Whenever I'm in Frankfurt I'm at the NH.

I am in and out of hotels a lot with my work and when I find a great hotel I stick with them and return multiple times when my work brings me back.
The NH is that such hotel.
Awesome location, easy parking, quiet, clean and great staff.
The Lidl across the road is ideal for snacks and drinks and the Hey Jerrys sandwich shop next door is a must if you want a quick sandwich.
All in all whenever I'm in Frankfurt I'm in the NH hotel as well.

One night stay in Frankfurt and we wanted a hotel close to the Deutsche Bank Stadium.

Hotel is nondescript but fine sitting in what appears to be a business/commerce park. Probably best suited to business travellers.

Though the property was nice looking, clean, affordable and pleasant staff the rooms were very small and a poorly laid out. But worse was the beds. We requested 2 twin beds and they smaller than most twins and way too hard and the pillows were terrible.

The staff were overall great. The 1 star rating was because after the first nights stay, my husband and I woke up covered in 20 bed bug bites all over our bodies. Not an enjoyable experience. That is the only reason I will not be staying here again.

Great location

Just outside of frankfurt, and great location for the airport. Grocery store is across the street... Restaurants are close to walk to. Road noice with the window open, but the AC works well enough not to need the window open.

We arrived early from New Zealand. The man in reception kindly allowed us to stow our luggage while we went into the city. On return we checked in and the other man on reception was extremely miserable. Perhaps a little smile training wouldn’t go a miss.

NO AIRPORT SHUTTLE AS ADVERTISED!

Staff was nice and helpful. I stayed two nights to be close to airport and because hotel advertised airport shuttle.
On day of my check out to my flight the hotel said they had no airport shuttle and it was last minute airport taxi run, taxi driver charged me 20€ for what should have been 10-12 and I missed my flight :(

Friendly staff, good rooms, convenient location

It was a very comfortable stay. The reception staff were fluent English speakers which made up for my poor German! They were also very friendly. The rooms were well presented and modern and clean. The only downside is that my room came with 2 single beds pushed together but it was fine for my short stay. It is also conveniently located in Niederrad. Not too far away from the Airport and a short walk to the S-Bahn at Frankfurt Niederrad station.

Excellent Hotel for the Price

Good quality hotel at a very reasonable price. Good service and a quiet comfortable room. A 10 minute walk to a train station from where there are frequent trains to the airport and to downtown. It was my third stay there and it won't be the last.

Good choice

Nice and relatively newIy renovated hotel. I totally recommend it. I had the option with breakfast and it has freshly and decent options. The service was great and i had a very lovely lady i think called Ms. Veska. I wish they have more family rooms. It is ideally for travelers with their own cars. Free parking should not be advertised for this hotel as you can't find a free lot on the street.

I stayed here so that I could watch a football match in Frankfurt. Hotel basics, like cleanliness, room size and access to public transport are OK. The desk staff seems to me overworked, but I did not appreciate some of the attitude I was getting from them. The hotel is located in an area that does not have a lot of commerce around it. On Sunday morning, nothing close by was open and we were stuck paying EUR 23 per person for a breakfast buffet that was practically overrun by hungry guests. The pricing for the shuttle to the airport was not clear. When I signed up for it, there was no mention of a charge. We went to change the departure time in order to leave 30 minutes earlier and were told it was EUR 5 per person. I would not recommend staying here.

It was a nice place. It has a restaurant at its location. iI didn't there though. There are at least 3 grocery stored few other shops though I wouldn't say its in the middle of everything. The train station is 1.2km from the hotel. I think its a very good option for a layover, or a business trip. The \"Main \" River is closed by and its pleasant walk specially during sunrises and sunsets! From the station Niederrad to Frankfurt downtown its just just 1 station away !

What I don’t like , I was asking before 24 hours about shuttle . They tell no problem with this , just when you arrive , you can order on time when do you need . I did when I arrive , and they told me sorry no shuttle on this time to the airport . Just one hour latter . That’s was very not nice . But everything els was good.

Convenient location

Great location if you are looking for a quick stop overnight. Close to motorway so easy to get in and out. We didn’t go out in to the city so can’t comment on the ease of getting around in Frankfurt. All in all a good 4 star hotel with expected level of comfort.

