We were told there was an airport shuttle to the hotel until we got there and we had to pay for a taxi both ways! We were also told we had to be at the airport 4 hours before our flight, which meant we had to leave before breakfast. They prepared boxes, but did not pack a vegetarian box so it was useless

The check in was done on an iPad and was I’m assuming was suppose to be easier. I still needed assistance from hotel staff. Not sure if helped streamline the process at all. The room was ok and spacious enough. If your English speaking be aware they don’t have any real tv channels in English except news. I was only there one night and it served the purpose for me to be to close to the airport.

I was checked in by Martik who offered to retain my luggage until my check in time. I was able to comfortably leave the hotel without worrying about the safely of my suitcase. I loved their coffee machine and the breakfast was fresh and tasty. The room was clean and soundproofed. The Terminal 2 is just 800 meters and I walked to it with ease.

The carpet in the room was disgusting. Had to keep my socks on to walk. There was no sufficient towels for 2 guests. No shower caps either and no wood stick to stir your coffee. It felt the cleaners weren’t thorough servicing it. When I made the booking I filtered options for shuttle service included and unfortunately it wasn’t and had to pay £20 each way for less than a mile ride. Overall it was a bad experience

Comfortable, quiet and very pleasant stay!

Would 100% recommend staying here. I travelled on my own and the staff were very friendly, the rooms were super clean and most importantly for me it was incredibly quiet. I am extremely noise sensitive and I was worried about being within such a close proximity to the airport that you would hear the planes noise…but there was no sound at all !! I slept very well, the bed was incredibly comfortable and I would definitely return.

Excellent hotel. The room was large, pleasant, and well-equipped. The restaurant was very good and the breakfast was excellent. My only complaint was the lack of an airport shuttle. (Apparently they discontinued this service earlier in 2025.) I took a taxi in both directions at a cost of 15 Euros per trip. You should make sure you factor this cost into your decision.

£10 check in fee for arriving an hour early is ridiculous! I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels for work and usually the room is ready before arrival. Quiet considering it’s right on the airport which is great - couldn’t hear the planes. Food at the restaurant was good.

Because there is no free parking, and it was BY THE HOUR, not by the day, we returned our rental car early. I asked the staff on how to use the public transportation. They tried really hard. But with limited English, and my very limited German, there were things left unsaid that should have been said. Such as the name of the station where we were located. We spent 11 euros each to go just one stop!
When we came back to the hotel, there I saw a sign with more info regarding the train. WBU did the staff not show me this sign?

Oh and they had no caffeinated coffee to give us in our room, tho they offered us to come downstairs for a free coffee

Previously stayed at the Hampton by Hilton next door and bed was too firm. Bad nights sleep. The Holiday Inn bed was much more comfortable and I had a good nights sleep. Staff very attentive. Really enjoyed the Club Sandwich at the restaurant

The HVAC unit in my first and second rooms did not work at all. No fan circulating air and it was stiflingly and sticky in the room. And they offered a second room. I figured that would solve the issue, but it certainly didn’t. So they offered a fan instead. Why they couldn’t figure out how to turn on the air conditioner is beyond me. Even though it’s raining and muggy outside, it was still cooler so I had to open the window the entire night. Not a pleasant experience, and the people at the front desk were not very helpful with the situation.

The hotel is fairly close to both terminals. The room was clean.
The restaurant didn’t open until 6:00pm. It would have been nice to have a minibar from which you could serve yourself. There was a refrigerator. But it was empty.
All in all it was still a good deal for th convenience.

The hotel was fine. It is close to the Frankfurt airport terminal 2, but does not offer a shuttle which would have been helpful. The distance is walkable, but no clear signage.

I arrived at the hotel very hungry around 16:00, but restaurant didn’t open until 18:00.

Very convenient to train station as well as a Rewe grocery store. Service was also good. Rooms are on a universal thermostat and room was hot for me so asked for a portable fan and one was delivered within 5 minutes to my room.

This is an absolutely beautiful hotel. If I had to pick at anything it would be that it was hard to get a cup of coffee in the lobby area in the morning. They looked to have an amazing breakfast but no complimentary coffee for patrons. I did manage to talk the staff into buying 3 coffees for myself and my friends. The cost was $25.97 for 3 coffees.

There was nothing wrong with the hotel, but I have rated it down significantly because of difficulties with the advertised airport shuttle service. We book many months ago and stayed 4 weeks prior (early Dec) with no problems. One of the attractions was the shuttle service as it's too far and difficult to walk. This time, after a long day's travel we arrived at airport late at night and waited at the designated shuttle stop. After 30 minutes we asked other shuttle drivers when the bus was coming and were told that the shuttle was discontinued on 1 Jan 2025. There was nothing to indicate this on the shuttle signage and we were never advised by either the Hitel or Hotels.com. Getting a taxi at the airport is difficult when it's busy, and we were significantly delayed.
The hotel check-in staff was sympathetic, and provided a room upgrade to sooth our anger, but nevertheless couldn't offer any satisfactory reasons why we weren't notified. Sure others have been similarly affected since 1 Jan, but customers were not notified. The hotel and Booking agents need to update there information regarding the shuttle.

The reception staff were liveky, but the restaurant staff not so much. The manager was also very rude towards staff, she was wagging her fingers at them, like they were toddlers. It was very painful to watch, treat people with respect man.
