Arrived early and the girl had a room for me to check into then so that was a huge help for me with my suitcase I wouldn't have to worry about. Room was a good size and clean, restaurant downstairs was quite nice as well. Love the restaurants around the hotels and that REWE next door! Would stay here again!

The hotel is superbly located. The access to the property is very nice. It has a lot of restaurants near by and there are many good places to go around as well.
Check in was smooth as the lady on the counter was quite efficient. This hotel also has a parking which is validated for the guests.
Amenities wise this is not as good as a tourist would expect. So, if you think of a budget hotel and are okay with minimal amenities then go for it.

I usually only stay at airport Moxies because they’re cheap and have free or cheap breakfast. This one was better than the one at the Paris airport for sure. Very friendly staff, many young adults who seemed like travelers as well so they were fun to talk to. Room was clean and hotel was quiet. I would stay here again when flying out of Frankfurt.

Although close to the airport especially terminal 2, there isn’t a shuttle which means you have to pay euro 12 for a 1.5 km taxi ride. Wish they had a shuttle but overall I would recommend this place

Our stay at the Moxy Frankfurt Airport was just what we needed. We stayed one night on a long layover at the Frankfurt airport. The hotel was easy to access using public transport from the airport and a taxi was waiting outside for our trip back to the airport in the morning. The staff was very helpful. There were also several restaurant options and a grocery store in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.

I stay at this hotel frequently when passing through Frankfurt Airport on business. The design is fresh, youthful and stylish. Staff is nice and helpful. Breakfast is good. The welcome drink is a nice touch. It is a bit confusing to walk to this hotel (and basically all of the other ones around it) from the airport, but it is doable. Multiple taxis have always been waiting at the front door in the mornings to take people to the airport.

This was a good choice for an overnight layover. Loved the welcome drink at check-in after a long day of traveling. Appreciated the bar and food menu. Room is simple (no fridge, no coffee, no safe, no hanging closet, no bottle of water) but just enough for washing up, sleeping well, and heading back out in the morning. The Moxy is the apotheosis of the modern \"boxy-functional-splash-of-style\" hotel chain you see around European airports. Generic, but with super functional design and generally clean.

Nice touches such as a drink upon check-in. Breakfast is OK, if you are on a budget you can run next door to the REWE and get your eats.

Modern but with drawbacks

Overnight layover stay. Place is “cool” in design and offerings, with a couple of oddities. My wife left her toothbrush in her checked bag so we asked for a courtesy sample. The hotel doesn’t offer these. Everyone forgets their toothbrush sometime, right?

Another uh-oh: our room had no closet and no storage of any kind for clothes. Thankfully we were only staying one night but even then, we had to leave items on the floor since there were only three hangers on a wall. Not a fan of this!

Be careful when parking, not all spots accept credit cards. The pillows were very firm and caused pain in my neck. They used to offer one firm and one soft. They used to offer a free drink for Marriott preferred members, that didn’t happen either.

They were able to find us a room despite my incorrect booking dates that I made last minute under stress due to unexpected flight cancelation. I appreciate that. I didn't stay long enough to appreciate the hotel. We just came in to sleep about 6 hours before catching our rescheduled morning flight. Frankfurt was not on our original itinerary.

I stay here frequently. It is a go-to place for passing through Frankfurt Airport on business or even with family. Staff is wonderful. Speak English, German and some other languages as well. Rooms are clean and stylish. Lobby is equally stylish. Breakfast is good and snacks are available at all times. The free welcome drink is a nice touch. Hotel bar is nice, as is business center. Gym is small, but has the basics of what you need. Nice restaurants are just outside the door of the hotel as is a nice grocery store. Frankfurt airport is a 5-8 minute taxi ride away or a 30 minute walk. Taxis are usually waiting at the door in the morning, so no need to pre-book if you are traveling early. Taxi availability is a bit lower at mid-day, but I have always been able to find one without more than a few mins wait,

Average hotel-high price. The hotel is not in the list of the airport hotels, using the free shuttle bus from the airport. So you can take a taxi (13€), or to take the S-Bahn from Platform1of Regional train station ( if no strike, or cancellations…) Calculate more waiting time.The stop is Gateway gardens and the walking distance to the hotel is 5 min. If your room looks back yard probably your phone will be without connection. Additional the wifi is very bad in the rooms, so you cannot work, or you have to stay in the lobby. The towels are old and very used.

Minor quibbles - The iron in one of the ironing rooms had black sticky stuff on it which transferred to a shirt. No kettle in the room.

Good location but product not well maintained

First time to this particular Moxy Hotel. The employees were friendly but promised to send the bill as I could not receive it due to my early checkout before 6 am but it was still not received. One of the bedside lamps was not working. The room itself is comfortable but the hallway walls are in poor repair with lots of scuffs. The room temperature rose to 25 C although I had the temperature control turned down to 18.5. Good location but the stay was a bit disappointing.
