The hotel is close to the airport, one of the reasons I book it for this trip. There is few restaurants around and a grocery store conveniently at walking distance. There is nothing else and since our trip was on New Year’s Eve, everything else was close. The Tran station and subway was close so that helped to get you to downtown. A lot of people were booking this hotel and the only bad issue was that after Dec. 30,2025 the service that transported you from the airport to the hotel and back was no longer available. That was not what we expected to hear when we arrived on December. It was okay if you are planning a quick stop in Frankfurt.

The aparthotel is a great place to stay at for many reasons. It is very clean & modern. The staff is friendly & helpful. They allowed us early check as the room was ready (we called o check) & to store our luggage for a few hours as we went downtown before our afternoon flight. It is a short walk to the station where the train ride to the airport is just under 10 minutes & about 20 mins to downtown. The grocery store & restaurants are a stone-throw away. Also, having a kitchenette in the bedroom with clean utensils & appliances was a huge plus.
Would love to stay here again If we are in the area.

Everything was clean and the rooms are nice. The only reason I gave it a 4 was because of the misinformation on the website. I booked because of the airport shuttle since we were flying out the next morning, but when we arrived, we were told that they no longer offer a shuttle. If I had known that I probably would have chosen a different place. The taxi was an additional expense that I was not expecting.

Everything was clean, but I didn't find cutting board in the kitchen. No bedding for the sofa bed (booked for 2 adults and 2 small children) I'm wondering if they count us to sleep in one bed in the bedroom. It is too small for us. It was too late and we were too tired to go to reception to ask since it was just one night.

The one bedroom with fold out sofa room we stayed in had great facilities. It had a mini kitchen including fridge, microwave with convection function and there was a guest laundry too. You need to bring your phone to the laundry though as it's reserved and paid with an app.
A warning about the 90 min parking in front of the building, if you are unfamiliar with parking in Germany there is a thing called a parking wheel that you need to display on your dash. Use Google translate for any parking signs and inform yourself in regards to using the parking wheel. I think the people there just assume you know. From my experience asking the staff at the front desk about the parking won't prompt them to mention it. Paying the fine is a real pain to do from an Australian bank account.

Checking in on 24 Dec was a breeze. The free shuttle bus from the airport was on time and check in was quick. Room was immaculate and the kitchen was well stocked. Only minor issue is that only 1 large bath towel was provided person. There was also no hand towel for the kitchen area. Nespresso machine and microwave was new and tiptop. Front desk on 25 Dec were the friendliest warmest Germans I’ve met so far and without tip! Subway is really close by - about 2.50euros to the airport so that’s an alternative if you don’t want to pay 6euros for the shuttle to the airport. Also there is a city tax of 6euros to be paid at check in by card.

The rooms were decent, the hallways smelled musty, but I will not be staying here again.

Bus from airport to hotel. Walk to nice grocery store in 5 minutes. Walk to train station. Nice restaurants close. Clean , quite comfortable room with kitchen.
Only issue was I took two rolls of toilet paper from a housekeepers cleaning cart because our room was out. A male house keeper came over and reprimanded me in German for several minutes. Totally uncalled for. What a jerk. Other than him the staff was nice and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay. Excellent room for traveling with 3 adults, nice bathroom, excellent location (very close to the Christmas market, food, etc.). Only issue was the lift wasn't working so had to carry bags up 4 flights of stairs. And for mobility challenged people the stairs into the hotel, might not work out well either.

Convenient and very clean hotel near Terminal 2 of Frankfurt airport. There's a dedicated Staycity shuttle bus from Terminal 2 (free from the terminal stop to Staycity, paid from Staycity to the terminal). Room has an equipped kitchenette which is good for longer stays. The office park area of the hotel has several restaurants and a decent Rewe supermarket.

We came from little town of SC and we don’t have this fancy hotel around. Just to improve your service it would be nice just give us an instructions how to use the key. Apparently this key has to do a lot like using the elevator and turning on the lights when you come in, in the dark room. Thank you.

Great little stay for an overnight connection. 13 Euros to and from each way to the airport. Clean. Easy check in. Hot shower. Table in the room make it easy to go through luggage. Could use some international Chanel’s in English or a smart tv but that’s minor. Didn’t eat breakfast there because I had lounge passes for the airport but it smelled good and was packed!

Brilliant location for airport and Deutsche Park Stadium just one stop either way. All the basics such as iron and board are covered in the room for a comfortable stay. Small kitchen and coffee & tea supplied too. Will definitely stay again.

The staff was nice, the rooms were in good shape. The bathroom was a little small.

But the big negative is the AC didn’t work. Couldn’t get the room cool.

We ended up just leaving the window open and dealing with all the car and airplane noise.
