A Gem of a Hotel

The Goethe Business hotel is co-located with the Goethe Hotel and the Goethe Conference Center Hotel. All the facilities are in a quiet light industrial area. Neighbors include a Maserati and Ferrari dealerships plus one or two other European branded vehicles. Although the hotel is very near a rail line we didn't hear any noise during our stay. The buildings appear to be recently refurbished and nicely painted. Limited parking in two areas adjacent to the hotel buildings. It appeared several rooms had direct access from the outside - no interior hallways. The entire grounds were spotless and well maintained as well as inside the buildings! Check-in was swift and efficient. Elevators are available for upper floors. The room was very nicely decorated, cosy and comfortable but not extremely large - sufficient! The bathroom was immaculate and a very good size. The bed, the pillows and the duvet were comfortable. The morning breakfast was very nice and the buffet area was compact but had all the necessary items for a good breakfast. The Dining area was large and accommodating. Scrambled Eggs, and two different types of sausage were hot and very tasty. Our only disappointment was the Restaurant wasn't open on Sunday evening. We believe it was closed due to low customer use. We will definitely will use this hotel again when in Frankfurt.

AC was not working. The AC unit was there but it was stuck at 30 Celsius all night. The guy at the counter said the AC was broken in the whole hotel but that would have been nice to know considering the website states there is AC and he didn’t give a disclaimer at check in.

No apologies, no resolutions were given, nothing. Sad.

Have stayed here before with no issues this time there was confusion as i had paid for the stay but the say i had not paid for the whole stay after 15 min they found the mistake was on the side and was sorted out so that was fine but on the booking site it says tea and coffee in room this was not there also King Bed does not mean large bed just single size

Good place

Very modern hotel with efficient space. The beds were comfortable and we had what we needed. Unfortunately the way they do their laundry there was someone's else's hair on our comforter and bed, but they were still clean. The buffet breakfast has a good assortment and was tasty.

Friendly staff, new and comfortable rooms

Very nice hotel! The building we stayed at was brand new! Everything was new and clean. Very nice and comfortable bed. The breakfast was fantastic. The receptionist was very nice and friendly. The check out time was at 12 noon, but since we had arrived at 4 am, we asked for a couple of hours of extension which he gladly accepted. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at this hotel.

If you're someone looking for a short stay, have a car, this is an excellent choice. The rooms are great with great rates, the location isn't that far off if you are driving, and the breakfast is just awesome!

Nice hotel with good value for money

Clean hotel with modern rooms close to the Messe

I stayed in the business hotel side and the rooms, although small, were clean and modern and sufficient for me. There're not a lot of bells and whistles but then again, this is not a Four Seasons. I felt the hotel offers very good value for the dollar for being so close to the Messe Frankfurt with ample bus, taxi and Uber service close by. The Internet Wifi was excellent here too - always very important for business travellers.

Like-brand new!

Pleasantly surprised at how roomie, clean and new the hotel room was! Great value for a room for our family of four. We even had a mini kitchen supplied with utensils! The breakfast was also included which was a great plus. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family!

New Hotel

The Hotel was still under construction during my visit but the rooms were clean and comfortable. The location is a bit out of the way if you're hanging out in the downtown area for music and food so be prepared for taxi ride.

An sich war das Zimmer gut, vor allem, wenn man nur eine Nacht bleibt. Es wäre toll, wenn wenigstens einige der Blutflecken, von Insekten an den Wänden, weggemacht werden. Außerdem hatte das Zimmer und die Bettwäsche einen unangenehmen Geruch, der auf Dauer nervt. Für das ganze Zimmer würde das wahrscheinlich bedeuten, dass der Teppich raus müsste.

Op doorreis naar Bohemen

Erg nette kamer met zelfs een koelkastje. Ontbijt ook goed. De tramhalte is 10 minuten lopen. Kortom niets mis mee hotel, maar .... hotel bevindt zich op een industrieterrein met dure garages (masserari), scharrelaars en beunhazen. Toch maar voor betaald parkeren gekozen a 15 euro.

