The view is unbeatable but the room condition is on average compared to the price. However we have been waiting for 3 hours to check in after the scheduled check in hour. Thus our dinner appointment has to be postponed. And there is an additional 129.5Eur under \"contribution employe\" upon checkout, the staff had never informed us this is optional and just included it in the final invoice. We only found out from hotel.com later that this isn't part of tax or room charger they agree with. The overall experience isn't too pleasant.

For this reason i have been always staying at this hotel every time i visit Paris and that will not change.

This was my first time staying at The Plaza Athenee and it was wonderful. The lobby and the whole ground floor look amazing. The staff is very kind and helpful. We stayed for three nights at the junior suite overlooking The Eiffel Tower so it was very special. The only thing that I wasn’t too happy about was that the bathroom felt cold as there was no thermostat. We loved the hotel, perfect location, beautiful hotel, the best staff always doing their best to help and accommodate you. The only negative was the bedding. The mattress is hard like a rock and the pillows are the size of a twin bed not for a king. They have 4 or them but nothing works. We had to ask for some pillows. They were nice about it.

The concierge was outstanding. There was a taxi strike on the day of our departure, and we received superb guidance on navigating around this. The concierge arranged for a car, and sent a bellman from the hotel to ride with us and assure that everything went smoothly. Outstanding overall.

Our stay here for our 10th anniversary was nothing short of amazing. We enjoyed the ultimate comfort, luxury, and service--only the finest all around. You definitely get what you pay for. Next time, we will probably go to the restaurant for lunch, but it was really fun to dress to the nines for dinner. Do it!

Was generally wonderful but if I had to nitpick anything it was that the room service was expensive for what you get. Also that room service don't quite listen so our expensive orders were not correct 2 times out of three. For instance drinks were wrong, wrong order turned up and we didn't get things like bread we ordered with soup etc. Nothing major but a slight irritation especially if you order the expensive room service.

Stayed for a couple of nights and what a wonderful experience it was too. I travelled alone and thought I might end up in a small room as it can be the case sometime. How wrong was I! The room was absolutely beautiful and large and when I opened the balcony door I had a spectacular view of the Eiffel Tower to my right! I could not stop looking at it especially at night when it was lit up in all its glory.
The service in this hotel is excellent and the staff are helpful, discreet and welcoming. I left feeling really special and would definately come back when in Paris. In future I will definately stay at other hotels within the Dorchester collection just to compare of course!!!

A couple of years ago, I stayed at one of suites however at this time, I stayed at deluxe room two nights. My room got lots of noises from neighbor rooms and service path. There are not enough sound block between rooms as I think and it caused sounds of voices and TV tones into my room. And also, my room was located in front of service door and there had been sounds of opening and closing doors every minutes day and night. My room number was #343. Please avoid this room.

Quando uma pessoa se hospeda em um hotel dessa fama e preço espera uma experiencia inesquecível e infelizmente passou muito longe disso. Avisamos que estávamos comemorando bodas de prata e nos foi dado uma garrafa de champagne no quarto. Recebemos um pequeno upgrade e uma garrafa de vinho, mas isso estava como direito de associado gold da Hoteis.com. O quarto era muito confortável, mas o chuveiro tinha oscilação grande de temperatura, além da porta do frigobar estar emperrada.isso foi avisado ao concierge que disse que tomaria providências mas nada foi feito.Nosso primeiro café da manhã foi péssimo, demorado demais e vieram coisas erradas.Depois foi corrigido no segundo dia. Faltou creme corporal e nos foi prometido um como compensação mas a gerente trouxe no último minuto duas amostrinhas grátis, que se ganha em qualquer loja, ridículo. Enfim, não recomendo a hospedagem, só cobra muito caro e o benefício não compensa. Muita soberba.

La circulation restant faible, il est très agréable de profiter du soleil fenêtre ouverte au calme comme habituellement les chambres donnant sur la cour intérieure magnifique également. L’aménagement et la déco de notre Junior Suite était harmonieuse entre histoire et modernité. L’hôtel s’est parfaitement adapté au contexte sanitaire (tout est opérationnel et sécurisé pour se protéger) et a adapté son offre. de services en conséquence : room service pour petit déjeuner et dîner, SPA et fitness center ouverts... Pour célébrer notre anniversaire, une Suite avait été spécialement privatisée pour organiser notre dîner avec vue unique sur la Tour Eiffel pour accompagner notre repas préalablement élaboré avec les équipes du Plaza.
