I wasn't enamoured of the offer to use the car park for 15 euros. I psrked across the street fir free and could see my car from my room.
There was no milk in the room and the variety if teas didn't make sense as there was only one if each whereas there were two oeople in the room.

Very hot room experience

The room was too hot and the AC was very weak to make the room comfortable. They changed our room but it had the same bad AC. The rooms do not have refrigerator and there was not ice machine in the floor. You should go to restaurant and ask them for ice.

Don’t stay here in the summer!

It was an absolute disaster, first we waited for over an hour to check in at 8pm. Then our ac didn’t work, and hotel staff would not do anything to help fix unit or move us to another room. They acted like we were a bother by complaining our air wasn’t working. We intentionally switched hotels just for the ac because it was extremely hot in Germany at that time and my daughter and I both have asthma and can’t sleep without ac. To top it off we paid 3 times as much to switch hotels. I couldn’t be more dissatisfied with this stay.

Excellent hotel, beautiful area, close to airport but in a quite location. Rooms were large and comfortable. Very clean and there are 4 free parking spaces out front and free parking along the street. Parking in the garage is 15 euro per night if you can’t find a free spot.

The staff at the front desk - Patrick Schulz and another gentleman whose name I did not get - set the tone for our stay. They were warm, welcoming, and a lot of fun - very friendly and engaging people whose joyful nature created a very positive memory that will stay with me a long, long time. I sincerely hope they realize the enormously positive impact their joking and witty banter provides! Excellent ambassadors for the hotel!

Fabulous hotel!

One of my favourite hotels I've been to work for work and I've been to a few. The staff were very friendly and lovely. A convenient location to the messe (the reason for our trip). Lovely ameneties with a balcony on each room. There is a beautiful forest walk right next door to the hotel that leads you to the river and nature reserve. A wonderful hotel and one I'll remember for Frankfurt in future.

The weather was around 25-22 in daytime but in the night between 16-18 the problem in the room is hot you can’t sleep and the air conditioner was bad bad i wake up and water covered me all and the pillows bad too and they don’t clean or change the pillows covers everyday, still the shower gills they used it’s rally Terrible it’s dry your face and your body ,bathroom ventilation soo soo bad

We checked in very easy, around 22:00 and we had to pay 2 euro per night / person, as a city tax(but I think it's normal as in most of the hotels is the same). Friendly staff, the room was clean, the area is quiet so for family is ok. We parked our car in front of the hotel but you could easily park it, also for free, on the street. If you want to see Frankfurt and stay at this hotel it is better to have a car. I have nothing bad to comment as we stayed only 1 night and everything was pleasant.

The staff was welcoming and super friendly! The room was clean, beautifully maintained and a restful atmosphere. On the other hand the bed was so hard it hurt my hips and back. The pillow was a nice fluffy down pillow and didn't offer support, so my neck hurt too. We were stuck trying to evacuate before the US borders closed because of COVID19 and didn't have any means of transportation. The hotel food was extremely overpriced. We paid over $5 US dollars (4,90e) for a sparkling apple juice (apple shorle), but never saw the price for it on the menu. Over all, I would recommend it if you're okay with a firm mattress and down pillow, just avoid the restaurant pricing,

Check in was very painful. I arrive late at night and the front desk person/manager complained that Hotels.com did not send him my reservation. Later he found it but complained that they did not send him the rate. Later he found it but complained that they did not quote it in euros. All this while I am waiting at 4 am in the morning. In similar cases, people check the guest in and look for what is missing to find it before check out. The shower was quite poor/cheaply constructed with low water pressure.

Friendly staff and free airport shuttle that operates from 5AM - 11 PM. Hotel is not in a convenient location. It’s about 12-15 minutes by car from city centre. Have to take bus, then tram to get to subway station. Be careful if you take the shuttle to the airport, it’s normally a 15 min drive, however, they fail to let you know they have to pickup passengers from their other location that’s about 15 minutes in the opposite direction. Almost missed our flight because of this. Would not recommend staying here if you need to be close to the city centre and want a quick ride to airport.

