The property was not clean, it was dated, felt like the area was not safe, The person that checked us in was nice however the manager that checked me out was not. For the money it was not suitable or worth the cost. I could not recommend to stay here.

Cut our stay short as the dining facilities were very poor. Breakfast was average, no evening meal options available and in some occasions the kitchen closed early. Staff were not very friendly or helpful.

The place needs a lot of work .. the beds are Like stone , the shower head is placed super awkward with extremely light water pressure so your there for along time to rinse your hair ..
the Spa wasn’t open , they should take it down from the website.. also it isn’t a spa .. it’s a wood steaming area …
The food selection wasn’t good , the buffet for 16€ was a FREAKN joke .. the watery scramble eggs with floating weiners in a bath of hot water , cheese that has been in the air for way to long , terrible selection… my heart was broken
But good things around to get food and drinks in walking distance and also a beautiful park area with lots of nature and water … so it was ok .
The safe was kind and helpful so that is also a plus

The Hotel is close to the river Main and has good underground parking. The room is a good size and the bed very comfortable. I liked the kitchenette with its microwave and fridge. There is a convenient small shopping centre nearby. The S-Bahn railway station is a 15-20 minute walk away with trains travelling to Frankfurt City, Airport, Mainz and Wiesbaden. Its a short drive to the Autobahn and there is shuttle to the International Airport. Raunheim is a small town with few restaurants and Cafes. Its convenient for travelling the tourist trail. It lies under the flight path and planes fly quite low on their decent into Frankfurt. However, the double glazed windows create silence.

Reliably good hotel

I cannot fault the service from all staff, the check in, check out, the cleaning. The apartment is very spacious and nice to have a refrigerator, kettle, microwave....also a balcony to sit outside.

The toilet was dirty, one could see that it hadn‘t been used in months. Room floor was very dusty and not very clean either
Room is very dark and oldfashioned, urgently needs a refreshing/remodelling.
The price of almost 80 is definitely way to expensive for what you get

Ok for one night sleep

This place was very old and lack of good WiFi. The tv was old and not working.
I was in the second building the oldest.
Very far from airport.
If you are really.sruxk and just need a ace to sleep overnight for cheap this is ok.

This airport hotel is 15 km from Frankfurt airport in the middle of nowhere. It is an apartment hotel, and the rooms are very tired, facilities in the room are basic, no rom service, and just extremely \"budget\".

NOT close to the Airport and not a great hotel

I travel a lot and stay in hotel rooms about 150-200 nights per year. This is NOT an hotel that I would recommend.
Upon my arrival in Frankfurt I called the Hotel to find out if there was a shuttle and if my room was available. I was told that the room was available and that yes there was a shuttle. I arrived at the hotel at 1:20pm to be told that the room was not ready. Upon my insistence, the room was suddenly ready but I had to pay 15 euro in addition for checking-in 1 ½ hour early. What a racket. This hotel typically goes for $80 at most, they charged me 200 euro per night and have the audacity of charging 15 euro for checking in 90 minutes before. While I can understand that prices change based on availability, and in my case, my stay was during a Large tradeshow and this was one of the few hotels that had availability. I cannot understand the charging of the 15 euro and the 5 euro shuttle charges.
The room smelled and the outside door to the balcony did not closed properly. Called and spoke to the manager and he was no help what so ever. I asked how many starts was the property and he told me that the property was not rated. Where does expedia get the 3 stars???. The shuttle is 5 euro each way. The airport is far, I would say 20 minutes away or 25 euro via taxi. The shuttle bus was operated like in a third world. people were standing in a similar way you stand in a New York City subway during rush hour and driving fast.
I would never, ever stay here again.

The staff were awful, the rooms were dirty.

We arrived after a delayed flight to be told our room had been given away - we called to make them aware that the we were arriving late due to the flight. The staff told us it was fine however when we arrived they gave it away. We were left at 1am in the morning with no where to stay. The staff member behind the desk was very rude and not at all helpful. He told us the hotel was now full and he was not able to help. We stayed in the hotel for 40 minutes trying to find accommodation at 2am to which he then said he would give us a room? We obviously took it however it was dirty and I would never stay here again. Very disappointing and have never been spoken or treated as badly by a hotel before. I was travelling with my mum who is older so as you can imagine the panic when we were told they had given our room away.

I stayed here for 14 days and i felt like home. They had a equiped kitchen, a living room and a desk that i used to study. The beds were confy. The internet was not the best but it was ok.

Always make sure that you check which airport you are flying in and out from because I booked this hotel thinking it was easy for my next flight but found that it was the wrong airport and it cost me $100 to get there and back from the other Airport. I was delayed by 3 hours and so only got 4 hours sleep before having to get up and make my way back to the other airport. Just know that there are TWO airports in Frankfort.

Stayed 3 nights. On the plus side there is a free airport shuttle and it was cheaper than Panther options.

But, the airport shuttle is hourly (with gaps in the service), the bed was uncomfortable and there is nothing in the area.

