafe hotel had nothing to do with liking anything about it. Upon writing an honest and descriptive though incomplete review of my stay on Google Maps, the staff sent me an email asking me to leave. The confusion and lack of proper directive from Expedia made a horrible situation worse.

I was given an apartment where the bed linens were left full of black hairs. The sheets were filthy and disgusting. Everything I touched in the kitchen, I had to wash and sterilize prior to using them. I boiled water twice in their electric kettle with white vinegar and baking soda. On the second time, the water still came out dark grey. There was a rotting smell coming from the bathroom. The soap container had enough soap for ONE shower. There were concealed cameras and criminals followed me everywhere. They tapped on the floor right underneath me when I stood some place for a few minutes. Both the sofa and bed's mattress vibrated. I recorded the vibrations in the mattress.The kitchen/living room window didn't have curtains. Strategically placed mirrors gave the subhuman criminals targeting guests/prospective victims their precise location. I was set to leave Wales so I didn't bother changing hotels but I wasn't able to sleep or rest for the three nights I was there. And, I was charged for fresh linens and a cleaning fee! DO NOT STAY HERE!

OK if you just need a basic room to sleep

If you just need a basic bed to sleep in this hotel is fine. The cooking facilities are basic too - one spoon, one fork, one plate, one bowl, etc. etc.

The chair in the room was so uncomfortable, I ended up having to work with my laptop in my lap in the bed or in the reception are. And the reception area right now (and for another year) is a \"portable\" building like the ones you see on construction sites.

The staff is WONDERFUL though.

The walls are \"thin\" - my colleague could hear my TV in the adjacent room. My colleague complained of a lingering odor in his room too. We suspect that the management knows about the odor situation because windows in the rooms and hallways were open in the November cold weather.

The bathroom was really small, but I made it work.

The normal price of these rooms reflects the type of hotel it is, but I was here for a conference and room rates were triple what they normally are, so it did not seemm like a great value.

The location is great for the price, and staff are friendly and helpful. The sheets, mirrors, tables, and sinks appeared to be clean. However there was staining on the fabric couch, dirt stains all over the bathroom walls and bedroom walls, it looks like they had never been wiped down. The provided dishes were clean but the utensils had old food stuck to it. There was also a bedside lamp that slowly detached from the wall during my first two nights. The size of the room was nice, and I appreciated the design, but the cleanliness bothered me a lot and I personally don't feel comfortable asking for cleaning service when all my items are in the room with no safe box.

Bold Hotel Frankfurt is a very well renovated apart-style hotel located in the suburbs 5 minutes away from an S-bahn and tram system.

The single studio that I stayed it was absolutely excellent as it came with a very modern design and quite spacious, coming with an extra bonus of the studio kitchen. (the pictures actually don't do it justice, the room was bigger than my student accommodations!)

One big gripe one would argue is the lack of air conditioning, which might be a must in the summer for some, however the hotel remedied this with a new table fan that can be pointed straight at yourself right next to the single bed. Guaranteeing you to actually be quite comfortable.

Considering the price, for me it was 30 pounds a day, this place completely exceeded expectations - and arguably it could be even nicer in the winter as the room would be naturally cold - I highly recommend this stay if you're looking for a value apartment hotel in Frankfurt.

Missed my connection at Frankfurt Airport, so I checked into Bold for the evening. The man working at the front desk was so friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, modern, and quiet. The neighborhood around the hotel is nice, too. Staying at Bold was exactly what I needed after a horrible day at the airport.

Staying at the BOLD hotel was very nice, and I would be happy to do so again. Checking in was painless and the rooms were very nice. I liked the little kitchen -- Just enough to make a small meal, though a bit small to do anything fancy. My only complaint is that the room was not air conditioned and it got very hot during the day even with the provided fan.

Good size, brught/airy room. Handy kitchenette with all you need for making tea/coffee and breakfast. Bathroom in 403 was very small.

Website said reception was 24hrs but they dont advise you that it closes at 22:00 hrs, that reception is not actually in the building - its a cabin at the front so if late you have to ring someone.

No lift - so a single woman dragging a suitcase up 4 floors of stairs not ideal.

Some good restaurants and supermarket 5 mins walk away which was handy too.

when we booked we paid full amount through expedia but when we checked in the hotel staff said we haven't paid and need our credit card, we insisted that we paid but he said 'it doesn't show in his system'. we booked Bold Muchen with the same payment condition and there's no problem when we checked in to Bold Muchen before we arrive Frankfurt, after we said that 'yes, we paid'.

The next day at hotel lobby, the hotel staff said 'you know yesterday you didn't close the drinking water tab and water all over the floor'. We didn't touch the drinking water dispenser. We didn't drink anything.

There's no information that there's no elevator in this hotel

The room is ok.

This hotel is designed to make sure the Owner’s are not inconvenienced... but you are. It felt like they expected me to be thankful that they had allowed me to stay there. You’ll be at their whim. No service ot horrible service is the norm; good luck getting a taxi (no ubers in Frankfurt) overall disastrous.

Be a circus people and not a good experience...

