Great to have free airport shuttle to the door (well almost the door, your dropped off at the parcade and just have to walk a few minutes to the hotel entrance).
Comfortable room. Welcomed the a/c. Beds were comfy.

Mon vol a été retardé de 22 heures, une situation hors de mon contrôle. J’ai contacté l’hôtel en leur demandant de repousser ma date d’une journée car je ne pouvais pas me présenter. Le personnel de l’hôtel ne voulait absolument rien savoir et aucunement compréhensif de la situation, presque on nous riait à la gueule. Franchement hyper décevant. Merci a l’équipe d’Expedia d’avoir essayer de se battre avec nous pour essayer de changer la date mais en vain.

Hotel was perfect. It had everything we needed, including a good dinner and breakfast. The staff were excellent too.
Important note: At the airport you meet the Platzhirsch shuttle at Parking Area P-29, near the larger P-36. To get to P-29, turn left out of the terminal towards the medical center – and away from the other hotel shuttles!
The Platzhirsch shuttle arrives and leaves frequently. For some reason its hotel stop is 200m away from the hotel.
In future we will always use this hotel when we stay at FRA Airport because the hotel was just fine and the free shuttle was very important. Good value!

A Google translation into English of the instructions sent me on catching their shuttle led to some confusion: it doesn't stop at all at the bus-shuttle-taxi area in front of Terminal 1. Rather, the \"Terminal 1\" stop is to the left a short walk around to the actual medical center building.
Breakfast was a very good German breakfast, many choices, just don't expect an English breakfast.
Location is unexciting and is there for the airport. But you can get dinner in the hotel, too.
Again, there will be extra walking to the hotel: the shuttle's actual stop is the parking structure, maybe a couple blocks of an easy straight go down the sidewalk.
Clean & bright, and the nice woman who served at dinner time (with robot help!) was a particular bright spot.

This is a standard park and fly hotel, ner the airport with a good shuttle. Food in the restaurant was just okay. The parking garage is bigger than the hotel. It was great for my purpose. I booked my flight Cairo to Boston deliberately with a long layover and it was perfect for sleeping and then going back to the airport for the second leg of my flight.

I stayed here to be prepared for a very early flight the next day.. Very clean, modern, and well maintained hotel. The staff were kind and helpful. The 24 hour airport shuttle was super convenient. An unexpected bonus was the pretty little public park across the street from the hotel. I had an afternoon stroll then dinner at the hotel restaurant’s pretty outdoor deck.

Excellent hotel for overnight staying near the airport. They have free shuttle run around to the airport terminals frequently. That was very useful. Though it was a bit hard to find the pickup location, we had to call the hotel to find out. The room was very clean and modernly decorated, and two single beds we got were very comfortable. The hotel restaurant food was very decent and the prices were reasonable. Definitely would stay there if next time pass through FRA Airport.

Terrific hotel that comes at a great price. The value you get compared to the hotels connected to the airport is unmatched. Rooms are clean, large, and airconditioned. Staff are friendly and welcoming, and were able to provide us with things we forgot to bring.

Its a 7 minute drive to terminal 1, or if you dont have a vehicle/want to take a cab, theres a shuttle to the airport

For those with pets, theres a big park right beside the hotel as well.

Overall 5 out of 5 stay!

The hotel was immaculate. I paid extra for the breakfast buffet when I checked in since there was nothing around the hotel, but a park, but the breakfast was worth it.
There were 2 things I wasn’t happy with. The first, their ‘airport shuttle’ doesn’t actually pick up at the airport, it picks up nextdoor at the medical clinic (not that close when my baggage claim was on the opposite side of the airport). And, it doesn’t drop off AT the hotel. It dropped me off 200 meters away. Not good when you have a hurt knee, 2 large suitcases and a carry on 😩. They need to rephrase that or note the specifics, as that was the main reason I selected that hotel. The 2nd was, it stressed that payment was to be collected at the time of check in ‘in the currency used where the hotel was located’ (Euros). And it did say in that paragraph specifics about using a credit card but the way it is written made me believe I could pay in cash (Euros) so I made sure to have Euros on hand. It did not say anything about the hotel NOT accepting cash…ANYWHERE. So I had to use my US credit card to pay, which charges me international fees. Either they need to make that clearer in the information they give to Expedia, or, check what Expedia posts for their hotel information if Expedia left it off.

I liked that they have airport shuttle, eveey 15 minutes, fast check in, serve breakfast at 6:30 with charge but great selection of food and I liked the pretzels. The room was amazing, spacious and clean with new clean towels, sheets and pillows. I liked the hangers. I am staying there again. I highly recommend this hotel.Thank you.

Shuttle is not directly in front of property - it is about 2-3 minute walk from front doors, which is misleading. Also, shuttle drops off in parking lot across from terminal and then you must walk another 5-7 minutes, which is somewhat confusing when you are not familiar with the airport. Would have been better off taking a RE or ICE direct to the airport and staying somewhere else, maybe? But, the robot serving dinner was cute and the room was clean. Also, the natural environment was beautiful. It just was disappointing because the whole reason I booked the room was for the airport shuttle.

