Room was very comfortable, direct access to the thermal spa was really handy, robes and spa towels and slippers and tote bag were very convenient. Wrist band allows room access and spa and sauna access, that was really convenient. If therme spa is busy, it can be difficult to get into the parking lot. Hotel and spa are in what looks like a commercial area, it’s not overly attractive. No nice views from the rooms.

Overall great experience and value for money, the hotel area was neat and tidy with attentive staff. Menu options a little limited and the kitchen a bit hit and miss. Therme area (non textile) was a little neglected in areas but overall, quite nice. Seven saunas, steam room, 4 jacuzzi 's and pleanty of loungers. The Aufgass menu was excellent. We would stay there again.

A comfortable and pleasant stay

A great hotel, and the weather was a bonus.
The spa is open to the public which meant it gets very busy and crowded at times. We found the a downside as the facilities are great but just way too busy. The Gym has fantastic facilities (although no air con there).
Really liked the room - we had a suite. Comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed the panoramic bar.
Good breakfast with lots of choice. We were disappointed with the evening menu so ate out after the first night. Staff were friendly and helpful. The spa area could do with a tidy up.

The hotel is advertised as a relaxing wellness spa. It is essentially a low budget water park that is open to the public. They have no hotel guest only areas or amenities. They also have no capacity for allowing the public to come in. It became totally overrun by non guests during our stay. Overall the food is low quality and facilities are poorly maintained/unsafe. We left early without a refund. VERY regrettable stay under false advertising.

Staff are rude & not very accommodating. Upon check in I arrived at 2pm (check in is 3pm) I was frowned at if asking for early check in & when declined I asked if could access the facilities early to best make use of my time, on which is only possible if I paid €30 , for one hour access… poor. Same story with checking out, I had to leave for a flight at 2pm & due to having a suite (unsure how this changes anything) the staff would not entertain any form of late checkout what so ever. Beds had a big split / droop in the centre of the mattress. Duvet covers was cheap / possibly disposable covers & cushions of a poor quality also. Noise from outside leaked into the rooms until 11pm. I often stay in Frankfurt for business & stayed here purely for the gym / facilities which are good.. however the unwelcoming feel the staff leave you with alongside poor beds I wouldn’t stay here again

This was a perfect weekend getaway; the hotel is clean and modern, the layout is nice with designated elevators from the rooms to the spa sauna. There’s even a panoramic rooftop bar and a nice breakfast each morning on the ground floor. The hotel staff was professional and courteous, speaking English and friendly service

Great spa, okay hotel.

Overall, this was a pleasant stay. The gym was my reason for choosing the location, and aside from its late opening hours (8am) proved worth the booking. One of the best hotel gyms I’ve been able to find in Germany.

That said, the staff weren’t exactly friendly. I arrived at about 1445 and was sternly told check-in was at 1500 and I could sit in the lobby and wait. A few minutes later, and still before 1500, a German traveler arrived and was allowed to check in.

The primary business here appears to be the spa, which is understandable. Book the hotel for the amenities, not the room. Room was… fine. But nothing to write about.

A lot of value if you are looking for a place outside of Frankfurt. Parking was a reasonable 12 euros for my entire stay with in-out privileges. The ease of access to the pool and sauna made for a relaxing time. Restaurant and the two bars were well staffed. The hotel staff were very accommodating.

Clean, but industrial-plastic rooms. No nice or luxury products, cheapest lumpy foam pillow, no fridge or tea/coffee, unprofessional desk & wait staff. Our room was ready 2 hours early, but instead of just letting us check in, they wanted €30 extra. Totally average German chain hotel breakfast. Overpriced, perhaps because of the massive water, thermal, & sauna park next door. Go to a real spa hotel if you want an authentic 4-star quality experience, or to a standard chain if you just need a night near Frankfurt.

Must say the spa is not as good as it was before and some irritating and aggressive clients in the adult section - but still had a good arrival stay after the long flight from SoCal.

Beautiful hotel! The room is clean, the staff is very helpful and friendly. It is 8.5 miles away from the airport, and if you have a car that should not be a problem. Not sure if they have an Airport shuttle. You do pay for parking, however, it is not as expensive as the hotels near to the airport. They have a beautiful thermal baths, but unfortunately, I did not have time to try them out. you pay for breakfast, but it is very reasonable., and the breakfast buffet is very well stocked. Wonderful place and my husband and I going to return. For me, this is a five star!

I stayed at this hotel in July and had an amazing experience, one of the best hotels I have stayed in during my travels which are mainly for business. It is between 4 and 5 nights away from home and it felt like home.
This visit unfortunately was not the same experience. On my first night I woke up at 3:30 in the morning to a mouse on my side table. I called reception and they moved me to a room one door down to get some sleep and I had to move all my personal items the next morning myself which made me late for my first meeting at my Business Partner. As I had a very pleasant stay the first time, I believe that things do happen but felt that the hotel did not really make any effort to apologize for the event or even check that the new room was acceptable. Very disappointing for me. I will still go back again as I said I really felt like it was a home away from home.