Not the worst if you are stuck but I won't be going back.

Hairy hotel. A lot of hair in the bed and bathroom. Not cleaned between guests. Alsonfound traces of urin on the toilet. Changed room three times due to complaints. But still, the problem was not just the first room, but all the rooms. The staff was nice and the tried their best, but ended up getting our money back and changed hotel.

Die Bilder des Hotels wirken wie eine glänzende Fassade, doch bei persönlicher Begegnung entpuppte sich der Ort als ein Gebäude, dessen wahre Beschaffenheit hinter einem trägerischen Schein verborgen lag.
Die Klimaanlage & der Heizung funktionieren nicht. Ich habe eine Erkältung bekommen.
Der Fernseher funktioniert auch nicht.
Alles verstaubt und schmutzig.
Pension Niveau.
Abgesehen davon kostet eine halbe Liter Wasser 5€.
Nie wieder!!!

Das Zimmer/Bad war sauber mit sehr bequemem Bett und ausreichend gross. Rezeptionspersonal sehr nett und zuvorkommend. In der Nähe vom Hotel gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und auch ein paar Restaurants sind fußläufig entfernt. Per S-Bahn/Bus ist das Hotel vom Flughafen in ca 30 Min gut zu erreichen.

Ein Mitarbeiter von der Rezeption war zu Neugirig, hat zu Persönlichkeiten gefragt. Hat mir Persönlich nicht gefallen. Ich habe in anderen Hotels so was nicht erlebt. An der Rezeption arbeiten komische Leute. Ich habe mich schlecht gefühlt letztes Mal.
Das Zimmer ist ok, aber die Mittarbeiter müssen noch viel lernen mit den Kunden umzugehen.
So geht es nicht mehr weiter. Ist einfach unangenehm. Ich hoffe das es besser wird. Man fühlt sich wie ein Verbrecher. Ich hoffe das es etwas endet.
Ich bezahle mein Zimmer und ich will meine Ruhe haben. Danke.

Prima hotel, vlakbij de snelweg, dus uitstekend voor 1 nachtje als tussenstop. We hadden een mooie grote kamer met heerlijke bedden. De badkamer was niet optimaal gepoetst, we hadden vieze glazen staan en op t balkon nog een leeg blikje bier. Dit was jammer. Maar voor een last minute (€65) meer dan goed voor ons.

Abenteuer Flüchtlingsunterkunft

Wenn man gerne mal in einer Flüchtlingsunterkunft übernachten möchte, dann ist man hier gut aufgehoben.
Ansonsten sind die Zimmer uralt, abgewohnt und nicht gerade sauber.
Die Flure stinken und der Teppich ist total versifft.
Beim Frühstück gab es vegetarische/vegane Aufstriche, was sehr positiv gewesen wäre, wenn diese nicht geschimmelt hätten!!! Ekelhaft!

Die Bilder bei hotels.com sind definitiv bearbeitet und/oder sehr alt!
Es war bis vor einigen Jahren auch noch ein Mercure Hotel. Die haben es wahrscheinlich abgestoßen um sich die Renovierungskosten zu sparen! Dementsprechend einfach nicht zu empfehlen.

Man hat mir ein Zimmer direkt hinter dem Aufzug gegeben, mega laut... 👎Ich bin mir ziemlich sicher, dass das Hotel nicht ausgebucht war. Tiefgarage ist leider nicht direkt mit dem Hotelgebäude verbunden und kostet aber 10 € extra... en.

We had to change to this hotel because of a defective air conditioning system in the previous hotel at over 30 degrees Celsius.
In this hotel, I received a friendly welcome, was allowed to see the room before checking in and the air conditioning was great. We were able to enjoy the weekend with a cool room.

Finger Weg, ich habe ein Appartement gebucht aber leider vor habe ich ein Einzelzimmer bekommen. Eine Rückerstattung für den Preisdifferenz gab es nicht. Unseriöses Hotel. Frühstück war für 15€ nicht Preiswert.

Das Hotel befindet sich im Corona Kriesenmodus.
Zimmer werden nicht täglich gereinigt. Auf dem Zimmer steht kein Wasser zur Begrüßung, wie sonst üblich. Alle Restaurants und die Hotelbar sind gechlossen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Zimmer sind sauber. Das Frühstücksbüffett ist gut. Parken nur im Parkhaus gegenüber möglich.

Ich kenne das Haus bereits seit vielen Jahren und habe sämtliche Betreiberwechsel mitgemacht. Aufgrund der in die Jahre gekommenen Einrichtung der Zimmer, bin ich in den letzten Jahren immer öfter auf andere Häuser ausgewichen. Nach der Renovierung komme ich wieder absolut gerne hierher. Ideales Haus für Berufspendler!!

mooi gerenoveerde ruimte. wellicht kan het keukenblok iets uitgebreid worden en ook wat schoonmaak materiaal bij gevoegd. Deze ruimtes hebben een zeer mooie faceift ondergaan. Nu de gaanderijen nog :-)