Shower door not working / broken, Wifi most of the time not working, worse is the bed mattress and the bed frame. Bed frame is broken or loosen so it creates a big noise when you turn your body while sleeping, you have to stay still for whole night if you want a quiet sleep!!! The center of the mattress is drop down and became a dip hole, you sleep in the middle of mattress, next day your lower back really hurts; you have to stay at the edge of the mattress in order to get a good sleep, but how? You have to balance yourself between the dip hole and the edge of the mattress, that's a big stress while you trying to get into sleep. It either have a lower back pain next day or you fall out of you bed, your choice.... sigh~

I arrived early, and as such the staff (very kindly) helped me out by getting my room ready a few hours before check-in time. The room itself smelt extraordinarily strongly of detergent - like quite overpowering - so I had to open the window. The hotel itself is characterful, quirky - but seems to be entirely without an elevator - so I'm lucky that I only had hand luggage - otherwise my three storey climb might have been a real pain rather than an inconvenience. I'd probably stay there again - as the price was good, and the room was clean and nicely decorated.

Walking distance to the Messe

Our stay at the Bold Apartments went well, and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was functional and modern, but being on the 4th floor without a lift was a challenge.
There are one or two restaurants, and a supermarket very close by, which makes it very conveniently located. The main advantage is that it is only a short walk to the Messe, and an even shorter walk to the station.

Too Far from city center

The condition of the hotel is fine and the room has a small refrigerator and stove top for longer stays. However, it is a 30 min walk from the main train station. And a 45 min walk to old town square. The only reason we ended up staying here is that hotels closer to city center were booked or way overpriced due to the international book fair. Our timing was bad as we arrived a day early before our escorted land tour started. Even this hotel was twice the price of a normal hotel stay there for that night.

No Air conditioning in the room. No need to pay for parking to hotel to use hotel's private parking since you can park your car in front of the hotel for free. Hotel is located in residential area so it is pretty quite. Room design is pretty good and everything inside the room stylish. There is no elevator in the building so you need to carry your luggage from stairs.

Excellent Location o the Congress Centre

The location is good for visiting the congress centre. Near enough to walk. The hotel is one of the traditional inner city housing blocks which has been converted into hotel apartments. First impressions rather austere. Inside modernised with simple clean, functional lines.

The parking could be a bit tricky. We found a parking spot right at the front of the building but this was down to luck.

The receptionist very helpful and pleasant and spoke English.

The room was perfectly functional. We were given a room on the top floor and had a view over the roof tops.

Modern budget room, easy access to transportation

We enjoyed our stay with close proximity to downtown and to a prearranged restaurant meeting place with others in our group.
The rooms are all fresh and clean and modern in this newly renovated apartment building in a residential area. There are several good restaurants within easy walking distance. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating and provided extra pillows and an additional chair when requested. The coin-op washing machine downstairs was handy also. the two things that I would offer as suggestios to hotel management are: Your listing should mention that there is no elevator available. Having recently recovered from a hip operation, I find stairs difficult. your staff was helpful in relocating me from a 3rd floor room to the 1st floor. My second suggestion is that the plain wooden kitchen style chairs are not atn all comfortable for sitting, reading or working on the computer. Adding a comfortable chair would be a small cost for adding considerable comfort to your guests.

We stayed for 6 nights in a twin room. The location is very good, the room have been renovated since my last visit; it has a very nice design.

Room equipped with kitchenette and small fridge. Very suitable.

If you have heavy bags and your room in the 3rd or 4th floor, then goodluck. That is my only problem.

If you are not familiar with a kitchenette / apartment , ask the management and Read the cooker instructions ! .

More than you pay for!

The property was located just a 7-10min walk away from the Mall and other downtown attractions; and a short cab-ride from the river restaurants. The room was a decent size with a mini-fridge, sink and HOB. I only wish there was some complimentary tea or coffee in the room. It was a clean room with a nice bathroom, and daily cleaning service. The front desk staff were kind & helpful (especially Steve). I've been in comfy-er beds, but it wasn't too bad. Again, plenty of shopping to be done in the area (wine shops, clothes, souvenirs, etc..) For the price I paid, I'd definitely stay there again.

i was in Frankfurt for a busy week's training. SO, i didn't spend much time in the hotel. Mini-Kitchen was ideal.. only a shower, no bath. good sized room. the wifi was shockingly unreliable, and very often slow. BE CAREFUL if you arrive late. no front desk after 10pm.. so you MUST arrange a key code in advance. staff are VERY helpful and friendly.

Great Hotel!

The hotel was very easy to find and about a 5 minute walk from the train station. We had no problems getting around without knowing the native language. The staff spoke English and were able to answer any of our questions. If checking out after hours, there is a key drop box that is located by the main office door.