Lovely hotel, pool/spa, gym, and restaurant/bar. Great stay outside of the city and worth the price. Better probably on non peak heat days because of the guest only visiting the pool/sauna. It was very, very crowded with families on a Sunday. The parking was the only issue i would state since there are so many hotel rooms then so many guest only coming for the pool. Parking was very difficult and if you are moving bags from your car during a busy time you may not even have a spot on the curb to pull up and off load since the other guest checking in may also need to do the same thing. Ownership and management team put pride into this establishment in its entirety. Was pleasantly amazed by the upkeep and investment into the property where big chains loss this value.

The best part of the hotel are the pools and whirlpools. The down side is that they are also open to people not staying at the hotel, but there's so much space, it wasn't completely overrun, even with groups of kids coming in.

The hotel is a little further out than some other options, but it's got great rooms.

The spa area cafe is excellent. Good food and lots of choices.

Weird place- mixed feelings. The hotel is actually quite nice and modern. The pool area is a bit tired and needs some renovation (some work is ongoing at the moment).
Food in the restaurant was fantastic- way above the standard you’d expect in a hotel like this. ‘Best burger I’ve ever had’ from my 12 yr old. Breakfast was v good.
Service/check in/general staff attitude was pretty poor- booked 2 junior suites and asked for extra bed for one of the room so kids didn’t have to share and adjoining rooms. Neither of those was possible- even after being told we could have an extra bed it never arrived as none were available. Rooms a long way apart on different floors- Not great for a family. Completely indifferent attitude from reception. Maybe a reflection of brexit ill-feeling?
Have to pay to park if you stay in hotel which is simply profiteering- not as if it’s in the center of town where parking space is at a premium.
Wouldn’t stay there again.

Relaxing spa Hotel = sleep, right? Not here!

The room was great! The room service was quick, and tasty (we ordered spaghetti bolognese). The shower was a waterfall style, and refreshing. The pool was impressive! Why then, am I giving this hotel such a low overall review? Because of the all-night techno bar that they host on their roof!

The bass from the music was pounding in my room, and I was unable to sleep. I had to catch a plane at 8:00 the next morning, and was so tired because of it all. I called the front desk around 22:10, and asked them to turn the bar music down a bit so I could sleep. They stated that the music will stop at 23:00. I was annoyed, but they said it was not possible to stop before 23:00, so I waited. At 23:05, it was still going, so I called again. The front desk person then said it would be going until midnight, as it was a German special day (it was, in fact, not a German special day). At that point, I demanded it stop or I get a refund. The front desk person came to my room about 10 minutes later and said the same thing. He said the hotel doesn't own the bar (but it's somehow on their roof?) and they can't tell them to stop. They asked them to, but the bar refused. Quiet time in Germany is 22:00 to 07:00. I relayed this to him, and said I was calling Polizei if they did not stop within the next 10 minutes. Surprise surprise... Once I threatened Polizei, it stopped, and I was able to sleep.

I do not recommend this hotel! I got 5 hours of sleep before my 9 hour flight home.

The breakfast was very good, room service was very good, but bit pricey for the course. However, the water was so hot that I can't adjusted to the coolest level, no air conditioning may be EU? Not enough towel, no lotion and other convenient in bath room. Overall is good for general traveler. But if you are looking for a truth four stars hotel, this may not have meet your expectation.

This hotel is 20min away from Frankfurt airport. It’s got Country views. The rooms are bigger. The staff is friendlier. The amenities are a. BIG plus!! With your room you get a wristband that allows you entry to the fitness center, the pool and bar area (one of the BEST hotel pools I’ve been in!). My 3 year old LOVED it, and so did we! It’s family friendly. It has a Spa, you can book services. There’s a “private” area with jacuzzi, saunas-for adult only! Remember, you’re in Europe! ;) Free parking and breakfast! I would definitely stay here again!

I had book this hotel because it looked quiet and was fairly close to the airport. I was happy to find it was quiet, comfortable and had a wonderful view. If I had realized there was a spa so close I would have made additional arrangements. I will be back.

remote hotel but great facilities

If you don't mind being outside the city centre this hotel is ideal for a longer term stay near Frankfurt. The connections are not bad via bus and S Bahn or Reegio train but it will still take over 45 minutes to the Messe or downtown.

On the plus side you will have a very quiet night with comfortable big bed, big shower, big TV, balcony, etc. You'll also get a big breakfast in the morning and a big gym with spa in the evening to relax in. There are something like 50 machines and apparatus for all kinds of work out, along with 7 hot tubs, 6 pools indoors and out, 4 saunas and a steam room; but beware that the maked zone is definitely naked!

Fortunately the Panorama bar for cocktails and snacks is most definitely not naked, but it does revolve! I'm informed that the restaurant downstairs has a very good reputation but at hotel prices of course.

