One big minus: There’s a nightclub close by blasting techno music from 11 to 3 am on Saturday night, making it hard to sleep. The front desk said there was nothing they could do and to just deal with it.

The man on reception was miserable. He was not very welcoming. Understandably we had to wait for our room as we arrived on an early flight, however, he saw us waiting in reception didnt smile or attempt to call us when the room was ready. I made a mistake and booked a double room for 1 guest when it should have been for my husband and myself. I was happy to pay the extra but he was unhelpful and monosyllabic. It doesn't cost anything for a \"smile\".

The windows were a little scary, as it is just a door that opens (only a small amount, but it was still a little nerve wracking!). I would keep that in mind if you had small children.

I had a 12 hour layover in Frankfurt and this hotel was close, quite and easy to get to. I just jumped on the train at the airport and went one stop and it was a short walk. Super convenient if you have a layover or are leaving from the Frankfurt airport. Price was good, restaurant and bar were open late (10:30) and you could purchase breakfast in the morning.

Very convenient to the Frankfurt Airport, one could even walk, but there is an S-Bahn stop 100 feet away and they come every 5-10 minutes and take you directly to the terminal. Our room was beautiful, full of lots of amenities (even a tiny dishwasher :-)) and brand new. And very reasonably priced! wow!

Things were basicly OK but, I had trouble paying for early or late check in and I ended up paying against my will for extra day. Initially I was told there is a small surcharge which I accepted.
Also there was no hair drier in the bathroom and no shampoo. The body soap is not good for the hair. One expects at least that from Best Western. Also the hand soap container over the sink was almost empty. Had hard time squeezing few drops out of it.

They have a suite pad (tablet) on which you can book your breakfast and some activities. When you book the breakfast it shows the price of 12 Euro per person. When you pay, they ask for 18 and say that the price on the pad is not updated, and actually that the pad should not even work in the room as they have some IT issues. Other than this, the hotel is clean and the breakfast has a good variety of food.

The WiFi service in the room was terrible. You would lose service all the time. You could lose service by walking across the room. This was on floor one. Ten days ago the service was ok on the higher floor. The woman at the front desk stated that she also loses service in different parts of the hotel. We would not stay there again.

This is a lovely hotel-modern, nicely decorated, immaculate and quiet. The only thing that caused me problems was there was no airport shuttle and it is expensive to Uber or taxi from the airport to the hotel. The train does not go to the nearby station after 7 pm and isn’t to be relied on.

We quite enjoyed our stay at this best western. It's conveniently located just off the gateway gardens train stop, one stop from the airport. We stayed for one night before our flight back. The room was large and had a decent kitchen setup. It's near a grocery store, so we were able to fend for ourselves for dinner instead of trying their restaurant. We did chose to have the 15€/person breakfast, which was expensive and tasty. The room was incredibly clean and larger than I expected. I wish we were here longer!

A good place to stay near the airport with punctual staff and a hearty breakfast although the railway runs erratically from the nearby station. You really need 'The Railways Friend to German Railways' but the comings and goings are forever changing.

Arrived at the hotel after a long flight. The check-in was prolonged, only 1 person at the check-in desk however, the hotel was extremely clean with air conditioning and a very big and comfortable bed, I will def stay here again when I come to Frankfurt.

You can easily catch a cab outside if needed. The breakfast is nice but a bit expensive, it would be nice if it was included with the price of the room.
