Writing this review maybe it’s my fault for not understanding that this is self check in. To the corporation who owns this people do not want to check themselves in. And they also don’t accept cash only credit cards, at the bar and restaurant. Well the people were nice. The food was good, I don’t think I would come back. Just for the reason when you’re traveling and you’re tired you want someone to check you in after all that’s part of what you pay for. And they must accept cash, we don’t need to go to a cashless world. If those two things weren’t they where they were I would’ve given it a 4 to 5 star.

The rooms are ready for some TLC. The carpets in both of our rooms were filthy and the paint is chipping off of the walls. It was unfortunate that the water dispensers on each floor were empty both times we stayed there this month.
It was nice that there was a shuttle to and from the airport be be aware that it is not available all day. Our flight arrived in Frankfurt at 11:30am and the shuttle had already left so we were stuck at the airport until 4:30pm when the shuttle service resumed. The last shuttle to the airport from the hotel leaves at 10:30am so if you have a flight mid afternoon you will find yourself having to wait in the airport for many many hours.

Schlimmer gehts nicht. Die Fotos sprechen für sich. So etwas ekelhaftes hab ich noch nie erlebt. Benutzte Betten, Handtücher, Insekten, dreckiger Teppich. Wirklich widerlich.

The room was clean. Opening the window kept it cool in there for our stay. On the last day we were there they were doing plumbing work and you could smell it in the rooms. It was horrible. That was our only complaint. We go back to stay next week for our flight back to the states hopefully they’re finished by then.

Shuttle was there early and waiting but, considering it is an airport shuttle, there was very little room for luggage. I suggest you board early. Other than that, stay was perfect for an overnight before flying home. The hotel is in an industrial area so I wouldn’t recommend it for a vacation stay.

When we got to our Family room, lare arrival and very tired. My daughters bed had various hair on her sheets. No phone to call down to advise anyone, so she slept on top of the duvet. Next morning we left every early. When we got back to the room late, the room had not been cleaned. When to the lobby and compained, dirty sheets, no clean towells, shower head had fallen off and the bathroom smelled disgusting, like the sewer had backed up. We put a towel along the bathroom door, as it was nauseating. We were NOT going to change rooms because it was late and had a early departure. Around midnight our bathroom started to smell also. Unbelievable.
We were unable to catch the 630 shuttle but the driver never came i n to say he was there to everyone . We took a cab 36 euros.
Also the carpet in our adjoining rooms were filthy with stains and the air conditioner did not work, as an air conditioner should.

Throughly disgusting from the start to the end!!!

Airport shuttle on time. You get what you pay for (but no more). Shower was hot and responsive but the complimentary shampoo had run out. The onsite restaurant offered multiple choices but my staple burger was so greasy I couldn't eat it all.

This is a great short stay hotel for those coming in and out of Frankfurt. It has what we needed to get a good nights sleep before flying out. And the dinner we had in the restaurant was great.

Would like to see more staff in the kitchen, as they seemed really over-worked and stressed out (doing too many jobs at once), but this is meant to be a \"self-serve\" hotel so limited staff is the point.

I did not mind the self-check in system, and the woman in the front was overly helpful (not a bad thing). She went out of her way for us, and I appreciated that.

I would not stay here for more than a single night, as there is NOTHING around it. But, for some rest after (or before) a flight...give it a go.

Good place to stay. Airport shuttle was convenient, but had to look hard to find the schedule on the website for pickup at the airport. They had a map of the location, which is at the hotel shuttle bus pickup location, however this wasn't explicitly stated. Leaving from the hotel was not a problem as the schedule is posted in the elevator.

Shuttle runs once an hour with a 4 hour after 10:30 ish… starts back around 2:30 or 3 I think…. Might be important if you have a flight at that time. Strange self check in… that was new to me!

We had a “family room” with the connecting door. It was perfect for our family stay the young woman at the front desk was amazingly helpful! The complementary shuttle bus ride to the airport was critical for us. Temperature in the room was perfect, great shower, comfortable beds. I’d stay here again.

Hotel is clean and handy but very self serve. You have to check yourself in and decide if you want breakfast, hard to add after. Shuttle to airport is only until 10:30 am so useless if you travel after that. Almost no staff around.

Food at breakfast and dinner were decent but service overwhelmed by volume and way under-staffed. Rooms ok but ripped and torn furniture in rooms. The worst part was the check-in staff, who was useless, selective in helping only others, and not helpful on the Sept 21 check-in; and on the Oct 1 check-in, the check-in staff was totally nonexistent, helping only a boatload of customers who missed their flights with airline vouchers, and no one to assist full paying hotel customers like us.

Staying here reminded me of the final scene of 2001: A Space Odyssey, but it was comfortable and convenient. Although I can apparently check myself in and out (even if I have to wrestle with German) I miss the human touch. The saving grace was the woman who served me an excellent venison stew in the restaurant.

Avoid, slow shuttle far from Frankfurt

The airport shuttle only runs once and hour and is unreliable at best. It was delayed both times we used it. The room smelled horribly of smoke and we had to move to a new room. The second room had no shampoo, soap, or air conditioning. The room was hot even though it advertised AC. Staff at hotel was rude and did not pick up phone or reply to you via the app. I would avoid.

The shuttle service is not working. The shuttle didn't show up at the designated time and we waited one extra hour. I booked this hotel because of the shuttle service which didn't work. Also the check-in process was terrible. The system didn't work and it took forever to check-in. This is a basic hotel to stay only for one night and get back to the airport.

Not what I expected after reading their promotional material. Was further from the airport, extra fees were tacked on, and very little service.
The check in was all done on a self service computer console at the front desk, and not very user friendly. No meal service at the restaurant. No explanation of how to activate the power/lights in the room. No real person to talk to and ask questions. Not a place I would book again.

I was surprised that there is no central desk when you arrive, rather a series of individual computers where you check yourself in, including picking up and activating your own keycard. I’m not a big fan of computers replacing jobs, but this was easy to do and someone did walk over and ask if I needed help while checking in. You can do the check-in in German or English (I didn’t notice if other languages were available). A sign is clearly posted at check-in with all the airport shuttle times, and the shuttle is there when it says it will be. The room was modern and comfortable, though I couldn’t figure out how to adjust the thermostat and it was slightly warm.

I made the mistake of only checking the box for one person instead of two. When I checked in, there was exactly one pillow on the bed, one duvet, and one towel. Trying to get a second towel and pillow was like pulling teeth. The desk clerk was obviously stressed and not very helpful. I eventually got it resolved. I reserved a 7:30 a.m. shuttle to the airport, but there were more people trying to get on who didn't reserve. The shuttle, even though it was large, had us packed in like sardines. Much to everyone's surprise, it stopped at a second hotel to squeeze on even more passengers.

The area is industrial in nature. 30 minutes away on foot from nearest metro station. The breakfast buffet was basic. Room has no fridge or coffee or tea. Airport shuttle has limited hours of operation and there is now to arrange for airport transport as advertised. Costly taxi to and from airport. Description on airport shuttle need to be clarified. From 10:30 to 16:00 no airport shuttle is available. Staff did not care to make any other arrangements. Incredibly very limited restaurant in the area and must travel to downtown Frankfurt for that which is an hour away by foot/train. The facility overall is very nice.