TERRIBLE! DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! I booked it for a conference I was attending, and I printed off the booking information and brought it with me on my trip. Due to circumstances beyond my control, I was delayed and arrived at around midnight. I could not get into the hotel, the front door was locked, with no one on reception, and no one answered the hotel phone number on the booking document - I tried several times. I then rang hotels.com to ask for urgent help - they rang the hotel and also could not reach them. Everything in the area was completely booked due to several conferences going on - I had no where to stay, and as a female on my own, I had to go all over the place after midnight, to try to find a hotel - I could not find one, all were full. Hotels.com said they would phone me in the morning after speaking with the hotel. The hotel said their reception closed at 8pm, however this was NOT stated on the booking confirmation. The worst of all - is that the hotel STILL CHARGED ME FOR THE NIGHT!!!!! They put 89€ through my account, which I think is disgusting!!! Hotels.com tried to reason with them on my behalf, but they refused to budge, and still charged for the room even though I could not get into it. This turned into a nightmare of an evening for me - being locked out in the middle of the night, everywhere else was full, and no where for me to go...and to add insult to injury, they charged 89€ for the room. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL, THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

Buchung und Checkin lief problemlos. Checkin erfolgt jedoch in einer Art Baucontainer. Die Qualität des Zimmers ist mittelmäßig, Tendenz negativ. Es handelt sich um einen sanierten Altbau, dem ein neuer Anstrich verliehen wurde. Die Flure sind sehr trist mit tw. Unsauberen Teppichen. Zimmerausstattung ist eher spartanisch, aber mit Küche. Leider gab es einem sehr unangenehmen Parfümgeruch im Zimmer, der evtl andere Gerüche hat übertönen sollen. In Summe für mich keine Option zum erneuten Aufenthalt.

주택가에 위치하여 조용하고 좋아요 마트도 가까워서 편해요
다만 중앙역에서 트램 4정거장 거리이고 또 걸어야해요
시설은 깔끔하고 조용하고 라셉션 직원들도 친철하고 좋아요
식사를 해결하면서 다니는 여행객에게는 좋은 숙소에요

Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Wir waren wegen Verwandtenbesuchen schon 12 Mal im Bold Frankfurt.
Inzwischen wünsche ich mir manchmal etwas fröhlichere Farben in den Zimmern , und dass der Lüfter im Toiletten/duschraum nicht so laut wäre. Aber das ist eher nebensächlich..

Leider sind die Apartments in die Jahre geraten. Kein Fahrstuhl vorhanden. Baustelle. Bad roch nach kaltem Zigarettenrauch. Zimmer muffig.

Set in a residential area, very quiet and yet close to the Messe and public transport. Grocery stores and restaurants/cafés near by.
Rooms are well equipped with basic kitchen tools. Very clean, very welcoming.

Sehr nettes Personal, für den Preis unschlagbar, großes Zimmer mit eigenem Bad, nachts war es sehr ruhig für eine Großstadt, morgens gab es sogar (unerwartet) Obst und einen Kaffee. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

프랑크푸르트 기차역 보다 훨씬 안전한 현지 사람이 사는 그런 동네! 지하철 역과도 가깝고 메쎄전시장, 슈퍼마켓도 가까이에 있음. 주변에 맛있는 케밥집도 많음. ) 가격 대비 조용하고 안전해서 강추. 아쉬운 점이 있다면 호텔이 공사중이라 문을 열어 놓기가 힘들었음.

Besser als erwartet! Erstklassig- Check in by Steve 🤘😉. Das Zimmer wie beschrieben, alles was man braucht. Ruhige Gegend, gut geschlafen! 15 Minuten zu Fuß bis zur Festhalle ( Konzert).Kostenloses Parken direkt um das Hotel möglich 👍. Echt Klasse Mitarbeiter, auch beim Checkout bekommt man noch Kaffee und Obst mit auf den Weg. Für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie, besser gemacht als viele andere. Übrigens: die Seife und Duschgel sind 👍😉

프랑크푸르트 역에서 접근성 있고 주방이 있는 숙소를 찾으시는 분들께 강력 추천합니다! 먼저 위치가 좋습니다. 도보 5분 거리에 지하철역이 있는데, 치안도 괜찮고 중앙역 바로 다음 정거장입니다. 바로 기차역으로 연결되어서, 프푸를 기점으로 기차 여행 하신다면 아주 편리합니다. 개인적으로 중앙역 바로 앞에 위치한 숙소는 치안이 좋다고 느끼지 않아서, 한 정거장 차이지만 주거단지 내에 있는 이 호텔이 훨씬 안전하고 쾌적하게 느껴졌습니다. 작은 주방이 있고, 근처에 큰 Rewe 마트가 있어 장 보고 요리하기 편리했습니다. 방도 아주 청결하고, 이른 체크인도 도와주셨습니다. 프론트 직원 Monika씨도 아주 친절하셨어요. 여러모로 도움 주셔서 감사합니다.

Das Zimmer war zweckmäßig eingerichtet, und lag in der 3. Etage, leider ohne Aufzug. Die Matrazen waren so hart das am Morgen Hüftschmerzen angesagt waren und die Kopfkissen viel zu flach.

Modernes Zimmer. Leider ist die Unterkunft sehr hellhörig. Bis nachts um drei haben wir noch Leute auf dem Gang gehört, was die Nachtruhe sehr gestört hat.