All in all for the price you pay compared to peak period Frankfurt this hotel is well worth considering if you have time to relax in the evening and take advantage of the facilities. The local town centre is 1.5km away and the city centre is far but the occasional taxi fare is easily absorbed

Nice hotel in the middle of nowhere

I used the hotel for a stop prior to flying home the next day. Checking in I was told getting a taxi the next morning would not be a problem. When I requested a taxi the following morning, the front desk desk person said taxi service was very busy and I would have to wait an hour or two for a pick-up. My flight was in two hours! She was nice and was trying to call different companies but was not obviously concerned as I was about the prospect of me missing my flight. I eventually got a taxi, 40 minutes later than my initial requested pick-up time, but everything turned out okay. I left very angry and told the staff a customer should never have to go through this kind of stressful experience. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere and should have transportation well thought out and organized, especially when the customer inquires about getting it the night before. Besides the departure kind of ruining my experience there, the rest of the stay was excellent.

I stayed there for 5 days. I asked for a late check out at 14:00 and was told 13:00 was the best they could do. When I asked how much it would cost to stay until 16:00 they told me 50 Euro until 15:00 and 100 Euro for longer. The issue is that for anything you want that goes s little out of their way you have to negotiate. No flexibility or acknowledging that you are a good customer. Mainly from the young check in staff. There is a mature lady at check in and she's just fabulous. I'm regretting not having asked for her name.

Spa Hotel Outside of Frankfurt

Aside from a couple of minor mistakes upon check-in, I enjoyed a pleasant stay at the hotel. Access to the spa is the obvious highlight. The rooms are small and spartan with wooden floors and a movable square table serving as the only work area, but overall the room very clean and functional. The bathrooms are spacious and the shower excellent.

One of the negatives was the parking issue. If you rent a car, finding a parking space can be a challenge. The hotel is connected to a massive and very popular spa/terme. The spa can be so popular that you sometimes you cannot find a parking spot and have to wait until one opens up. Also the view room that I reserved didn't offer much of a view. I wouldn't pay extra for a view room as it isn't worth it.

Also, for some reason, you have to request housekeeping if you leave your room after 1pm.

Despite these few setbacks, I did enjoy my stay at the hotel. The entire staff were very nice and helpful.

Direct to the pool, saunas from hotel. Only thing is it's very popular to the public. It's so crow, except early in the morning or late evening.
Breakfast was nice and fresh.

MADE MISTAKE ON BOOKING
DID NOT NOTICE NUMBERS OF GUESTS WAS ONE INSTEAD OF TWO OF US
THEY WANTED AN EXTRA 50 EUROS PER NIGHT FOR WIFE.... 400 EUROS FOR STAY
TOLD THEM WE DID NOT WANT SPA, AND I WOULD PAY FOR BREAKFASTS BUT THEY INSISTED. THEY WERE FULLY BOOKED SO DID NOT NEED US THERE, AND MADE THAT OBVIOUS.
GREAT IF YOU ARE INTO SPAS, BUT AS A HOTEL IT LOOKED NICE BUT DIDNT STAY AFTER FIASCO WITH
BOOKING PAID FOR DAY AND LEFT AFTER 30 MINUTES.

Excellent Hotel.

Had a great time. Room was modern and clean. Bed very comfortable. Shower was great. Spa facilities were excellent. Enjoyed the rotating bar to see 360 degrees of Frankfurt. Oh cocktails there were excellent to. Definitely worth visiting.

Great Find

Having arrived in Frankfurt without a room reservation I was panicking when I couldn't find any available rooms for less than 250 euros. Found Vital for just $120 and it was fabulous. Clean, comfortable bed, rain forest shower, and the breakfast included was the best. Add on to that the spa/pool area, all included in the price.... I totally scored!

Best Breakfast Buffet!

Great hotel in Hofheim, about twenty minutes by train on the S2 line from Frankfurt Main Station. Excellent breakfast buffet, the best I have had in a long time. Nice clean rooms, each with its own balcony, and very clean and quiet.

Clean hotel with Spa!

Was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Very clean and modern and comfortable. There is a nice gym and you can get access to the spa pools and sauna. Location is close to the airport and not too far from the city center, but better access with a car. Even though it is not in the city center, the drive is not too far and I am glad we stayed here.

Cannot Wait to Return

We love this place. We start or end our Germany trips at this hotel. This time we had dinner and found food excellent. The breakfast is unbelievably good. The spa is outstanding. It is a must for us every single trip! Cannot wait to go back!

Clean and comfortable, a bit out of the way

Parking was a bit of a challenge, because this hotel has a spa and pool center that is open to the public. Otherwise, hotel staff was very friendly. The hotel was built just a couple years ago, and is in very good condition. Rooms are very small (smallest I have seen in this category - think cruise ship small), but very clean and functional. The balconies all have a view of the parking, HVAC components, a rooftop, or a field. Breakfast was excellent! Beware of the vending machines, they take money without giving up the goods. A trip into Frankfurt to sample Apfelwein and Schnitzel is well worth the time, and a great value.

Liked hotel room, roomy, clean, had couch and chairs. No fridge, expensive dinner, nice rooftop rotating bar, nice bfast buffet, in a nice area. Great spa access to the Therme. Parking not free. Overall give it an 8 out 10

Fantastic hotel. I didn't have much time, or I would have taken advantage of their services at the spa. The staff was very friendly and accommodated my lack of German with excellent English.
