Bad experience: AC did not work. We’re not offered a different room but fan instead. When setting fan down on the table, hotel staff bent/broke my daughter’s glasses. I’ve email a formal complaint and have yet to hear back. A disappointing experience for sure!

The mirror in the bathroom had mutiple cracks. Was woken up by house keeping cleaning room next to mine. The room TV was glitched and freezing first day couldn't use it. Technical support person came wnd day and said they were aware the issues. Then i couldn't order room service due to the technical issues. I had to go to lobby and order through the receptionist. Hours later got service. Was charged for it too. In-addition to the $46 parking for 1 hour when my wife came to have dinner with me before I flew back to Georgia. Both us are military and we would not recommend this hotel to others.

When I checked in at 9pm I was told that there were no king beds had left (which was what I had booked for) and would I be okay with two beds. I said no problem although they shouldn’t sell rooms they don’t have. I asked the receptionist that it was 2 double/queen beds and she said yes. I then went to the room to find two single beds and a disabled bathroom where the water from the shower made everything went. The other receptionist was telling the guests next to me that they would get a disabled room and I think I could have been also explained and given the chance, especially as a Marriott member.

Hotel is in a great location! Perfect access to Frankfurt Airport! Service levels still lack in the bar and restaurant area! The staff always appear to be too busy to help. Check in was fine but the front desk seem reluctant to assist otherwise. Asked for a cork screw; go to the bar….ask to print a boarding pass; go to the business centre in the Sheraton. Since all the desk staff handled enquiries this way ; assume this is the direction given! Could be so much better!

The key benefit of this property it is right in the airport and an easy walk to the terminals. We arrived late at night and departed in the morning for an early flight so we didn’t use any of the amenities available. The staff was friendly at check-in and gave us a coupon for free coffee in the dining area, but it was too late to redeem so we did not get that benefit. Getting to the hotel from the airport roadways was difficult with very little signage. My driver had to go around three times just to find a place where we could get out to get into the hotel.

A hotel staff member told us to go to the 9th floor for check in at another desk. We were carrying lots of luggage. After going to the 9th floor, we had to go back to the 5th floor where our room was located. We would have been happier just checking in where we first got in line.
