We checked in, we tell the guy at the front desk we need shuttle the next morning to airport at 7:30 am. Next morning comes and the guy “forgot” to write it down, so the girl at the desk was trying to get a shuttle to take us to the airport. Also, breakfast is not included and we weren’t told that. Food was cold and gave me a stomachache. The lady working there foaming napkins kept coughing all over, including her hands and then bringing clean plates with her dirty hands to where customers get the plates. The room was dirty and we were itchy all night. This was a filthy hotel to stay at I would not recommend anyone staying here. Staff rude.

The room was nice, if a bit basic. Staff were good but had difficulty communicating in English. One bed sheet had staining on it. there were spots in the room where the wall covering were peeling off and others where the wall appeared to be blistering. Still, they were able to accommodate us despite arriving a day early and before the normal checkin time. There was good food a short drive away and the breakfast selection was fair.

Not at all close to the airport - they do have a shuttle service for 10 Euro, which is nice, but the cab ride to the place from the airport will cost you close to 35 Euro. Add that to the cost of the room and you might as well stay at the Airport Hilton. …and the rooms are dingy with filthy carpets. Would not recommend

If you get the pubkic bus from the airport, its quite a walk from the stop.
The hotel will order a raxi to get from the hotel to the airport, but allow a good 20 mins

Good for airport stay

This hotel is perfect for a one night stay before or after a plane ride. The location is pretty close to airport with Uber cost around 20 euro. The morning airport shuttle is convenient but is only truly worth it if you are traveling with 2 or less people because it costs 10 euro per person. We got the biggest room because there was 4 of us and this room was huge which was really nice. When wanting to check out at 7 am there was no one anywhere near the front desk so I left my key card and emailed to make sure I didn't get charged, which they answered quickly and insured that I was good. Overall was good for a 7 hour stay, would not recommend for longer stays.

This was an alright stay for one night before an early flight. Very clean. Slept 5 easily. The parking and entry were strange and the area unappealing. Clerk took a while getting to the desk but I think he was the only person working.

A lovely little find, not far from the airport and shops etc. The staff were lovely and very efficient . I had a minor issue in my room and the lady moved us straight away even though I said a few extra duvets would be fine.

Great location to visit the markets and the choice of food around the area is good also.

Nice stuff, a coffee vending machine and a convenience store is in a walking distance. No shuttles, no USB charging outlet if you are expecting that kind of equipment. No plug to be rented out. Smelled funny in the room (maybe because the building looked old). Liked the pizza from the convenience store near by.

Very new hotel with breakfast available for13 euro plus VAT. There is no bar or restuaraunt for other meals. Nice aordable Thai restuarant 2 min walk. Transportation is not free from the hotel to the FRA airport as it appears in hotel description, but It is 10 euro per person each way usingTaxi Hoffman call them at
061055004. Overall easy to use hotel for the night before FRA departure...check in 14:00 check out 10:00.

At check in we waited around an hr for the room to be ready to open a door of a totally messed up room and end up getting a different one. The place needs major renovations, filthy carpets , rooms and bathrooms need paint. Fridge in the room doesn’t work, no A/C, barely any ventilation as the windows barely open. Elevator is old and has a limited operation (scary)

Shocking sleep.

I arrived early by taxi as I could not get an answer from the hotel to collect me from the airport and was then met by an abrubt receptionist telling me so, she was also glad to inform me that there was no bar in the hotel and there was no restaurant for anything to eat. She did however say that I could hang out in the lobby for a couple of hours until my room was ready. I went to the hotel next door where I managed to relax with something to eat and drink. The weather was quite hot and the room did not have any form of air conditioning, I had to keep my window opened just for the breeze, but due to people sitting directly below at reception door talking, drinking and laughing until 04:30 I did not get much sleep…

Don't offer Airport Shuttle - It's a taxi service.

It's a OK hotel if you want to stay for 1 day or so.

