Overall a nice stay if you need to spend a night close to Frankfurt airport. There are dining options close by, a Rewe supermarket where you can buy food, and the neighborhood is quiet. I was able to sleep well and the breakfast buffet is quite good. It would, however, be nice if the time for late check-out could be extended until 4 or 5 pm instead of only 2 pm. I had an 8 pm flight leaving from terminal 2 so it would have been nice if I could have been allowed to check-out at 4 instead of 2.

The hotel was a welcome respite from the horrors of Frankfurt Airport Termina 2.

A shuttle service to hotel is desperately needed. Big mistake not to have one. The hotel was very good, but I never want to go through Terminal 2 in order to get to hotel. Plus how to get there was only accessible by another €25.

Signage and directions to hotel are horrible in airport and out. People at hotel told me to “walk straight ahead” without knowing where I was when calling. Shockingly bad. I speak German.

The front desk was courteous enough and the room was clean and comfortable, however we were not thrilled with the man who serviced the on site restaurant. His attitude came across like it was too much trouble to take our order or serve us when the meal was ready.
Also I think that a hotel that calls itself by the airport name and is located less than a five minute drive away from said airport should offer a shuttle service to and from the airport. The taxi fare we had to pay was highway robbery for that short of distance from and back to the airport the next morning.
When we stayed at Hampton by Hilton Munich Airport, they provided a shuttle service and they were further away from the airport.

I stayed here for one night during a layover and was treated like their most valued guest. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The room was spotless, comfortable, and the bed was excellent.

Breakfast exceeded my expectations — very diverse and delicious, ranging from simple fresh bread with ham and cheese to scrambled eggs, grilled mushrooms, and even a DIY waffle station with a variety of toppings.

There’s also a small convenience store right on the corner, which came in handy.

Overall, I absolutely loved my stay — it far exceeded what I would expect from an airport hotel. Highly recommended!

Very comfortable rooms and extensive included breakfast spread. Smaller rooms than US Hampton Inns but nicely equipped. No noisy, cycling HVAC units like the US Hamptons have, so sleep is better! Taxi to/from Frankfurt Airport costs about 15 euros each way, but all-in savings compared to in-airport hotel are substantial.

Hotel was overall good. Conveniently located to FRA. Breakfast was average. We had been in Germany for several days and this breakfast was not as good as the others, primarily due to the lack of breakfast meats. Also, room was small, makng it challenging to pack suitcases before flying. Nonetheless, the location was good and I would stay there again.

Very clean! No Airport Shuttle

Very clean and great breakfast assortment which was included with our stay! The room was slightly small but we didn’t mind. It was an oversight on our part that this hotel does not offer an airport shuttle even though they are named an airport hotel. We spent approx. $50CAD in Uber to and from the hotel.

The hotel was great for us the Night Before Our international flight. It is close to the airport, great breakfast clean although small room. Parking was a bit of an issue due to construction in the area and it took an hour to figure out.

Basic airport hotel. Breakfast opens early. Limited number of assigned parking spaces in underground garage. Over the previous week I had stayed at another Hilton and gotten used to complimentary coffee (Nescafé). This one only had some instant coffee in the rooms.

Property was clean and very convenient to airport but the taxi ride is 15 euros. Frankly I was bothered when 2 days before check in I received an email that the hotel is no longer offering shuttle service to the airport. Also, guests must be told that this hotel does not have any parking whatsoever even to drop off luggage. This means you would have to leave your car unattended on the road and run inside the hotel to grab a luggage rack(before checking in) and leave your luggage in the lobby and return your rental car and then check in. At FRA international airport car rental return takes 25-30 minutes and a taxi ride back to the hotel is15 euros. That is 30 euros round trip to return the rental and catch your flight the next day.