This is a very nice hotel and it was a great value. It is a bit off the beaten path, so if you are looking for walkable nightlife, etc it might not be for you, but if you need to be near the airport and take that into consideration it is a good option. The airport shuttle was a bit disappointing in that it doesn't run so often (every 1.5 - 2 hours). We had a very early flight and it didn't start running until 5 AM, but an Uber was 20 Euro. Overall we were happy.

This property advertises itself as an “airport” hotel. It’s at least 15 minutes away and it cost €30-€32 with no traffic to get to and from the airport if you take a taxi. They do have a free shuttle at the hotel bet the times are inconvenient and would have put me at the airport an hour and a half earlier than the earliest I would have needed to be there. Their bar is open until 1am and that’s nice. Their breakfast is €17 (I didn’t get it because that’s a rip-off). The hallas are super stuffy and hot and not air-conditioned. I specifically put a filter in for hotels WITH air-conditioning. The air did NOT work in the room. This was very upsetting and especially since for less than $10 more I could have been in a different hotel with air that was closer. At 9:30 a.m. the housekeeping staff left himself into my room while I was in the bathroom. I’m trying to figure out why that’s acceptable when check-out is at 12:00 p.m. I would not stay here again based off of the air not working and the location.

I had a horrible experience with this hotel and Expedia itself. DO NOT BOOK with EXPEDIA or THIS HOTEL. Aboustley terrible customer service on both ends. Expedia’s website had malfunctioned and switched the calendar dates on me. I immediately phoned Expedia in an effort to resolve it ASAP I even had Expedia call the hotel and inform them that the booking got messed up on Expedia’s website and the room was not booked and free to rent for the night. The hotel had told Expedia that there was no one of authority to change the booking. Please call back tomorrow. Many phone calls and emails were sent to the hotel w/ no reply.

Hi my name is Kaitlin. I have been trying to reach you for 3 days straight.
I was booking your hotel for July 1, 2019 on Expedia.com. I typed in the dates July 1st to July 2, 2019 and continued on with filling in the booking information.
When I pressed confirm my booking I received a text a few moments later telling me the booking was for June 9.
The calendar on the Expedia website had switched the dates.
I immediately called Expedia and your hotel to correct the situation but have had no luck with getting any help. This has been very disappointing. It is holding up the rest of my travel plans. I need someone of authority to contact me so we can fix this.
I do still want to book with your hotel for July 1st, 2019. But only if this issue is corrected first.

It took the hotel 3 days just to tell me they won’t resolve it.

Fun location -- modern and clean. Front desk staff did speak English so communication was not an issue for check in purposes. I did pre-register to utilize the airport shuttle they offer ... it did not show up. The property did arrange for a taxi to take me to the airport and they paid the taxi fee. This is a very nice place to stay. Very convenient to the city by bus & train. Staff were very friendly offering us robes & slippers to use in the sauna. The sauna had been renovated and very nice. Managed to get a park outside but if you were late arriving free parking could be difficult but you can pay for parking inside enclosed area of hotel.

The hotel was clean and very well kept. My displeasure centers around the airport shuttle. I choose the hotel because of this service. Only 4 of 87 hotels offer this service. On the Expedia site said it ran from 5am to 11pm. I send the hotel a message requesting the frequency of shuttle and got no response. Made several calls and couldn't through. Finally got through after my arrival at the airport only to be told I wouldn't get picked up for a few hours. The staff (woman) at the desk told me to take a taxi because the shuttle service was poor. I ended up spending 40 euro getting to the hotel. I did have plans to hit Frankfurt Christmas Market for a few hours but with the delay getting a hold of the hotel and paying for a taxi killed that idea. I could save the money spent on hotel and cheaper flight with a shorter layover been a day home a day earlier. Outside this disappointment the staff was excellent. Location was a little out of the way.