What is not fair is the so called \"transfer to airport\". There is not such thing as they ask you to call a local taxi and it will cost you 18 Euros.

please note that taking uber to the hotel might be even cheaper.

I took the so called \"airport Shuttle\" back to the airport. They only accept cash and if you ask for a receipt they charge you 20% more (taxes). Please avoid this.

Nice, comfortable stay!

The hotel lobby/lounge area has some interesting decor. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The purple/blue lighting in the room and bathroom was a nice touch, very cool. Did not have breakfast here but I heard it was inexpensive. They do offer airport shuttle but that costs 20 euros, so you're probably better off with an uber. I love that the room came with 2 free bottles of water and a kettle!

Good value and good location

The hotel seems to be perpetually improving and I notice new carpet and wall paper from 2 years ago. The twin beds in our room were in sad shape though with the sides obviously crushed and pushed out. The bed didn't have much give and should be replaced but we slept ok. All in all we have stayed three times and will likely stay again it is a good place and handy to the airport. I'd recommend the hotel.

Checking in could not find our reservation and gave us a room with 2 single beds instead of the requested double. Place was under remodeling. Worst was transportation service to airport. Desk people refused to state the price, asked twice. Turns out it was 20Euro pro person.,way over priced. Driver smelled like he had been drinking. He drove way over the speed limit all the way to the airport. We started out first and got a call on his cell phone, which he answered illegally three times. He asked a passenger if he left something at the hotel, the the passenger said maybe. We returned to the hotel to discover 4 new passengers but not property to recover. Driver had lied to us, we all nearly missed our flights.

This hotel features Khalid facilities and comfort. It is pretty close to the Frankfurt international airport. It is however a little far from there Frank forte city. I had some trouble with the Wi-Fi connectivity, however everything else was beyond my expectations. done

The hotel appears to have been renovated within the last few years, the colors and theme used is interesting not to say the least. Great shower an clean bathrooms but the temperature in the room was very hot. We spoke to reception and all they said is that there’s a fan in the room. Not recommended in the summer, almost like being in a sauna. Picked it because of parking and I had a rental car, so that was very important, but if I had to do it again I would choose a different hotel.

Good for a stay near the airport, bus to Waldorf station and then train to Frankfurt city centre takes around 30mins. You can also get a bus from near the hotel to the airport or can pay the 20 euro per car and be driven by the hotel shuttle service.

The location to the airport is great. The rooms and hotel in general are clean. The hotel and rooms are not maintained as indicated by the curtains falling off the rod, the broken mirror, the peeling chrome in the sink and the hole in the wall from something that used to be installed but was removed without patching it up. Overall good hotel for one night near the airport.

The hotel was alright. I did not sleep well because i could hear doors closing everytime someone entered or left their room. The rooms are not soundproof at all. Also, although I had the heater cranked up, my room never got very warm. I had to put sweat pants on just to be warm enough to fall asleep. The staff was friendly and helpful in helping me schedule a taxi to go to the airport (it cost 25€, not the 20€ that is listed).

Affordable and spacious option if you have a car

Our flight connection through Frankfurt got cancelled and we need to stay overnight to catch another flight in the morning. We were traveling as a family of four and needed a comfortable hotel that would fit us with our teenagers. Most hotels have 2 double beds or a bed with a sleeping sofa which doesn't work with older kids. This hotel was affordable and had an option for 4 single beds. The room very, very spacious and very clean. The biggest problem I had with the hotel was that when I booked it, it listed airport shuttle as available service but after purchasing the non-refundable room I get the details that the airport shuttle was 20 Euro per person. It was cheaper to rent a car.
They had no toothbrush or toothpaste for us since we didn't have our bags, and couldn't even give us a local map.

Very modern hotel that was very clean. Comfortable beds and i loved that there were 2 fans in the spacious room. The only thing that i didn't like was the room lighting. It had black lights surrounding the room and we weren't able to turn them off to sleep or the power to the room cut off which meant no charging or fans. Very strange.

