Check in was bad, all guest were put to hold if they arrived early and allowed check in to all at one time 3.00pm which was chaotic. Breakfast was good. Location is good.

War ein super Aufenthalt gewesen, Lage ist echt top, Zimmer war sehr schön mit nettem Ausblick zum Stadion, Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption auch sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, gibt nichts worüber man sich sonst beschweren könnte, komme gerne wieder beim nächsten Mal, da ich auch wirklich gerne vom Flughafen Frankfurt fliege und es nach so einer Rückreise schon lohnt hier einmal zu buchen.

This was a nice place to stay. Close walk to the train platform, a small area of frankfurt. It has some really good Asian cuisine right out the door.

Very smooth checkin friendly staff and quiet location. Two Asian restaurants within walking distance and parking €20 right across the parking lot. 10min drive to Frankfurt airport making a perfect location to spend the night before a flight.

The worst, there was cockroach on the wall once we enter the room, and we didn’t get the room that we have booked and the front desk agent blame us for that, she said it’s your problem, she was very rude, she also raised her voice. We cancelled our reservation and we didn’t stay and for sure won’t come back and I advise everyone to not even try.

The hotel is conveniently located near public transportation (the tram stop is very near) and only about 10 minutes by taxi to the airport. Breakfast buffet is commendable.

Hotel was fine, room was fine. BUT if you are charging 300 GBP for a room than i expect the shower to work properly and NOT slide down the rail so i have to hold it up with one hand to shower and nearly as bad the water temp fluctuates! NOT GOOD ENOUGH. Seasoned travellers rate a room by check-in, bed (comfort & clean) and shower.

I could not believe the issue of both my son as well as myself trying to check in, over a half of hour. The supervisor did give us a free drink due to the time. When I arrived the girl was extremely rude in regards to our room wasn’t ready, therefore at 10PM the issue was extremely frustrating as we were tired from a very long day. I also couldn’t believe the charge for the breakfast, we have traveled through Europe, even 2 other sections in Germany and have never had to pay for breakfast. Not worth it…look elsewhere!

I stayed here for the NFL game and it was great. Friendly staff, great for train and tram links to the city etc. Nice breakfast. If you are watching a game you can walk to the stadium through some nice paths and woodland. Would recommend and use again