A very nice place to stay for a couple of days on business. Bus ride from the Frankfurt airport about 5-10 minutes, and shuttle comes every 30 min until 10 pm. The negatives : very slow WIFI and the price of Breakfast (almost 25 euros per person) - nice breakfast layout, but NO WAY it is worth that amount of money. A value of 15 Euro's is more reasonable.

Good location (close to highway and Rewe). Clean rooms. The battery in our safe died and the repair man immediately came up to fix it (Great Service!). Caution parking is 16 Euro per 24 hours...unless you can find street parking, which is challenging.

We booked a room for 3 people (2 adults, 1 child = 3 beds) arrived to be told there was no 3rd bed & the only option was an extra room for our 11 year old or all 3 sleep in a double bed ? Thankfully the very helpful , well spoken English receptionist sorted our problem & we were moved to a 3 bed room fairly quickly! The room was nice with good aircon but the bathroom did have lots of black hairs on the floor & in the shower (not ours as were all very blonde) We ate at the hotel as everything in the area is closed on a Sunday - Food was nice although a little on the expensive side for Burger, chips & Soup - Breakfast was good the hotel is about a 15 mins walk from the nearest station with several supermarkets in the area , parking is free on the road, we left our car there without any issues. Overall a nice hotel in a good location with nice helpful staff

Very comfortable, clean and modern.Perfect for business trip. Only downside is room service costs an additional €5- as standard. So if ordering a coffee, that is crazy. No milk in the rooms so can't make tea or coffee. Would be nice to have a small container of UHT milk. With resolution of these issues the hotel is excellent value and very well appointed. The area is under development so minimal restaurants etc in close proximity but compared to other Frankfurt hotels at the same price point, the comfort level of the room and the friendly welcoming staff more than compensates.

Great hotel but long walk to the train station

The hotel was great and staff were friendly. It has a nearby supermarket as well.
My only downside would be the long walk to the train station. Although the station is just 2 train stops to messe festhalle.
It's about 12 to 15 minute walk on normal pace from the hotel to the station.
It is nice walk during morning when you are still energetic but when you are tired coming from a whole day business trade exhibition, it's quite a challenge.

Great Location - near the city and airport

Nice hotel, very pleasing and well worth checking out. Lots of free parking outside on the street. If you wish to see the city center lights of Frankfurt it is only a short 10 minute drive to the bridge that you can walk across, with ample parking. You can also drive into the city center but beware of a lack of parking and one-way streets. The Frankfurt Zoo is only 15 minutes away and well worth the adventure.

Budget hotel near Niederrad station & Supermarkets

This is a dated, but clean property. It has all the essentials. However, the cafe staff were so rude. I simply asked for service after waiting 10 minutes. One other table was occupied. I had a 45 minute window to get lunch so I ordered the pasta. It was tasty. I asked the waitress for the check when I was served so I would not run out of time for the airport shuttle.

The airport shuttle driver claims he can only go to Terminal 1 so I can to catch another bus at the airport. I was the only passenger so I do not understand the policy.

I will stay elsewhere when I visit Frankfurt again due to the rude staff. The hotel itself was OK.

Ok hotel...Not exactly a 4 star!

It was a lovely, clean hotel with beautiful big and very clean bathroom...the rain shower was amazing! The reception area and room was very basic with not much and more like a 3 star rather than a 4 star hotel. The majority of staff at this hotel did not speak or understand English, which made communication extremely difficult for us. A few of the staff were very helpful especially a guy called Maramcheel Amin who went above and beyond to help us out on our first day - he was excellent!!! As we arrived very late at night with everything closed around the hotel, Maramcheel called a takeaway place for us and helped us order something to eat. I had to ask for his name because he was just great!!! The hotel is only 10mins from Frankfurt Airport and has 3 supermarkets near it, which was very convenient. Except for the few things I mentioned, it was a good hotel overall.

Good place, mostly business people stayed there. Very comfortable, I would recommend it for if you are staying for just one night and no kids. Watch out for the breakfast, it costs 25€ euros so if you are just spending the night so you can catch a flight the next day. Your best bet is to skip the breakfast and get it at the airport if you aren't willing to shell out 25€. If you are, it's a good continental breakfast.