It is true that this hotel is just 6.5 miles from Frankfort airport. Factor in transportation to the airport, and and the nightly rate becomes a bit costlier. This hotel is in an industrial park. We found a good Italian restaurant \"Ciao\" about 1/2 mile away -- that's about it. No bar or restaurant in the hotel. Breakfast is 10 Euros, but we left early and didn't have any. We found the property to be very depressing.

The hotel itself wasn't bad, the main thing was there was no access to wi-fi, either in your room or even in the lobby. They were trying to tell us it had recently gone down and it was a provider issue. But the network name wasn't even in my choices of networks, there was basically no available wi-fi. It was a big issue, as I wasn't able to keep in touch with my work.

The hotel facilities is very misleading. There was no air conditioning, just a fan. The room was so hot we had to go outside to cool off. We couldn't stay in the room until it was night and getting cool enough outside that we could open the windows to get air. The staff was friendly and did get us a second fan when we asked for one. But the lobby was air conditioned so when you first arrived it felt wonderful. Would not recommend to stay here. When you pay $187.00 for a room you expect comfort and breakfast should be included for that price.

Great place on a budget

The hotel staff was welcoming, the hotel very clean and modern. The room was comfortable and quiet. However, the neighborhood was a little sketchy and if I was a solo traveller, would not have felt comfortable going to walk to the nearby restaurants alone at night. I'm sure it is a perfectly safe area, but that is the vibe that I got as a newcomer. On another positive note, the airport shuttle was prompt and fast.

Overnight stay for Airport

I have been staying at the Airport Global for many years when we fly out of Frankfurt Airport.
It is close to the Airport about 7 Miles or so.
The rooms need a little bit of care, the ware is becoming more obvious. A Coffee/Tea maker would be greatly appreciated and I thought that was offered by the previous owners but I'm not sure.

Great \"Airport\" hotel

This was just a one night stay before my flight from Frankfurt airport, instead of travelling in the morning I choose for a more relaxing opportunity and arrive the evening before. Taking the shuttle arranged by the hotel was the most simplest one ever! Maybe not the closest of the airport hotels I have ever been, but less than 15 min to the airport without any hustle for a great price (less than half of the average price of the other Frankfurt airport hotels). Even without internet on the 3rd floor as the wireless internet was not available I would stay here again.

A little weird

The room was decorated in neon pink, which took some getting used to. We finally found the correct switch, but it took a while. The breakfast was inedible. Everything was soggy and tasteless. The recommended middle eastern restaurant around the corner was excellent.

I chose the hotel because of the location to the airport, but it is on the wrong side. We had to drive all the way around, about a 30 euro cab ride. Another plus was the airport shuttle, but you must order it in advance and it costs 20 euros. I regret not paying more and staying closer to the airport.

Great Overnighter before Flight

Very friendly reception staff, spacious double room with nice clean bath. Stylish, 80's kind of decor. Quiet location and no noise despite airplanes passing by constantly. Generous breakfast buffet in the morning and 15 minute drive to the airport Terminal. Around the corner is the Avocado restaurant for a convenient and good meal.

Gracious style hotel with great amenities

The inside of the hotel is very welcoming, bright and has a huge seating area. The room was a good size with tons of cupboard and closet space, a large desk area and a comfortable seating corner. It was very clean and housekeeping was thorough. Breakfast was the best I've encountered in my travels. I would definitely stay here again.

\"NOT NEAR THE AIRPORT \"!

The hotel overall is very nice, and if you have a car it's perfect, however if you choose this hotel because it close to the Airport for convenience you're 100% wrong! It will cost you 40£ each time you need to go to the train station /airport! Yes the hotel advertising a airport shuttle service but for 40£, and taxis that around 50£ round trip.

The room and hallways were so hot. There was no air conditioning. The beds were not very comfortable and were small and split in two. The bathroom was clean, modern and shower was nice. That was important and would probably make me come back when it's cooler outside