We stayed here previously as well. Very clean and staff is helpful. Restaurant on property but there are also several within walking distance as well as a grocery store. There are nice walking trails behind the hotel as well. The parking with airport shuttle is very convenient. Will most likely stay again when we have an early morning flight.

The room was wonderful. The hotel ambiance good. The restaurant was very good and the proprietor or waitress was very nice and helpful. Meanwhile the front staff makes no allowances for early arrivals. The hotel advertises itself as great for travelers with airport but won’t check in people earlier than 4 even if the rooms are vacant and ready. The hotel was more than 1/2 empty. We were tired from trip but they refused to check us in earlier. We fly to Germany twice yearly. I wouldn’t stay in this hotel again for that reason. If they changed the policy. I would

The hotel and staff were awesome. The only negative thing (complaint) I have is that for myself and my elderly mother-in-law, the walk from the train station to the pickup point at terminal 1 was rather strenuous with the luggage we had. The hike from the drop-off at the hotel parking garage to the hotel itself was again strenuous for us. But this was not the fault of the hotel and/or shuttle. They were all extremely accommodating. Will definitely use again, but with lighter luggage 😁.

Stayed overnight then caught the Frankfurt airport shuttle. The staff was nice, understanding and accommodating. The room was perfect with a great shower and beds. Ate dinner consisting of wine and pizza. Liked the robot delivering our meal, along with attentive wait staff. Breakfast was wonderful with fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals and egg dish. Coffee was excellent!

Clean hotel close to the airport next to Park and Fly parking garage which has an airport shuttle so its handy. Breakfast is extra at hotel but with great options. Grocery store is just few minutes walk from hotel and the have a lot of variety of snacks and salads. 2 German restaurants a few kms away which were really good too. Hotel staff not helpful for much but we made it work

Hotel stay was comfortable and clean. The breakfast included two types of eggs — hardboiled and scrambled, assorted breads, jams, four cereals, assorted meats & cheeses, yogurt, juices, teas, and several types of coffee drinks.

The airport shuttle is very handy. The pickup spot is outside the Medical Center at the end of Terminal 1. Train access is available inside Terminal 1.

There are park areas with trails outside of the hotel for exercising.

The restaurant is also open for a wide array of entrees while enjoying a beautiful sunset.

The staff are very helpful especially if you don’t speak German.

The hotel was clean and the woman st the front desk was professional and friendly. The room was all we needed for a one night stay. The bathroom was very nice; however, the lotion container was empty. I’m glad we were early for the bus because no one told us in advance it was half way down a long street. Usually, busses pick you up outside the front door.

This is a great hotel to stay at before or after flying. It's spacious and affordable. The restaurant casual and friendly. The shuttle was a little hard to find initially but it is just at the end of Terminal 1 outside the medical centre. Easy when you know. Great service, great hotel.

It was close to the airport (about a 10 minute drive). I had a flight cancellation and just needed a few hours rest and a shower. The shuttle meeting point was a bit tricky to find. I took a cab to the hotel (about 15€) and then the shuttle back to the airport. The bed was very comfortable and room was spotless.

I had contacted the hotel to ask about this before I left and they told me it was right at the airport. We had to walk toward the medical center and it was the only hotel shuttle that went to that area. The guy at the desk was not very friendly when we checked in.

It was convenient to the hotel and it has a free shuttle. The shuttle is difficult to find. I will tell you right now that you will go out the bottom door to the left and around the corner to the medical center. That is where you wait for the shuttle and that is where you are dropped off.

Great value for a one-night stay at the airport. I have paid much more for much less. Despite my thoughts below, it was an excellent experience.

Pros: Hotel was modern and functional, 5 mins walk from a nice supermarket, staff were friendly, shuttles were not crowded and super-punctual. I had a great nights sleep.

Cons: (1) The shuttle was not super easy to find at Terminal 1 even with the downloadable map (walk outside, and all the way to the end of terminal, 100 m? past door A, and you'll find a small car-park on the left 'round the corner'. The shuttle was waiting there.), (2) some won't like the 250 m walk between the shuttle drop-off (at a car-park) and the hotel, (3) the in-room wifi was fine but not exactly 'fast' (1 MB/s), (4) there were a few small drips and stains on the floor and tables in my room. Not enough to trouble me, but enough that I noticed, perhaps because the rest of the room was so clean and simple.

I didn't use the restaurant but it seemed busy at 6 am (good sign) and was open for dinner from 5 to 11 pm.

Given the value, I would definitely still again. Others may prefer prefer staying in a terminal hotel at 4 times the cost.

Really nice staff, clean and modern rooms, the food for breakfast and dinner in the restaurant was very good (although two human servers would have been better than one server and the very cute cat robot when it was busy at dinner). Only complaint is the airport shuttle pick up and drop off locations are not very convenient. There is a long walk without cover from the parking garage to the hotel entrance and the terminal 1 pick up point is at the medical centre, not the marked hotel shuttle area. The website says only \"in front of terminal 1\" which isn't specific enough. There is a bit of a walk (~300m) to the actual terminal. Might not be ideal for those with mobility challenges.

This is amazingly spacious. Could fit 4 people. Great for if you need space. It was clean. I wish the bedding on the sofas was tighter because seeing stains on there did not really feel too good.
