The Hotel is great. However, although some reviews state that there a shuttle to the Airport, there is NOT. You can take the nearby S-Bahn (S8 or S9) for €2.35 pp, or per Bus or Taxi. The S-Bahn station is less than 5 min (walk) away from the hotel. The only complaint I would have is that the cleaning crew was quite noisy cleaning the rooms around me at 6:30am…

Stayed at Park Inn Frankfurt Airport for 1 night because I had a long layover. Hotel was very convenient for this purpose -- located 1 stop from Airport on the S Train -- and 5 minute walk from Train Station. Restaurant was open until 10pm and food was very good. Had early flight so didn't eat breakfast at the hotel. Guest room was clean, comfortable and had all standard amenities. Would highly recommend if you're staying by airport.

This is an ok hotel for a quick overnight airport stay. The front reception staff were extremely busy and I think this is reflected with the cost being quite a bit cheaper than other more up market hotels in the area. It’s handy that there’s a car park below but again parking wasn’t easy due to being busy. The rooms are ok, comfortable bed, bathroom and shower clean and decent. Bar closed at 11pm and limited food late on so it’s not a 24 hour service if that’s something needed.

It had bed bugs. I stayed two nights. The second night i got bit. You need to wash your sheets in heat to get rid of them not cold water. International tourists especially from the tropical regions or Indian regions should be throroughly cleaned afterward to prevent foreign bugs or colds from surviving. It was also the most basic hotel ive ever been in. No microwave, no coffee or tea or water in the room. The shower was the best I've ever used in a hotel, full pressure with beautiful showerhead and rainfall shower add on. One stop from airport via train. It was cheap and close to the airport.
If there was no bed bug my second night I would give this place a 4/5 for price and location. But for Gods sake, add some water or coffee to the room. At 70 euros a night an extra 2 dollars wouldnt hurt you for customer satisfaction

This is a nice location. 20 monies walk to the airport. There is a REWE supermarket across the street so you don’t need to pay for the hotel overpriced food and drinks. Air conditioning is colder than many other German hotels. Will stay again

We booked this hotel specifically because they had a shuttle to the airport and were informed at the hotel that no service was available. It was extremely difficult to get into the hotel because of roadwork. The air conditioning was poor and we had to keep our rental cars for an additional day due no shuttle. Some of the front staff weee rude, rolling their eyes at us when we showed our concern about getting to the airport with three young children.

Booked a room for 3 peopl3 two adults and 1 6 year old boy and there was only 1 bed in the room. Room was clean enough. Personnel was OK though ee arrived cery late at night / early morning. Parking was average and we had to pay for it but thats ok. Even though there were two EV chargers in the parking 1 was occupied by a nin EV vehicle and the other one was not working.

I chose the Park Inn Frankfurt Airport for its location and price. Check-in and check-out were easy, and the room was clean. However, the air conditioning didn’t work, and the staff was unhelpful when I asked for support. Their lack of concern left me disappointed. We stayed here on the final night of our vacation for its proximity to the airport (1 subway stop); we were pleasantly surprised with the amenities in the area (multiple dining options, a grocery store, green space and subway access). The staff were friendly and worked to ensure our 2 rooms had the right configurations to sleep (as a family of 5, this usually means 2 rooms in Europe). The hotel was quiet and we got a good nights rest before long haul flights the next day!

Rude, disrespectful and dishonorable
I booked this hotel twice for incoming and outgoing flights for my children (17 and 13). They were traveling to other family and due to flight times/train times they needed to stay in a hotel. Incoming stay was fine. However outgoing stay the reception refused to check my son in as he is not 18. Even though there was no issue on the incoming trip. It was after midnight when they got to the hotel and Ahmed refused to check them in and canceled the booking stating the refund would happen through hotels. So they had to leave and find another hotel after midnight. Now the hotel is refusing to honor a refund through hotels.com. Definitely do not recommend this hotel as when they stayed the first time they noted that it was dirty, and food options were next to none.

Very short walk from Gateway Garden Station directly behind the property. Quick one stop commute to the terminal 1 at airport for those early morning flights with multiple trains running regularly. Staff friendly and helpful, room had a comfortable bed and decent walk-in shower. Nice feature in bathroom was a close up mirror. Grocery store, open 07:00-20:00 weekdays at least, and several restaurants directly across the street. Taxis just in front of the hotel waiting at all hours it seemed. Nothing extra- no refrigerator, kettle or complimentary tea/coffee/water. Vending machines in lobby. There was a good hairdryer. Dislike having no electrical outlet in bathroom, but made do. Did not try breakfast as I left quite early.

We stayed here the evening before a morning flight out of Frankfurt airport. While it is completely walkable from the hotel to the airport, it was a cold (and somewhat miserable) 15 minute walk from Terminal 2. There is a bus which shortens the walk somewhat (61), and there is a bus X17 which has a stop right in the Gardens area where the hotel is, but we couldn't figure out the bus schedule for it. Morning breakfast was very worthwhile before our flight.
The property could probably use some TLC as there were some visible markings and stains on the white walls and the cushions in the chair, but the rooms and linens were otherwise clean.