Kort verblijf in Goethe Business Hotel

Reden van verblijf:
Wij verbleven één nacht in het hotel als tussenpauze voor de reis naar huis.

Negatief:
De omgeving van het hotel voelt niet prettig aan. De kamer was niet schoon/netjes. In zowel de kamer als de badkamer was veel stof te zien. In de kamer zaten vlekken op de muur en in de badkamer kwamen wij haren tegen van de vorige gasten. Voor parkeren werd 10 euro extra in rekening gebracht. Het ontbijt vonden wij niet lekker, het ontbijtbuffet voelde ook wat klein aan voor de hoeveelheid gasten.

Positief:
De kamer beschikte over airco. WiFi was inbegrepen in de prijs en werkte goed. De auto konden wij parkeren op een binnenplaats van het hotel gebouw en dit parkeerterrein werd met camera's bewaakt. De avond van aankomst hebben wij in het restaurant van het hotel gegeten. Het eten in het restaurant was goed en het bedienende personeel was vriendelijk.

Leider bin ich sehr enttäuscht von diesem Hotel bzw. vom Personal und dessen Art mit Kundenanliegen umzugehen. Ich habe über Hotels.com ein Zimmer auf meinen Namen reserviert, welches jedoch von meinem Kollegen genutzt werden sollte. Als mein Kollege beim Check-in meinen Namen nannte (und zusätzlich auch die Reservierungsnummer vorzeigte), war die Reservierung nicht aufzufinden, worauf der Rezeptionsmitarbeiter ihm ein anderes Zimmer zu den gleichen Konditionen anbot. Dadurch wurde meine Reservierung zu einer „No Show“. Nun wurden mir die „No Show“-Gebühren berechnet und zusätzlich der Zimmerpreis von meinem Kollegen Vorort bezahlt. Die Situation im Nachhinein zu klären war unmöglich. Das Hotelpersonal spricht gutes, für sich wiederholende Abläufe völlig ausreichendes Deutsch, jedoch überstieg mein Anliegen deren Sprachkenntnisse. Nach mehrfachen Anrufen und Telefongesprächen mit verschiedenen Hotelmitarbeitern konnte Kontakt zu dem Hotelmanager hergestellt werden, welcher jedoch in keiner Weise kompromissbereit noch kulant war, schließlich kam die Zimmerbuchung meines Kollegen erst durch meine Reservierung zustande. Über die Qualität des Zimmers kann ich keine Angaben machen. Über den Ausgang der beschriebenen Situation und dem kläglich vorhandenen Kundenservice bin ich allerdings sehr verärgert und möchte das Hotel aus diesem Grund in keinem Fall weiterempfehlen.

Zweckmäßiges Hotel am Rande der Stadt.

Sehr zweckmäßiges Hotel für Leute die den ganzen Tag auf Achse sind und nur ein sauberes Zimmer zum Schlafen brauchen ohne viel Ansprüche zu setzen. Hatten ausser beim Check in einzigen Kontakt zum Personal. Nächste Strassenbahnstation Richtung Stadt ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Parkplätze für Hotelgäste gegen Gebühr 10 Euro genügend vorhanden. Frühstück standardmäßig Buffet. Frühstücksraum ist nicht im Hotelgebaüde muss zu Fuß ca 200 Metern überwinden. Alles in allen zweckmäßig.

Die Lage geht so , abgelegen in einer Sackgasse. Das Hotel besteht aus mehreren Gebäuden , so das man zu Frühstück oder zur Lobby , durch Wind und Wetter muss. Bei uns war es 10 Grad Minus . Frühstück war jetzt nicht der Knaller, aber okay. Parkplätze waren nah und genug vorhanden . Die Zimmer sind allerdings sehr klein , nicht wirklich zum wohlfühlen. Aber sauber und gepflegt.
