Room was good enough of what I wanted, staff could be more welcoming, they could accommodate out of ordinary requests with more curtosy, simple things like an adaptor or helping me with a charger or guidance could have gone a long way !

1 lady however at the end of my stay early morning on my checkout was very helpful.

Surprisingly Nice

I was quite surprised by this hotel. The check-in process took more time than I thought it should, but other than that my experience was very positive. The room was clean, had air conditioning and a nice bathroom. For the price, it was a terrific value and I would recommend it to anyone.

Overall a nice enough place with decent breakfast, only downside: apart from one staff member most team -members appeared rather unconcerned that the designated disabled parking spaces were constantly used by clearly fully abled people with basement parking spaces too narrow for wheelchair users. Good location to get into town by tram. Roll-in shower is well laid out.

My first stay at the IBIS for the Frankfurt Book Fair, and not my last. Via hotels.com, this was an excellent deal for the Fair week, conveniently located (8 minutes by tram); the room was clean, and the breakfast buffet excellent. Will definitely be back.

Just needed a hotel for a few days leading up to my departure from Europe (flying from Frankfurt International airport). I was seeking an inexpensive option and this met my needs. Room was clean and reasonably comfortable...not overly spacious, but not too small. Staff at check in and check out was friendly and professional. Very close to a tram line that goes directly to the main train station, which then provides easy access to the airport. Would consider staying there again if I return to Frankfurt. Away from the city center, but it is easily accessible.

Great stay - impressedwith this Ibis

Great Ibis, modern decor and furniture in public areas . Rooms were very clean, spacious and comfortable, quiet too, had a good nights sleep on 5th floor overlooking park. Perfect location for us as we were going to the Stadion am Brentanobad. Staff told us bus 34 would take us there, they were very helpful, attended to all our needs. Tram into Frankfurt was just around corner, approx 10 mins to centre/main station. Ideal for us as didn't want to be right in the centre, also a great location if you are driving as just off a main road, has car parking and there is a petrol station nearby. Food was good and free wi fi. the only negatives I can find is no tea/coffee making facilities in the room and towels a bit old and thin, but would definitely stay here again, really pleasant 2 night stay - great price too.

You know what to expect when you book an Ibis Hotel. Predictably clean and tidy. Nothing special, but staff here are friendly and helpful. Good location for the Messe with tram stop just around the corner. Nice park with a lake a 2 minute walk away.

This is an Ibis hotel so you know what to expect. Very basic, bed is comfortable but chair at desk is definitely not for any extended period of time. It is a good place to stay for cheap with easy tram service direct into the city centre from around the corner. The petrol station outside the front is good for snacks but if you want shopping that is a bit of a walk, or a trip on the tram. Handy for the Messe on the same tram line.

I booked this hotel because I thought it was walking distance from the Messe ( as per title). It was a 10 minute taxi drive.Also the TV did not work and I complained 3 times. On a positive note the breakfast for €10 was very good value

Wir waren innerhalb von 3 Wochen zweimal in diesem B & B Hotel. Freundlicher Empfang und schnelle Abwicklung. Zimmer in der 3. und 5. Etage. Die Flure und Zimmer sind unterschiedlich gestaltet. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäig ausgestattet und sauber. Auf den Fluren ist Teppich verlegt, der seine besten Zeiten lange hinter sich hat, hier wäre es dringend nötig, diesen gegen ein pflegeleichteres Material auszutauschen. Ähnlich ist es in den Zimmern, Teppich ist nicht zeitgemäß und unhygienisch! Frühstück ist für ein B & B wirklich TOP! Viel Auswahl, alles wurde sofort nachgelegt, es ist super sauber im Raum, ein großes Lob an die Mitarbeiterinnen dort! Es gibt eine Tiefgarage, Parken außerhalb möglich, aber schwierig da reine Wohngegend. Straßenbahn genau vor der Tür, schnelle Anbindung an die Stadt. Fenster kann man nicht über Nacht auflassen da die A5 direkt nebenan verläuft, Klimaanlage funktioniert aber bzw. heizt auch bei Bedarf. Im Zimmer steht ein 0,5 ltr. Tetrapak-Wasser bereit. Alles in allem wirklich empfehlenswert!

På gjennomreise med bil i Europa, hadde jeg sent på kvelden behov for en overnatting i Frankfurt med trygg og sikker parkering. Dette hotellet innfridde dette. I tillegg flott med heis direkte fra garasje under hotellet, rett opp til rommet. Rommet jeg fikk føltes helt nytt. Ok seng, god luft og forholdsvis lite støy. Ble tatt hyggelig i mot i resepsjonen. Døgnåpen resepsjon. Meget prisgunstig. Kommer gjerne tilbake.

Bei offenen Fenster hört man die Autobahn.
Matratzen rutschen hin und her, sind nicht stabil auf dem Lattenrost. die Wassertemperatur schwankt sehr beim duschen, von heiss auf kalt, man muss andauernd die Temperatur korrigieren .

Hotel übertrifft die Bewertungen im Internet

Verstehe wirklich nicht wieso das Hotel bei vielen Gästen so schlecht abschneidet.

Über meinen Aufenthalt kann ich mich null beschweren. Hotel ist in einer guten Lage zur Messe, mit den ÖPNV ist es in ca 20 Minuten vom HBF entfernt. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind sehr freundlich, die Zimmer haben den B&B Standard, obwohl ich schon in schlechteren Zimmern in der Hotelkette war.


Die schlechten Bewertungen im Internet über das Hotel sind für mich nicht nachvollziehbar, obwohl ich schon Angst hatte, das die Bewertungen stimmen :)

Prima basic hotel voor beursbezoek of overnachting onderweg. Is op loopafstand van openbaarvervoer naar de stad of naar de beurs. Hotel zelf is heel simpel, veel kamers en geen luxe, je ziet ook dat het een ouder gebouw is en de kamers zijn ook niet meer de mooiste. Bar is beperkt in aanbod en ontbijt is heel simpel (maar voor de prijs mag je daar eigenlijk niet over klagen). De kamers zijn simpel, maar wel ruim en geluidsdicht (dat laatste is echt een heel groot voordeel).

Wochenende im Großraum Frankfurt (Main)

Das BB Frankfurt-Messe ist wirklich in jeder Hinsicht ein ganz hervorragendes Hotel in Frankfurt. Vom Hauptbahnhof leicht z.B. mit der Straßenbahn erreichbar, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten liegen auf dem Weg. Personal, Sauberkeit und Zustand der Zimmer hervorragend und, zumindest in meinem Fall, zu einem Top-Preis war mein Aufenthalt rundum positiv und erholsam. Einzig die übrigen Hotelgäste können mitunter etwas stören, was natürlich nicht dem Hotel anzulasten ist. Man hätte meinen können, die Personen über mir hätten im Zimmer Basketball gespielt... Leute, denkt doch bitte bei einem Hotelaufenthalt daran, dass ihr nicht alleine seid, überlegt und nehmt Rücksicht. Wenn sich jede Person an dieses einfache Prinzip hält, ist am Ende allen und somit auch jedem selbst gedient.
